• Michelle (10/5): - This apartment was spotless. The rooftop pool has amazing views. Everything was very clean, organized and beautiful. The host even gave me great recommendations for a good dinner for our last night in Cancun.
• Stuart (10/5): - Nice place with very convenient access to the bus—literally less than 100 yards—5 minute bus ride to central hotel zone or 15 minutes to central Cancun. Unit is clean and well maintained and it is super nice to have a washer/dryer right in the unit.

• Christopher (10/5): - I didn't realize how nice this apartment was going to be until I arrived: 700sq.ft. with two baths, a 200sq.ft. private balcony, and washer-dryer... It's a perfect space. The owner is very responsive and the staff are incredibly accommodating. The building also has a beautiful roofdeck with pool. Playa Tortuga is across the street with beach access, a few restaurants, and the Isla Mujeres ferry. Lazy days are easy to coordinate. Some tours picked up at the building; however most had me go to one of the hotels across the street (Riu Palace Peninsula is about 800 meters up the road... less than 5 minutes walk). The nightlife is 3 kilometers with a bus stop outside the building and lots of cabs. I personally walked it most days (~30 minutes) and found some local food along the way... but I'm weird like that. There is a bodega and pharmacy in the building. If you want fresh fruit/grocery, that is 3km up the road. This is a real find and I highly recommend.

• Gabriella (10/5): - My daughter and I stayed here on our way to Isla Mujeres. The ferry is right across the street, so that was very convenient. There is an Oxxo right around the corner. For dinner we Ubered to the hotel zone and were able to shop in the small mercado. As far as the room, it was very modern, and comfortable. The balcony was nice and quiet for my morning coffee. But wait- the pool on the roof is absolutely amazing, we really enjoyed it.
• Crystal (6/5): - I think that it was a nice place however i was confused why the other room was locked i thought it was a 2 bedroom. So its basically a 2 bedroom but there is a door in the middle that locks . So there was another side but was being rented . We could hear the other side very clearly . The balcony was shared with the other guests as well which was a bit strange. The only thing blocking was some plants . If you like privacy i dont reccomend it unless your renting both rooms.

• Rainer (10/5): Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Das Aparthotel ist eine neuwertige Anlage. Die Kommunikation mit der Mangerin war exzellent. Mikrowelle und Basisausstattung habe für Frühstück im geräumigen Zimmer gute Dienste geleistet. Das Zimmer lag im 3. Stock auf der von der stark befahrenen 4- spurigen Hauptstraße abgewandt en Seite. Der Strassenlärm war aber immer noch gut zu hören. Die Klimaanlage konnte flexibel eingestellt werden. Die Temperaturanzeige auf dem Klimagerät war so hell, dass eine Schlafbrille nachts getragen werden musste neben Oropax natürlich. Darunter alles okay.

The Property is central located from all the action few steps across street ferry to isla mujeres, 24hr convenient store, 6min bus ride to the strip/coco bongo no need for taxi from this property conveniently located. Had a pleasure to meet owner in person she's very sweet n great communication!!! She's alway willing to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Looking forward to staying here again next time in cancun!!!!
• Walter (8/5): Great property, odd check-in policies - Checking in late can be a real hassle, because the owner requires payment upon arrival but may not be there to receive it herself. We had to make a deposit to her account at a convenience store prior to arrival. At least the owner is very communicative. The concierge's mandatory bracelet policy is also weird. No complaints regarding the property itself, which was very comfortable.

• Fang Lai (10/5): - Inma is a great host, putting a lot of care to make us feel comfortable during our stay. We love that pool on the roof and the reception staff are very attentive. The place is well located with stores, bus, restaurants and beaches nearby. Because the place is located in the touristic zone, you must be aware that parties could be noisy until 3 am. Sometimes you hear people partying late and come back tipsy in the hallway, but this is very common in the area since young people hang out late. Make sure to bring some earplugs if you want to sleep deep. Other than neighbours being a bit noisy in the hallway at 2-4 am, the place itself is neat, clean and safe for all. I recommend Inma, she has done a great job keeping up to the standards, you will enjoy a beautiful panoramic view.

• Ebby (10/5): - wow wow wow. This reservation exceeded my expectations. Inman was so friendly and very communicative. She even gave us suggestions on places to visit in cancun. The accommodation is spacious, clean , beautiful and quiet. It is very close to the ferry plaza where you can take a ferry to isla mujeres. There is also a grocery store nearby. I stayed here with my family and we had an awesome time. Inman even provided a cot for my toddler and it was super helpful. Thank you so much inman. I love your services and you are amazing.

• Cristina (10/5): - Perfectly located, the ferry to go to Isla mujeres is right in front of the building, same as buses that take you downtown or to the rest of the hotel area. The owner was very polite and quick to answer any question. The place is absolutely beautiful, with everything to make me feel like I was in my own home. The pool had a beautiful view of the bay to enjoy the sunset. And there is a convenience store in front of the building and a pharmacy right next door. I think I have found the perfect place where I will stay in my future trips to Cancún.

Playa tortuga and ferries to isla mujer were right across the street (so was an oxxo). The owner was very responsive, friendly and helped me figure out an AC issue in real time. The only issue I had is that this suite is actually broken up in to adjoining A/B suites and there is little to no sound proofing between the suites. Luckily my neighbours were respectful but there were moments when it became a bit much

Y como todo en Cancún está un poco lejos, pero la hermosa playa tortuga está a un par de calles de distancia.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été ravis de constater que l'endroit correspondait parfaitement aux photos et que la propreté était impeccable. La piscine était tout simplement incroyable, nous nous sommes baignés tous les jours et nous avons adoré. De plus, l'emplacement est un véritable atout. À proximité de la magnifique Playa Tortugas et du ferry pour Isla Mujeres, ainsi que des attractions les plus prisées de la zone hôtelière de Cancun, il est le lieu idéal pour des vacances mémorables. Nous avons également été agréablement surpris par la présence d'un transport en commun omniprésent, qui a rendu nos déplacements faciles et sécuritaires. L'hôtesse Inma mérite également des éloges pour son accueil chaleureux et son souci constant de notre bien-être. Elle nous a généreusement consacré son temps et nous a prodigué des conseils précieux pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour. Sa communication était exceptionnelle et elle était toujours à notre disposition pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons chaudement cet endroit à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances inoubliables à Cancun.

• Petra (10/5): AMAZING stay! - The apartment is really lovely with a spacious balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun! I spent most of my days by the rooftop pool, a relaxing area where you have a view of the ocean in every direction. The apartment is located just across the street from one of the public beaches (Playa Tortugas) as well as the ferry to Isla Mujeres - a beautiful island with really nice beaches too if you’d rather get some sand between your toes. There is also a small groccery store nearby where you can get most of the things you need, and the larger stores and malls are just a short (and cheap) bus ride away. But more than anything, the service was amazing. The host was incredibly hospitable and accommodating. As soon as I had questions, she would reply within minutes to help me find the best solution or the best recommendations. She went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible! Would definetely recommend this place!
