- Silvia (10/5): Great family room, great staff and very clean and comfortable. - The family room was spacious, clean and had very comfortable beds. The fact that the double room was separate from the kids room and had it own bathroom was a big plus and gave us a bit of privacy.
The kitchen was well equipped and fridge was big enough. We would have probably preferred to stay closer to Shibuya but at the end of the day it was about 30' by train.
Also, and it a tiny thing, but the shampoo provided was not of a very good quality.

Kitchenette included all necessary pans / crockery.
Great location, close to metro stations that easily connect with other areas in Tokyo.
Same day delivery for luggage was also a game changer.

- Kadir (10/5): -
- Edward (10/5): - Very clean. Spacious. Staff went above and beyond.
- Lorena (9/5): Great space for a family of four - Great space for a family of 4, having two bathrooms/toilets was great for Tokyo, pricey but well worth it. The lenght of time it takes to use a washing machine and dryer, 5 hours!!!! Just ridiculous! One of the reasons I booked it was because it had one in the apartment but 5 hours is not acceptable

- Anne-Michele (10/5): Great place for families - I loved that there were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and we had the ability to order in with a stocked kitchen. Also loved we had a Family Mart and a 7/11 right by the hotel. Staff was so good to us!
- Cassandra (10/5): Great family hotel in a quiet part of Tokyo with great access to the places you want to go - I love the Nihombashi area. It is a peaceful part of Tokyo that still has great access to everything with just a quick train ride. The hotel is in a fantastic location with at Family Mart right next door, and lots of restaurants and stores within an easy walking distance. The room is huge by Japanese standards and perfect for families, my kids loved the bunk beds and it was nice to have a separate room from them. There's also laundry in the room which is very handy. The activities in the lobby are fun, particularly enjoyed the sake tasting at night. Honestly this was a fantastic stay. I don't think I could have asked for anything else. Great hotel.
- Sara (10/5): - Super convenient- neat Ningyocho Station & Family mart.
Facilities are perfect for families; staff are amazing
- Daniel (10/5): - The staff and the hospitality provided.
- Yanir (10/5): - Great location, great rooms and really great staff
- Darsiu (10/5): Love this branch! ♥️ - Easy access to the subway (Ningyocho station), numerous eateries nearby, Family Mart right next door, superb facilities— the rooms are spacious, modern and clean; special shout out to the front desk staff who went out of their way to make my sons birthday special—they assisted with dinner reservations and even got him a gift! Absolutely nothing. We are Mimaru fans and will come back each time we are in Tokyo
- Jessica (10/5): We loved it and hope to return! - Great for families
Excellent amenities
Close to convenience stores and public transport
Very comfortable sleeping arrangements
- CopyCat (10/5): A perfect apartment hotel in Tokyo. - I stayed at this hotel for 5 days with my sisters at a two-bedroom suite with two baths. I decided on this one because of two baths since there were four women of us. The unit has dining area with a small kitchinette where we sat together to talk. The location is fantastic. There is a washer/dryer inside the unit. It is clean and comfortable. The lobby is on the 2nd floor and there was sake tasting every evening that we enjoyed a lot. I think there were other activities for the families with children but we didn't get to try because we had busy plans in and out of the City. The staff is very friendly, kind and attentive. Locationwise, it is very convenient as there are three train stations nearby. The closest train station is Ningyocho. There are trains on the Asakusa Line (starts as the Keisei Line at the airport) that will come directly from Narita Airport/Haneda Airport to Ningyocho Station, about a 5-minute walk. Use Exit A3 for an elevator. There is a Family Mart right next to the hotel and a 7-Eleven near Ningyocho Station. I definitely stay here again in the future if I travel with the family. We all enjoyed our stay at Mimaru Nihonbashi! None
- Yiew Choong (10/5): Spacious room with great in room facilities. I love the washer dryer. - Good facility and spacious room Far from general commercial areas
- Oscar (10/5): Perfect for Large Families - Many thoughtful touches. We were traveling with an infant, and so the staff arranged a small baby crib for us, and even put a special diaper trash-can in the room. It felt like enough room for our family of seven to be comfortable. The showers and appliances were all great. The location was ideal: less than a five minute walk from Ningyocho station, adjacent to a FamilyMart, and close to several small restaurants while also being in a quiet, residential area.

- Alyssa (10/5): Fantastic hotel in a very convenient location! - Amazing hotel in a great location! Very convenient for exploring Tokyo. The apartments are clean, beautifully designed and very comfortable. As a family of 4, it was perfect!
- Kitti (9/5): - The hotel is situated in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. It’s reasonably close to Ningyōchō Station; however, if you need to use Bakurochō Station, such as when traveling to Kamakura, it requires a fairly long walk. The room looks more spacious in the photos. In reality, it is smaller, though not uncomfortably so, but the photos give a misleading impression. I also wish there were a table or a shelf in the bedroom, or at least one next to the bed.

- 群惠 (10/5): 整體都很棒 - 安靜 沒有
- Danika (10/5): Perfection x - We loved our stay at Mimaru Suites Nihonbashi so much that we rebooked it for the end of our Japan trip. Thankyou for creating such a wonderful home away from home in Tokyo. x

