• Kishor (10/5): Great location, comfortable, clean and comfortable and very friendly staff - Friendly staff. Drinks and ice cream in reception were complimentary including wine and bubbles. Great location. Many amenities in the room including a kettle and microwave.
• Emma (8/5): Shine bright like a diamond! - The Hotel lives up to its name - glimmery, shimmery, glitzy. A good size room with a bed you can walk around, mirrors and silver everywhere, right in the heart of the bustling, busy party-town of Shibuya. Avail yourself of the free drinks in the foyer. Staff were super friendly. Being right in Shibuya's heart, you are close to bars, restaurants and love hotels - which has both advantages and disadvantages. Noise can be a factor but close the windows fully and use the ventilation system as white noise to mask any late-night/early-morning revelry.

Super spacious with room to open your suitcase, and the bathroom, shower and toilet all have their seperate space. The room was very clean and cleaning services were offered daily. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Location was fantastic as it was close to the train station and great shopping areas. -

• Dean (9/5): Great hotel in a central location with very friendly and helpful staff. - The location was superb being around 10 minutes (walk) from the main Shibuya train / metro stations. The hotel is also central to everything the area has to offer but facing on to a street away from the nearby main road is pretty quiet. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a Superior Double Room on the 6th floor. Great facilities in the room with additional items from the reception area if needed. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing of note.

• Ager (10/5): Hotel Diamond is a gem in Shibuya - Terrific location, wonderful staff, and a dazzling atmosphere. We even got to see Mt. Fuji from our room. No complaints at all.

• Anna (10/5): Excellent - worth it.... - We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Shibuya! The location is absolutely perfect for us — everything is right at your doorstep, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. It was so convenient to catch the airport limousine bus station being only about 5 minutes away from the hotel - Shibuya Mark City - lift to 5F is right next to Daiso. The bathroom felt like having our own private onsen experience. We were so impressed with all the amenities provided, including spa bath soap, body scrub, lotion, face cream, face wash, gel lotion, cleansing oil, toothbrush and toothpaste, mouthwash, hair gel, hair dryer, hair curler, hair straightener, and basically more than everything you need to freshen up and groom yourself. A special mention to the lovely lady at the front desk who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She treated us like family and made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable the entire time. We also loved the free ice cream and the complimentary alcoholic drinks downstairs — such a nice touch to help guests relax after a long day exploring Tokyo. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Nothing. Everything was great and worth it!
• Anna (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Shibuya - Everything was great at this hotel! One thing we really appreciated was their luggage storage service. They kindly stored our luggage while we travelled around Japan and safely kept it until we returned, which made our trip so much more convenient and stress-free. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially loved the bathroom — it felt so luxurious and unique — and all the amenities provided were excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again! The room size is quite small, however the bathroom was amazing.

• Raquel (8/5): Would have been 10/10 if rooms were bigger because my fiancé and I couldn’t open our suitcases at the same time and - The staff was always very friendly and did a great job cleaning the rooms and refreshing our amenities. The rooms are small and online it says the rooms are soundproof but they are not… multiple days we woke up to banging and cleaning of other rooms in the morning or couldn’t fall asleep because of the outside noise of drunk people

Definitely will book - Great location and very friendly helpful staff 😃 made our stay a wonderful unforgettable experience 💕 The room was probably a little too small but otherwise comfortable 😊. Just couldn’t really understand how to work out the tv remote or aircon remote when we were in our room relaxing after a big day out. It’s nice to put on a movie with language option subtitles etc.

Da pra fazer tudo a pé. O hotel é limpo, funcinários super educados. Tem várias amenidades pra escolher. Tem agua a vontade, sorvete, vinho, enfim várias coisinhas na recepção! O quarto em si é limpo. Trocam as tolhas. Os funcionários são super atenciosos. Hotel é bem limpo. O hotel tem um pouco de cheiro de cigarro. O que mais me incomodou foi o cheiro forte do ralo do banheiro. Era o mesmo cheiro dos bueiros na cidade. Talvez seja a parte velha do local que tem esse cheiro característico mas foi muito ruim ficar dentro do quarto com o cheiro forte de banheiro. Aparenta ser um Love Hotel mas sem problema algum quanto a isto. Super respeitoso, os funcionários e o local. Não tem como deixar as malas no hotel no check out caso queira aproveitar o resto do dia na cidade. Travesseiro ruim e banheiro muito ruim pra tomar banho.

• Tania (10/5): Excellent stay, would highly recommend. - The staff were lovely and the place was sparkling clean as well as just sparkling! The amenities were out of this world with so many extras in the room as well as at reception including ice cream, champagne etc included. The location was excellent in the heart of the vibrant Shibuya. We found most hotel rooms in Japan are small with nowhere to put luggage but all the benefits far outweighed this and the bedroom also had a small couch which was good.

Vários produtos para banho, máscara, cremes… O quarto é bem pequeno. Mas conseguimos encostar a cama na parede e ampliou espaço para as malas. Me parece ser um hotel onde casais passam algumas horas. Mas não tivemos nenhum desconforto, pois acredito que selecionam andares específicos.

We immediately booked another hotel since the location was so busy and at night the streets get also busy with s*x workers. It simply didnt feel good to stay there. The room was also very small and the remote and other things were covered in plastic which makes you a bit uneasy

It is located next to a few dance shows. Quiet during the day with so many excellent restaurants close by and a familymart across the street. Less than 10 min walk to shibuya crossing. They provide a lot of complementary items, from sparkling waters, to face masks, to hair straighteners. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious for central tokyo, a real plus was the balcony space. • David (9/5): Great place to stay - Great location just slightly to the edge of the action. Hotel Diamond is in the adult area but it's not overly apparent. Google 'love hotel' and that's what this is but it is not in your face. Would come back on the next trip for sure. They put on free wine and spirits as well as ice cream and other niceties - talk about a bonus ! The only complaint, as minor as it is, is that there is only one pillow. Apparently it's a Tokyo thing but it doesn't affect my appreciation of the place. Great place to stay.

• Angelica (9/5): - This is not a 2 star hotel. While rooms are small, which is normal for Tokyo, the room had everything we needed and more. They had bathrobe, hair dryer, even hair curler. They also have alot of free toiletieries beside the usual body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. They had free face masks which was definitely needed and used. Amongst other things. They have free alcohol in the lobby, and even free ice cream. The hotel is located close to Shibuya crossing, with plenty of food places close by as well as easy quick walk to the metro.
