Marijo (7/5): Iznenadili smo ih dolaskom - Objekt je noviji, ima parking, dovoljno prostora u smještaju sa svim više manje potrebnim stvarima, self check-in je što volimo. Iznenadili smo ih rezervacijom. Dvorište je zaraslo korovom, mrtvi raspadnuti miš se nalazio 4 noći ispred ulaza, kante za smeće su cijelo vrijeme našeg boravka bile prevrtnute sa smećem unutra cijelo vrijeme našeg boravka što nam je dalo do znanja da nitko nije dolazio od staffa u objekt. Vrata ulazne smještajne jedinice su bila otključana jer code lock nije podešen na automatsko zatvaranje (pri svakom izlasku smo trebali staviti ruku na display da se zaključaju - informacija za svakog budućeg gosta kako bi bili sigurni da su njihove stvari zaključane dok ih nema). Bojler nije bio uključen u struju tako da smo ujutro trebali čekati da se voda zagrije kako bismo se otuširali.

Matthew (10/5): Amazing. - Great location outside of Dubrovnik, a rental car is probably best if staying here if you'll be travelling back and forth from the old town etc. This was a wonderful condo with a nice deck and view, and it was quiet and away from tourists, my partner and I loved it. One additional note; and a big thank you to the Casa Laurea staff... Due to a KLM Airlines strike and flight cancellation, we arrived a day later than anticipated, when I called to inform Casa Laurea we'd be late, they were very kind and understanding and actually gave us a better unit that had become available on our new arrival date. Honestly, this was an outstanding value and I would not hesitate to recommend, fully satisfied, thank you Casa Laurea!
Ramon (10/5): We had a wonderful stay and it was a good base to visit the Old Town, Trsteno, Kravice and Mostar - Kristina was very responsive and helpful before and during our visit. WiFi, aircon, shower, appliances were all great and thoughtful things like a cold bottle of water on arrival, coffee supply, toiletries, dishwasher tabs, etc. The restaurant just a few steps away was very convenient and open till late - the food was great.

Nathan (9/5): - Check-in was very smooth, and the apartment is simply superb. The pool is great, and the whole atmosphere makes for a truly relaxing holiday. There are multiple small beaches nearby. Just be aware that parking in the area is quite restricted and may be completely full. However, you can also walk to Zaton beach. The location is right on the edge of convenient access to Dubrovnik (around 20 min by car), but in return you can enjoy the tranquility of the area.

A small shop and few restaurants within a 10 minute walk. You need a car or taxi to get to the old town (about 15 minutes drive). We truly enjoyed our stay.

Gemma (10/5): A little gem near a beautiful bay. - We had a really lovely stay- it was perfect for a quiet getaway. The pizza restaurant next door is great, the no.12/36 bus into Dubrovnik is about 10min walk, as is the beautiful bay of Zaton, which had plenty of restaurants, a few little parks for our young children, water activities, pebble beaches- it was really lovely. Uber is a really great way of getting around, as outside of Zaton you’re reliant on buses/taxi to get about if you don’t have your own car. The pool is small, but perfect for cooling off in the afternoon and our kids loved it. Despite being fully booked there was only ever 2/3 small families by the pool so never felt over crowded. The rooms were comfortable, wifi worked well and Kristina kindly provided us with a cot bed and allowed us to check out slightly later. She was very responsive via WhatsApp whenever we needed anything and the instructions on finding the apartment were clear and easy to follow. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! There was honestly nothing we didn’t like! However following a few other reviews, people may be put off by the location as it is around a 15min drive to Dubrovnik- but Zaton is honestly beautiful so don’t let that put you off! The walk into Zaton is absolutely fine if you walk about 50m down the main road and cross over down VRH Sela, which is a quiet road leading to the bay. (yes the main road is busy but we never had any problems crossing and pavement is perfectly wide enough with two children!) We could hear the road from our balcony but we were out and about most of the time so this didn’t bother us. There isn’t a safe, however the coded doors felt very safe so we didn’t have an issue leaving valuables.
eunae (4/5): - 수영장있어서 좋았습니다. 방이 매우 넓었습니다. 구비되어 있는 주방시설이 편리했습니다. 후기가 대체적으로 좋아서 예약했는데 방에 들어갈 때 많이 놀랐습니다. 내가 기대했던 방과 많이 달랐습니다. 스위트방을 예약할 때는 조심하세요. 우리 방은 반 지하에 있었기때문에 매우 습하고 어두웠고 좋지 않은 냄새가 났습니다. 청소상태가 그리 만족스럽지 않았습니다. 전자렌지를 이용하려고 했는데 매우 더러웠고 방 곳곳에 거미줄과 거미, 나방같은 벌레가 보였습니다. 남편이 잠깐 맨발로 방을 돌아다녓더니 발바닥이 금방 새까매졌습니다. 거실에 있는 쇼파베드의 매트리스가 너무 불편했습니다. 푹꺼지고 고르지 못해서 누웠을 때 지지대의 철이 느껴질 정도였습니다. 잠깐 누워있었는데도 허리가 너무 아팠습니다. 첫날 남편이 씻으려고 하는데 따뜻한 물이 갑자기 나오지 않았습니다. 씻는 도중 갑자기 따뜻한 물 공급이 중단되어 차가운 물로 급하게 마무리를 지어야만 했습니다.
Carolyn (10/5): Pure luxury at a reasonable price - After ten days of travelling around Croatia, we spent three days at Casa Laurea. A superb choice. Kristina took care of everything for us and took away any stress. We arrived to meet her at the property. She left a complimentary bottle as I’d mentioned it was my husband’s birthday during our visit. The flat was really lovely. High quality finish especially the bathroom. Gorgeous. The poolside area and pool were a luxury, especially in the heat. Pizzeria next door was good but would recommend turning left at the end of the street, cross over the road and head down to the waterfront for some beautiful restaurants. Water down there was crystal clear for swimming in. Nothing but note that the property is abit further out of the city than you might want. Didn’t bother us as we’d done Dubrovnik in the first leg of our trip but just in case you were looking for something more central.

