• Gazan (10/5): Amazing stay! - The appartement was so nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean. Everything was just a 10 min walk away. The host was very nice and helpful
• Michelle (8/5): Bien mais bruyant … - Appartement très confortable, totalement refait à neuf avec goût et design. Très bien chauffé l’hiver. Les photos correspondent totalement à la description des lieux. Cuisine équipée. Lave linge à disposition. Excellente literie. Nous avons subi des nuisances sonores provenant de sources différentes : l’appartement situé en rez de chaussée se trouve sur la ligne 2 du tram; la lourde porte cochère provoque des bruits constants de passages et le hall résonne. Enfin, nous avons dû supporter les pas incessants des voisins du dessus sur un parquet en bois ! L’appartement aussi agréable soit-il devient une caisse de résonance. Quel dommage !

• Jennifer (2/5): - Where do I start. We booked a beautiful large fully equipped apartment. Full kitchen, laundry, separate living room. I booked this property in March for our stay in September. We arrived at the train station with zero communication from the property owners. Attempted to reach out to multiple different numbers only to be informed that we didn’t have a reservation. I sent them all of my confirmation emails, clearly showing we had a booking for 3 nights. Numbers that we were given for support - were numbers of people that no longer manage the property. After awhile of standing in the train station not knowing what to do, they said we could come to the property and there was just trouble with the booking calendar but they found our booking. They take us for a tour of our room. It was a basic hotel room - not the apartment I paid ALOT of money for. While at the property, they tell us there was a problem in the apartment so we can no longer stay there. When they told us a different story less than an hour before. I believe they double booked and someone else was in our apartment already. They made zero refund or discount offers. They gave us a bottle of wine. Our room was cleaned one time. Breakfast doesn’t start till 9:30 - when most of the time you are starting your day way earlier than that. If you’re lucky enough to get what you actually booked, it is in a central walking location to all sites and restaurants. But I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

• Kateryna (8/5): - I had a great stay at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The kitchen had all the basics, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the overall cleanliness and layout. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and check-in was simple and convenient. The location is good, close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The only downside was the slow internet. Still, overall, it was a very good experience, and I’d be happy to stay here again.

• Mitchell (10/5): All was perfect - 30th anniversary trip ! Arts and crafts was perfect location in Firenza! Away from the main square but only a short walk. Which we preferred . The neighborhood was perfect, the accommodations outstanding! Communication was easy. We hope to return one day snd would definitely stay in this exact location,
• MARICELA (8/5): - The apartment is well located, it’s is pretty nice inside, as it has very good taste and in general what is needed such AC, pretty decent internet, full equipment in the kitchen, comfortable areas, parking lot just around the corner, in general the experience was good, HOWEVER there is a particular issue it needs to be address, the sofa-bed is terrible for any sleep And the master room has not privacy as the space above is open, those are small easy things to be fix, once is done, the place will be top.

• CHIEHYANG (10/5): Great apartment - Beautiful apartment. We were able to have lovely home made dinner after staying at a hotel in Rome. The kids love having the extra space to play and relax. It’s in a convenient location closed to the Florence city center.
• Wing Kan (10/5): Cozy Apartment to stay in Florence - A very cinque apartment with walking distance to most of the sightseeing points , Mr. Pasquale showed us the nearby attractions and helped us for our luggage's storage after our check out ! Will definitely back to stay here again next time ! The only complaint was the sofa bed's mattress was too thin that will have back pain after sleeping!

• Apurva (10/5): - Great modern apartment, on the ground floor with all the amenities in an excellent condition, 7-10 minutes walk to the nearest attractions including the Duomo. The host, Pasquale, was very courteous, explained everything about the apartment and was helpful throughout our stay providing recommendations and suggestions. Highly recommended for a family of upto 4.
