• BEYHAN (10/5): Perfection - Totally clean, perfect location just nearby public transport. Good area, many cafes around. Easy to reach from AirPort. Apartment with two bedrooms, one big living room and a seperate kitchen. Full of a house with everything in it. Balcony is very nice. Thank you for the gift (a bottle of wine). The engine of air conditioning is a little bit noisy - i think it requires a service look.

• Gregory (10/5): A spacious, airy, cool, inviting place to stay - The location was perfect - very close to the Acropolis and to restaurants. Double bed was very comfortable - it's a foam mattress and soft. The cabinet has extra light and heavy-weight comforters, and extra towels Dark curtains in the double room were appreciated. Good air-conditioning, but even in the heat, the lovely cross-ventilation meant we only used it in the bedroom at night. Large pleasant living room with comfortable furniture. Washing machine worked well, and drying rack on the balcony worked just fine - laundry dried in just a couple hours. The elevator was small but worked all the time. The bathroom is tiny.

We loved the apartment, very spacious and well set up. We loved that is felt like a neighbourhood street off the busy tourist strip. The host was super responsive. Not much to dislike - though agree with others the bathroom is tight with the washing machine tucked in behind the door - but manageable.

Kitchen pantry was empty l, had to buy everything from salt and pepper to all one night need even for basic stuff. otherwise well kept and secure apartment in a very approachable location. My family got sick to its stomach and we had evening flight, my daughter was throwing up crazy and we asked to extend the stay by just one extra hour, we even agreed to allow cleaners to come while my daughter could get more rest. Owner completely denied our request.

• Zoe (6/5): Clean and tidy apartment in a great location. - Really good location for attractions, public transport and getting from the airport. Booking and checking-in process was efficient, the check-in and check-out times were perfect. Having 2 proper bedrooms, twin beds for the children, access to kitchen facilities and our own space was much better than staying in a hotel. Kitchen facilities. We found it difficult to prepare our breakfast with the provided facilities: making toast was difficult with no toaster and no baking trays for using the grill in the oven. No tea towel was provided for drying dishes after washing up. Bathroom The bathroom is tiny, most of the room being taken up by the washing machine, and the floor would get soaking wet when using the shower, we were constantly mopping the floor and having to dry out the mats by hanging them over a chair on the balcony. Bedroom The very thin mattress on the double bed wasn't terribly comfortable. These are minor things really, overall the apartment was a good size, clean and well located.

We will be back. - We arrived very early in the morning and were concerned about getting from the airport to the property and getting settled at 2:00 pm. The owner arranged ground transportation for us and we were met at baggage claim. Totally smooth getting to the property and settling in. Terrific experience. This is the place to stay to be near the Acropolis and restaurants and other activities. Highly recommended. Couldnt have been better.

It was central enough for our needs and we were very comfortab - Good proximity to many of the sites and attractions, as well as access to places to eat. We were able to reach everything we wanted on foot. We love that we could book a driver to pick us up and bring us back to the airport. We also loved our view of the Acropolis and enjoyed watching twilight set upon it from the balcony. Whilst the bathroom was very nice and modern, it was just a bit small. This didn’t really detract from our satisfaction.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, assisting us with arranging transfers, planning activities, and providing detailed knowledge about the area and must-visit places. Right in the center of Athens steps away from the Acropolis and Plaka area and close to metro, markets, and restaurants. The refrigerator stopped working while we were there, but the manager was responsive and we were only there for a night.

Loved the pocket doors that separated the rooms if needed. The blanket had a cologne smell on it .. I’m curious if it was missed in the wash between AirBnB visits. The bathroom was very small bc of the washing machine being behind the door and also the toilet seat was loose. There was 1 cockroach we saw -but it was in the front lobby. There was none seen in the apartment itself so that was good.

The location is EXCELLENT, super close to the metro and the main tourist attractions, we were able to do everything on foot. There is a small market right below the building and another, slightly larger, a few meters ahead. The balcony is narrow but there is a small table available to enjoy breakfast with a partial view of the Acropolis. Unfortunately the elevator wasn't working, which was a hassle when arriving with luggage and having to go up the 3 floors on a narrow staircase. The apartment was well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for our stay. Good communication with the host and easy check-in. Its location was fantastic, conveniently close to the Acropolis, with restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance. Recommended!

• Evan (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect! Right where you want to be for Acropolis and other activities. The apartment is quite spacious - two bedrooms, bathroom, living room dining room and kitchen. The air conditioning works well. The beds are comfy. The host is nice and responds quickly to messages. We didn’t have hot showers because we missed the instruction about turning on water heater from circuit breaker panel. Our fault for not seeing that and flipping the switch a half hour before showering but also perhaps too thrifty of the host to expect guests to turn water heater on and off with use rather than just leave it on and have hot water available whenever needed.

The front of the apartment block and entry way not well lit at night. A few shady characters walking through at night (nobody bothered us)

It was the perfect spot to be able to take a break from the heat and then go right back out. The apartment is huge compared to other European cities. It has everything you could need. The beds were extremely comfortable. It is also nice that there is an elevator in the building.

Expensive but perfect for visitors who want to be within walking distance from the Akropolis, Plaka, and Monastiraki. The Akropolis metro station is literally 50 m from the apartment.
• Elise (10/5): Amazing apartment close to everything!! - Wonderful apartment right in the middle of everything! You can walk to the Acropolis and many of the other archeological sites. We only had one full day and bought Hop on Hop off bus tickets not realising a lot of things were in walking distance. So many great restaurants and bars in the area. Very safe. The apartment has everything you could need and is very spacious. Staff were really attentive when we stupidly couldn't unlock the door after 36hrs of travel in a sleep deprived state. We really appreciated their quick response and assistance. You can also see the Acropolis from the balcony!!! Highly recommend! Nothing

• Cindy (10/5): This was a great location and place to stay. - The apartment was great! The location was amazing, it was clean and comfortable and pleasant to return to at the end of the day. The views were good, the communication was great. We were greeted with cold water and a nice bottle of chilled white which was perfect after our 13 hour travel day! Aspa helped with our airport transfers which made life easier especially when we had to leave at 0430 for our flight. I have no complaints or anything I would change. I would stay here again if I were to visit again and would recommend to friends.

• Beverley (10/5): Refreshing holiday in a 5 star apartment. - The property is beautiful.The hosts have gone to great lengths to make sure their guests need are met. The location is fantastic right at the base of the Acropolis. The Metro is a 5 minute walk and from it you can get to the airport, Piraeus Port, city centre, just about anywhere in Athens. Great supermarket in same street and the most fantastic restaurants all in the area. The old city, Plaka area, is all within walking distance. I loved the property and everything about Athens. Beds very comfortable and kitchen has all you need. Communication with host was first class. Would def want to get this apartment again on future visits. I have no negative comments about the property.
