- Terézia (9/5): - Nagyon különleges volt a kilátás. Igazán jó volta a nappali részből nézni az éjszakai város fényeit. A tetőtéri terasz is kiváló. Amikor megérkeztünk akkor a fürdőszoba kellemetlen csatorna szagú volt, de ez a szellőzést követően megszünt. Négy főre foglaltuk a szállást két külön szobába. A szobák között hat emelet különbség volt ami nem is lett volna akkora baj hiszen a kilátás közel azonos volt. De a lift csak azon az emeleten állt meg ahova a szoba kulcs szólt így az egymáshoz való eljutás többlet szervezést igényelt.

- Maria (7/5): I had higher expectations - I liked the breakfast and the willingness of the staff to help out. The bathroom in the room was not very clean. I found hair on my towels and on the shower floor. They put a huge TV on the desk blocking the beautiful view of Vienna. The rooms look unfinished. Another thing I did not like is that to get to and from the hotel you have to walk a lot due to its location. I was here for a business trip and it served its purpose but I would not book this hotel with my family.

- Michael (4/5): - Die Aussicht ist schön. Man fühlt sich als würde man auf einer Baustelle leben, alles sehr hellhörig, lieblose (fehlende) Einrichtung, Betonung auf Beton. Die Kästen waren staubig, es roch als hätte sich jemand nach dem Verzehr von Paprika-Pringles in die Wohnung übergeben. Ein Geruch der auch durch permanentes Lüften nicht verflog. Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer für zwei Personen, jedoch befindet sich im "Wohnzimmer" in dem der Fernseher steht nur ein gepolsterter Stuhl, es ist auch keine Decke in Wohnbereich vorhanden. Die Betten sind äußerst schmal. Man erhält an der Rezeption großzügig einen "Goodiebag" der aus Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker und einer Kaffeekapsel für die Maschine besteht (für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt) - falls man Milch benötigt muss man die dabei haben. Nennt mich altmodisch, aber in einem wiener Hotel möchte ich an der Rezeption auch Deutsch sprechen dürfen, auch wenn ich der englischen Sprache rudimentär mächtig bin.

- Andrew (5/5): - Excellent location for working at the UN VIC. Rooms are clean. Great gym/workout room. Staff were friendly. Kitchens are well equipped with pots, plats, bowls, cutlery. Room service every 3 days. The room I first was given had a bad odor in the bathroom. I had the same problem 6 months ago, and at that time they acknowledged it was an issue and blamed it on nearby construction. This time, they responded as though it was a surprise to them. This time they upgraded me to a nicer room, which only had a slight smell one time in the bathroom. And one of the elevators has only unfinished plywood inside. Otherwise, it was a nice stary.

- Luigi (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità/posizione/prezzo ma con qualche compromesso olfattivo - Posizione ottima sia per il centro congressi che per la città. Nelle vicinanze qualche supermercato e bar. Bellissimo il terrazzo panoramico comune, sicuramente anche le stanze con affaccio verso il fiume. Al mattino o al rientro in stanza un sentore di fogna proveniva dal wc. Tuttavia, si diradava velocemente con lo scarico e l'aerazione. Credo sia un problema comune che ho letto in altre recensioni. Può dare fastidio ma con alcuni accorgimenti si può tollerare. I cuscini sono scomodi.

- Silvia (9/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft, auch zum selber kochen oder Frühstücken. Toll - Nettes unkompliziertes Check in/ out. Schöne 45 qm Wohnung, modern, alles da was man braucht. Zum Geschirrspülen hätte ich mir ein Spülmittel und Schwamm extra kaufen müssen, wäre schön wenn es da gewesen wär(wegen 3 Tage) In der Küche die Utensilien zum Abwaschen hätten wir gebraucht. Nachdem die Reinigung nur bei einer Buchung von 5 Tagen kommt. Das kauft man nicht extra wegen 3 Tagen. Das warten auf den Lift war zu den Stoßzeiten echt lange.

- Jérôme (7/5): Gute Lage und schöne Aussicht, aber deutliche Schwächen bei Sauberkeit, Komfort und Raumklima. - Die Lage ist wirklich top, moderne, angenehme Umgebung und mit der U-Bahn ist man in ca. 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Die Aussicht war ebenfalls sehr schön und definitiv ein Highlight. Die Apartments sind schlicht und minimalistisch, was grundsätzlich in Ordnung ist. Leider gab es mehrere Punkte, die nicht gepasst haben. Im ersten Apartment war der Schrank stark verschmutzt (siehe Foto). Zudem war die Duschabdichtung undicht, sodass Wasser ausgelaufen ist, und auch diese Stelle war nicht sauber. Obwohl uns eine Reinigung am nächsten Morgen zugesichert wurde, ist niemand gekommen, erst nach erneutem Nachfragen an der Rezeption haben wir ein anderes Apartment erhalten. Auch dort war die Sauberkeit nicht optimal: Die Sofas wirkten in beiden Apartments nicht richtig sauber und im zweiten Zimmer lag ein benutzter Rasierer auf dem Spiegelschrank. Ein weiteres Problem war das Raumklima. Die Fenster liessen sich zwar öffnen, jedoch nur sehr eingeschränkt (zweite Scheibe davor, Luft nur durch kleine seitliche Schlitze, siehe Foto). Dadurch kam kaum frische Luft rein. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, war es warm, stickig und die Luft sehr trocken. Wichtig: Wir waren Ende April dort.

- Ernest (10/5): - I got the room based on the location. Everything else was perfectly good.
- Maksim (1/5): Do NOT stay here in summer - Under no circumstances would I recommend staying at this hotel in the summer. I checked into the hotel and went to my room immediately after receiving the keys. Within the first few minutes, it became clear that staying there would be impossible. There is no air conditioning, and despite what might appear at first glance, there is effectively no way to get fresh air. There is technically a “window” in the room, but in reality, it does not function as one. You can open it, but behind it there is another fixed pane of glass. As a result, no fresh air enters the room at all. This makes the window purely decorative and completely useless for ventilation. It feels like a workaround to formally meet regulations while, in practice, depriving guests of basic living conditions. With sunlight coming into the room, the temperature rises quickly, and the air becomes suffocating. It was physically impossible for me to stay inside. I spent no more than five minutes in the room before leaving. I immediately went back to reception and explained that I could not stay in such conditions. However, the staff refused to cancel my booking, claiming that this was a “personal issue” and that other guests are not bothered by it. I find this extremely difficult to believe given the lack of ventilation. As a result, I left the hotel right away. I did not stay overnight and did not use the room beyond those initial minutes. I lost the money for the booking, but had to urgently book another nearby hotel where basic comfort—such as proper ventilation and air conditioning—was available. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The combination of unlivable conditions and the refusal of the staff to address the issue made the situation even worse.

- Alois (8/5): - Aussicht war fantastisch. Zimmer Ausstattung war gut. Im Zimmer waren permanent Geräusche, wie von einem Kompressor zwar nicht stören zum schlafen, aber trotzdem hörbar. Der Abfluss in der Dusche hat die ganze Nacht geblutet.