- Zara (10/5): Perfect for families - Our family of five had a great stay here. The rooms are very clean and there was enough space for us to all comfortably stay. The property is close to subway lines, restaurants and Family Mart is practically next door. There is an activity corner in the lobby where kids can create keepsakes. Also, the staff were amazing! They helped us book some of our activities and shout out to Bryan who helped arrange some lost luggage for us! We loved Mimaru. Our only issue was when we arrived in Tokyo, the taxi took us to a different Mimaru, which we were told can happen.
- SHIH CHING (8/5): -
- Dewa (8/5): Good apartment style in a quiet area. - Good quiet location, though far from many tourist hotspots it is close to public transport. Quite dusty. Needs a deep clean.
- Yvette (10/5): Spacious, peaceful stay with excellent service that is convenient for food and entertainment. - Staff was very helpful, professional, and kind. The hotel was convenient to the train, food, and shopping. The dishware and decor was beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We could work and relax. The washer/dryer was perfect to help make the stay feel just like home. I enjoyed my stay tremendously and would recommend highly to anyone. I wish I could have stayed longer.
- Alissa (8/5): Clean space to stay with family, not too far from 2 subway stations. - Location was good, some people may like it closer to something more touristy, but this place is not by anything major. I knew that going in and it was fine for us. Staff were really nice and also helped arrange a taxi to pick up my family to go to the airport our last day. Having a bigger size refrigerator helped keeping different variety of drinks and food cold for the Japan summer heat & humidity! I did know this going in, but as most of other Asian hotels go, the place is tight even though we had the corner family unit. the living room area is not very big but the layout where the bedroom sliding doors opened to the living room helped.
- Andrew (10/5): Great Location with plenty of room to stretch out! - Great Location away from all of the hustle bustle that can be Tokyo with a lot of local charm. Still close enough and central enough to get to all of the major sites with ease. Nihonbashi in particular is close to Ginza, Tsukiji, Ueno and Asakusa so this was a good hub for both attractions and shopping. Room was big and accommodating for our family of 5 especially in comparison to other hotel stays in Japan.
- Alison (10/5): Great stay for big families - It was the first property that cater for my family of 5! The location of the property didn’t have much around. No shopping areas, always had to travel .
- Doris (10/5): Our Favourite Tokyo Hotel - Everything about Minaru is excellent. We booked the Two Bedroom Family Suite for our 6 person group. It was very spacious with a table for us to sit and eat at, dishes to use and a small kitchen. We had two washrooms to use and a new washer/dryer unit the staff helped us with. The unit was clean and housekeeping services were very good. The reception staff were beyond helpful and kind. They have crafts that you can try, a coffee shop and small ceramics shop. If you have a larger group, this is a very good choice. It is also close walking distance to transit. Nothing! It cost more than other accommodations but it is very worth it.
- Olivia (10/5): Fantastic apartment in quiet location - The apartment we had was very spacious and we loved having a washing machine. The website which the receptionist showed us had all the information about local area and hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Nothing, all good
- Bree (10/5): -
- Kwok Chung (8/5): Quite enjoying. - Location is quite convenient, close to train station. Quite quiet at night.
- Craig (10/5): Stylish accommodation in Tokyo. Comfortable and family friendly. Nice quiet location but accessible to all the sites in - Stylish accommodation in Tokyo. Comfortable and family friendly. Nice quiet location but accessible to all the sites in Tokyo. Nothing of note
- mengyu (9/5): - 位置很讚 房間也很棒
- Michael (10/5): Located in a quiet area of Tokyo and close to several train stations we were extremely happy with our 2 bedroom suite. V - Very clean, in a quiet area of Tokyo, fabulous staff, close by to many restaurants Nothing comes to mind
- Kelly (10/5): - Fantastic staff, great room for a family with older kids and grandparents. Impeccably clean and great location. Nothing!
- Super family fun trip (9/5): -
- kamarul ariffin (9/5): it was comfortable and value worth for family stay - the spacious area no dining venues on site & no breakfast option
- Madeline (9/5): -
- Kirchner (10/5): Perfect location for a family to stay and explore Tokyo!! - This location was perfect for our family. The room easily fit our family of six. Loved having a kitchen, washing machine, and 2 bathrooms! Nothing!
- Ean (10/5): Excellent base for exploring Tokyo - Good location on a quiet street very close to train stations including a direct train to Haneda airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Many restaurants nearby. Reasonable walking distance to Tokyo Station and Ginza. Nothing really. The smallest of the Mimaru rooms we stayed in but still spacious compared to many Tokyo hotels.
- Laddan (8/5): -
- Mohamed (10/5): - Good for families
- Kiat Jinn (10/5): -
- Lang (9/5): -
- Koh Sang (4/5): For the price we paid, this was a fairly budget experience. - The location is decent; on a quiet street but really close to the main thoroughfare where food is.
There is a washer and dryer which can take 3kg loads.
There were some kids activities in the lobby such as handicrafts, origami and a gacha machine for Christmas. You could take some pictures and plates to decorate/personalise your room. They were largely low-effort and low-cost thoughtful touches. We took an apartment for 6 persons for 6 nights. The rooms are much smaller than they look from the photos, due to the photography angles used.
As a result, in the master bed room, the toilet bowl was less than a meter from the bed, separated by a wall and door. A sewer smell emanated from the toilet bowl whenever we lifted the lid. Not nice when it's so close to the bed, and frankly, I'm not sure what can be done to improve that situation. It is probably due to construction.
The room was very dusty. I'm not sure where the dust came from as it was clean when we checked in. It could have been the lint from the thin slippers provided (in a low quality, shedding fabric) or from laundry. It settled everywhere -- on suitcases, beds, and flat surfaces.
No surfaces to put suitcases on, so we opened them on the floor. By the second day, there was a fine layer of dust on the suitcase. And, I'd imagine, all over our belongings in the open suitcases as well.
There was a living room, but as mentioned by others, the couch was vinyl and very uncomfortable. It's not possible to relax on it.
I, used to a softer mattress, found the hotel's mattress uncomfortable, hard and lumpy, although my family members were ok with it.

- Chris (10/5): The perfect home-base for our family trip to Tokyo - The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly accommodated our family of five. We loved the comfortable beds and the unbeatable location—it was very close to Tokyo Ginza, with a subway station, plenty of restaurants, and a convenience store right next door. None.
