- Ejaz (8/5): - The spa was excellent, however the three stars on the property is mainly because of its thin walls, where you can hear customers in other rooms and boy were some of them loud chatter boxes, other than that, it is a fabulous hotel but need to soundproof the rooms.

- Caner (6/5): - The staff was very nice and friendly, but the cleaning staff was rude and had an attitude. They absolutely did not clean, apart from making the bed and changing the towels. We even got scolded because a bit of pepsi had been spilled on the bed by mistake. Also, the hotel’s air conditioning only runs on one system: if you feel hot and it’s been 23 degrees, you are not allowed to turn on the cold air – only warm air comes out. Because the whole hotel runs on the same air conditioning settings.

- Agatha (10/5): - I stayed at this property for a month with my kids. The staff were very friendly and warm. The breakfast was Turkish breakfast and they serve the same options every morning so my kids did not like that there was no variety. The rooms were clean and they cleaned the rooms daily. The area around the hotel is a bit old. However it was very safe and close to a mall called Historia that has a variety of fast food restaurants and shopping. It was also close to a park that my kids enjoyed walking to at times. Overall, I’m quite happy with my stay. It didn’t have the extra amenities like gym and pool but it was clean and in a safe and quiet area. We traveled to other parts of Istanbul to try different restaurants. I would recommend.

- Pinar (6/5): - Doğru dürüst Türkçe konuşmayan bir çalışan çıkış yapacağım saatte asansörü sıvı sabun kutuları ile işgal etmişti, benim asansöre binmemi istemedi, 1 kat yukarı çıkıp indim, çünkü kendisinin sabun dağıtma işinin benim otelden çıkış yapma işimden daha önemli olduğunu düşünüyordu bu şahıs. Yastık kılıfları pek temiz değildi, yataklardan biri üzerindeki yastık kılıfında saçlar vardı. Bu otelin tek iyi yanı lokasyonu, başka önerilecek bir yanını göremiyorum. Akasary metro istasyonuna yakın.
- Dominique (6/5): - J'avais pourtant lu ces signalements sur certains avis negatifs mais je voulais me faire une idée par moi même, insonorisation déplorable, vous avez l'impression que vos voisins discutent dans votre chambre ou utilise votre salle de bain, en plus d'un bruit de ventilation ou de local technique dans le couloir toutes les 45 minutes. Plus gênant, les odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain et le veilleur de nuit désagréable. Le reste de l'hôtel est correct sans plus. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel

But if you’re in a budget it’s good. The area is well serviced, but it is quiet far from the touristy areas you need to walk down and uphil (12-18 mns) to transportation, I had my mum with me which was difficult but taxis are readily available in the area. The hotel Taxi charged us extra for tolls we got another transportation on our way back which didn’t. The hotel doesn’t hace

My room was a bit small but it was very comfortable, talk about the bed I must say my sleep was very restful.. staff were very helpful and attentive. The only upgrade I recommend is maybe a restaurant for dinner, had to explore the city for food. I highly recommend this hotel also I would repeat my stay at Pianoforte. The price is right..

Das Frühstücksbuffet bot nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl. Für das Geld, das ich bezahlt habe, war es den Preis nicht wert. Das Personal sprach sehr schlecht Englisch. Beim Betreten des Zimmers fand ich Haare und Flecken auf der Bettwäsche. In der ersten Nacht musste ich auf dieser Bettwäsche schlafen. Mein Zimmer lag gegenüber vom Aufzug, sodass ich alles hören konnte – das Personal, die Gäste, und auch die Waschmaschine, die neben dem Aufzug stand. Der Lärm hielt bis früh am Morgen an. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen!

- Farah Noor (8/5): - Salam! Lovely stay with warm staff. Very clean. Room was nice and comfortable. If you are a hijabi its a great lovation for hijab shopping on the main street only 2 min away. Many good food resturants as well. I loved living a little bit outside of Sulthan ahmet city because we got a taste of laocality. I loved the breakfast soup place nearby. The only thing I would say is strange is the turkish peoples love for claiming giving out things for "free". This hotel said the same thing during our check-in. They said they would provide us for two extra beds for "free". However I had already paid for 6 people, and not 4 like the beds they gave us. Providing us with two extra beds is not something they did for free as they claimed - since I paid for 6 people. Other than that I loved this hotel and would definitively stay here again InnshAllah!
- Onur (10/5): Comfortable Stay - I stayed with my girlfriend for the weekend, and it was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The location and nearby facilities were excellent, and the hotel amenities were also impressive. The room service and restaurant were quite satisfying as well. However, if you’re traveling by car, be aware that finding parking can be challenging.
- Edin (10/5): - Everyrhing was perfectly organized, from check-in to check-out; very friendly staff, reception occupied 24/7 wich provides a sense of security. Definitely going to be my choice when travwllinf to Istanbul again. Keep it up 😀

- Mahmoud (10/5): - Everything is renovated, and it is convenient for for restaurants, taxis, shopping and historical sites. I usually use this hotel, this time it was remodeled the room, bathroom, lights, TV........all are new. We had a very nice stay that weekend, plus transportations of all kinds are available easily.:)

- Amra (10/5): - I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pianoforte by Febor Hotels & Spa! Every aspect of the property exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The facilities were modern, well-maintained, and provided everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, making it incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I will definitely return on my next visit!

- Nawel (10/5): - Super expérience dans cet hotel, beaucoup de boutiques à proximité (boutiques, bureau de change, coffe Shop etc). Le personnel est super gentil, accueillant, et à l’écoute. Les chambres sont propre mais je trouve qu’elles sont petites. L’arrêt de tramway est pratique mais un peu loin de l’hôtel (7 min environs) à pieds. Les endroits à visiter sont accessibles en tramway et pas super loin.