Irene (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν μοντέρνο, άνετο και με ωραία αισθητική. Ευχαριστηθηκαμε πολύ τη διαμονή μας εκεί. Ήταν λίγο πιο έξω από το Ντουμπρόβνικ αλλά ευτυχώς είχαμε αυτοκίνητο, οπότε δεν μας δημιούργησε πρόβλημα.

Unfortunately one member of the staff made very rood and insulting comment to my husband thinking he was tourist from outside of Croatia and he wouldn’t understand what she was saying. That is unacceptable way to treat your guests weather they are foreigners or tourists from another parts of Croatia.

GIOVANNY (9/5): - Idéalement situé pour les visites et de magnifiques plages à proximité. Logement propre et moderne. L'hôte est d'une très grande gentillesse et disponibilité. La piscine est très agréable et bien aménagée. Place de parking privé disponible en bas du bâtiment. Même si la petite vue mer était sympathique la taille du balcon était très petite, il était impossible de circuler autour de la table sans retirer les chaises et il n'y avait d'etendoir à linge.

Diego (4/5): Tolle Anlage, super Pool! Schlechte Beschreibung oder irreführende Beschreibung der Suite! - Grosse zimmer, Nähe zum Dorf, genügend Parkplätze und toller Pool! Die Unterkunft "Suite" ist im Keller! Sie hat weder einen Balkon, noch genügend Licht. Die Leute vor dem Pool sitzen vor den Fenstern der Suite. Die Beschreibung und auch Bilder weisen keineswegs auf Untergeschoss hin! Ebenfalls ist es sehr feucht in der Wohnung und riecht entsprechend!

Krzysztof (10/5): - Basen na miejscu to bardzo duży atut. Parking przy samym wejściu na klatkę schodową. Czyściutko, kameralnie, do plaży ok. 800m, minus przejście przez ruchliwą ulice, ale wszystko można sprawdzić na mapce. Po sąsiedzku pizzeria, którą możemy polecić z czystym sumieniem, pizza robiona w piecu na drzewo, niedaleko piekarnia. Wczasy rodzinne tzw. objazdówka, pobyt na duży +.
Jelle (8/5): Fijne appartementen op een rustige plek - Mooi en schoon appartement op een fijne, rustige locatie. Goede bedden! Een heerlijk zwembad met ligbedjes. Fijne communicatie met de eigenaar via Whatsapp. Dubrovnik is binnen 20 minuten te bereiken met de auto, goed te doen maar je hebt wel de auto nodig. Parkeren bij de appartementen is soms wat moeilijk door teveel auto's.