- Hayley Lauren (6/5): - Over 1 hr delay to get into the room, dark hairs all over room floor, noisy rooms most definitely not sound proof, power cuts 4 to 5 times through out the second night. Breakfast! Well nothing like the images, no fresh fruit or any fruit fruit for that matter, no egg cups, fruit juice was sqaush the 1st morning, no pastries either so photos are false

- Metin (6/5): Not so good - 1. *Service*: Als wir nach einer Vase oder zumindest einem Eimer fragten, wurde uns im gesamten Hotel nichts dergleichen zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Freund von uns durfte trotz Vorlage seines Ausweises keine 20 Minuten länger bleiben, obwohl wir den Grund ausführlich erklärten. Als wir nach dieser strengen Regelung um eine kleine Entschädigung in Form eines Pfirsichsafts baten (der eigentlich nur 50 Lira kostet), wurde uns lediglich Wasser angeboten. 2. *Frühstück*: Die Qualität des Frühstücks ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die angebotenen Säfte waren extrem überzuckert, die Salami von sehr schlechter Qualität und die Auswahl insgesamt sehr dürftig und eintönig. Lediglich die Eier waren in Ordnung. 3. *Rezeption*: Fragen an die Rezeption wurden entweder unhöflich beantwortet oder man legte uns direkt das Telefon auf. Besonders negativ fiel uns ein älterer Mitarbeiter auf, der äußerst unfreundlich und unsympathisch war. 4. *Zimmer und Reinigung*: Trotz aktivierter "Do Not Disturb"-Taste betrat das Reinigungspersonal unser Zimmer ohne Erlaubnis. Zudem war das Trinkwasser aus den Plastikflaschen, mit denen die Minibars aufgefüllt wurden, von sehr schlechter Qualität – es roch nach Motoröl, was auch von anderen Gästen bestätigt wurde. 5. *Lärm*: In unserem Zimmer waren ständig Klickgeräusche zu hören, die von den Relais im Elektroschrank stammten, da die Klimaanlage arbeitete. Diese Geräusche waren so laut, dass man dachte, jemand würde versuchen, ins Zimmer zu kommen.

Airport transport is an extra. Staff not well informed, got two different amounts for the airport transport and expensive than taxi

- michael (2/5): - I booked a standard king room and I was given a twin bed in a room that was so small I couldn’t even walk around the bed. I was to stay 5 nights but I left after 1 night. The staff did nothing to correct the problem. I would not recommend starting here. I moved to the Double Tree and had a great stay.
- Sjann (10/5): - All around a great hotel. Staff were extremely friendly; rooms were freshly remodeled and modernized, albeit a little small. Breakfast was rather simple and limited in options, but I don't typically eat breakfast anyways other than a cup or two of coffee. Didn't have a chance to try out the spa, but I'm sure it was great. Location was fantastic, minutes away from the tram and metro; and well within walking distance of major attractions such as the Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Would stay again!

- Selima (10/5): - I really enjoyed my 2 week stay at this hotel, the front reception staff could be more friendly but the head chef Zaki made my stay memorable! He was hired during my second half of my stay & I felt an huge change in the breakfast options & the atmosphere- he came over every more to say good morning and to ask if we needed anything - his personal touch made our stay feel very welcoming. Additionally the housekeeping staff did an amazing job at cleaning. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to shop at Fatih or wants to explore neighbouring areas. I’ve already recommended the hotel to family & friends.
- Abdullah (2/5): - I wanted to extend it when I arrived I speak to a guy at the office and he named me a good price I come to talk to them later that same day just different worker about extending they gave me a higher price when I told him the other guy gave me a certain price he got rude and said wasn’t me that gave you that price and kept getting more rude, 2 they never cleaned the whole time there tbh my room still had the garbage from 2 days ago the bed sheets were never changed it and honestly the only reason I wanted to extend is I didn’t wanna walk around or get a taxi with my luggage since I was leaving tomorrow and have a ride but I legit walked to a different hotel that same second they got rude
- Sara (6/5): - The room is renovated and clean. Lobby very dim and not cheerful. Elevator old and a bit scary. Staff don’t speak English and we had a lack of communication. The AC didn’t work since the second night and they promised to fix it but that never happened. I asked for a taxi to take me to the airport, and they didn’t get it for me! I had to stay in the street trying to pick a large taxi and was late for my time to the airport!
- Hassan (10/5): - Newly refurnished, very clean, nice reception if you want to have a quite moment with your friend and family. Quiet and friendly atmosphere, nice and clean and cool restaurant with friendly membersnof staff.
- Humayra (10/5): - Great location just off main road with lots of shops, mosque, food and public transport. All staff on reception but most importantly Baha, were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Reception also arranged a lot of our taxi transfers at very good prices rather than overcharging us like other hotel receptions do. Highly recommend, value for money. Very clean and nice modern rooms. Hotel breakfast didn't have a lot of options but still reasonable with main breakfast items like hot and cold options eggs/cheese/cereal/beverages.
- Samera (10/5): - We had a pleasant stay at the hotel! The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly. All requests were adhered to - the service was great! The location is also good as the main street is at a walkable distance with several takeaways/ restaurants nearby.
- Leah (4/5): - The property itself was fine but it’s really not near the tourist parts pf Istanbul. There’s nothing really nearby. Taxis are hard to get to and from this place and traffic took exceedingly long (1 hour ) to get to tourist areas.