L’appartamento ha in dotazione asciugamani per doccia e bagno , asciugamani per la piscina e oltre a tutti i saponi. In dotazione ci ha dato una bottiglia d’acqua e capsule per il caffè o tè, l’appartamento era anche dotato di lavastoviglie e ferro da stiro. Accesso al wifi e smart TV. La piscina anche molto accogliente ed è condominiale e pulita. Nulla
Sandra (10/5): Super schöne Unterkunft und nah zu Dubrovnik - Wir konnten schon was eher in die Unterkunft und diese war sehr gut und schön ausgestattet. Der Pool war perfekt und es gab einen Stellpkatz direkt vor dem Haus. Von der Lage/Entfernung zur Altstadt von Dubrovnik war es auch perfekt, hier haben wir uns ein Uber bestellt, das war dann stressfreier ohne Parkplatzsuche.
Iuliana (9/5): - Very nice apartment, well equipped - fridge with freezer, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer (no washing machine, but we did not need one so not an issue for us). Amazing bathroom, good toiletries brand. Good towels, beach towels provided also. Nice pool, not big but enough for kids to enjoy it. Nice view from the terrace. Parking space. Great communication with the host. Not far from Dubrovnik by car, ~15 minutes. Good pizza place very close, with take away option. We would definitely come back if in the area. The terrace was not so clean - there was a bird nest in one corner and the area below it did not look nice at all.
Rick (9/5): Een ontspannen en zorgeloos verblijf in een prachtige accommodatie met topservice. - De accommodatie was perfect! Onze kamer was ontzettend schoon, ruim en modern ingericht. De airco werkte uitstekend, wat echt een verademing was tijdens de warme dagen. Het zwembad was top! De ligging was prima, met een taxi/uber ongeveer 20 minuten afstand van Old Town. De TV in de kamer is een SMART TV, je kan via je telefoon streamen of inloggen op verschillende platformen zoals netflix. Kristina, de eigenaresse, was fantastisch. We konden haar alles vragen via WhatsApp en kregen altijd binnen een paar minuten een vriendelijk en behulpzaam antwoord. Ze zorgde ervoor dat we ons echt welkom voelden. -

charlotte (8/5): Heerlijk - Perfect appartement, fijn zwembad erbij, heerlijk bed, airco. Mooie badkamer, superdouche!! Het appartement was niet goed schoon bij binnenkomst. Dit is direkt opgepakt de volgende dag met een flesje wijn als bonus. Er was snel en helder contact hierover, de eigenaresse was erg benaderbaar. Verder hadden we niet de beste plek- het uitzicht vanaf balkon was niet leuk. De andere appartementen kijken uit op het zwembad en dat is net fijner!

Spokojne miejsce można się wyspać co bardzo mnie ucieszyło . Jeżeli chodzi o obsługę Pani bardzo sympatyczna można się dogadać co do godzin zameldowania na wielki plus.
Sina (8/5): Schöner, komfortabler Aufenthalt - - Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Dubrovnik - Nette Vermieterin - Große und komfortable Apartments mit allem was man braucht - Schöner Pool, wenn auch nicht all zu groß - die Straßenführung erlaubt kein linksabbiegen (richtung Dubrovnik) von der Straße des Apartments, daher muss immer eine Möglichkeit gefunden werden zu wenden oder ein Unweg gefahren werden - Kein Café (welches offen hatte) in Laufnähe. Dafür ein Italiener um die Ecke, schade, dass dieser kein Frühstück anbietet, wäre sicher eine gute Einnahmequelle

anh tuyet (9/5): Excellent stay. Christina was very efficient and friendly. She answered to our requests nearly immediately. - The property is well maintained, comfortable and clean. Very nice to be able to cool down in the pool and relax. It is not so far from Dubrovnik. Good to have a car to use the place as a base. Nice touch with a nice brand for the shampoo, body lotion and shower gel. Really just a detail, not very important. Would be nice to have a salad bowl.

Xuxiao (10/5): New clean and comfortable stay near Dubrovnik - Very clean room, good amenities provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion; many towels including beach towels). We stayed at top room which has 3 bedrooms in two stories. Very nice views from balconies on both sides. Good facilities in the living room. 10min drive to Dubrovnik, so it’s convenient. 2 rooms are in the attics - recommend to shut off the shutters and blinds during the day in summer as the rooms get very hot during the day and one of the rooms does not have aircon. Once we did that, the rooms were cool and comfortable at night.
Rajpreet (5/5): - Good room size and clean bathroom Location was far out, it was about 20 minute taxi ride into old town and cost between €20-€30 one way depending on time of day and demand. This added up if you were going to and from quite a bit so maybe if you’re planning a few days in Dubrovnik and want to visit old town a few times it’s best staying more closer and paying that bit more. There was also a musky smell in the room which took a while to get rid of but was sorted with airing the room. Bed was quite uncomfortable and the pillows were super high.

Ulrike (9/5): Ein schickes Zuhause mit allem drum und dran - Sehr schönes großes Appartement, modern und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, ebenso das Bad. Kleine Küche mit allen Elektogerätem und was man sonst noch brauchen könnte. Dazu gehört ein Balkon .Einen Parkplatz hatten wir direkt am Haus. Ein Pool ist auch vorhanden, alles ist sehr gepflegt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben aber leider nur auf der Durchreise.

Robert (10/5): Perfect stay in Dubrovnik - Property is located only 10-12 minutes by car from the Old Town (this is in April, can't tell if it's the same in summer season), easily accessible and there was always a parking spot in front of Casa Laurea. If you are looking to stay in a peaceful location outside the crowded center, this is definitely the right place. Everything was really clean, our apartment was spacious and the staff was polite and kind.

The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The host was kind and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again!
