• Paweł (10/5): Best place for stay ever! - Absolutely fantastic place! In the middle of nature, no cars, no noise. Great crew! First time that someone at Front Desk welcomed me with a real smile. And the restaurant - great food (although very limited number of wege choices, they made some for me. And the staff at the restaurant is super helpful and handsome! 😀

Also the natural pool wasn’t available despite information on the site saying otherwise (it was 24-26 degrees outside…).

• Elena (4/5): - Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr schön im Wald. Wir haben nach einer Woche des Reisens eine Nacht im Vista Spa Resort gebucht. Ausschlaggebend für die Buchung war das SPA-Angebot, das auf Booking.com sehr prominent beworben wird. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Nutzung des SPA zusätzlich 60 EUR pro Person für lediglich 3 Stunden kostet – nicht einmal für den ganzen Tag (wir sind eine Gruppe von vier Personen). Dieses aus unserer Sicht sehr ungewöhnliche Vorgehen war bereits enttäuschend, dennoch wollten wir das SPA buchen. Anschließend wurde uns jedoch gesagt, dass das SPA bereits ausgebucht sei. Laut Aussage des Hotels stehen nur 13 SPA-Plätze für insgesamt 38 Hotelgäste zur Verfügung. Außerdem können auch externe das SPA buchen. Wir empfinden dieses Vorgehen als irreführend und kundenunfreundlich. Ein Betrieb, der mit einem SPA wirbt, dieses aber nur stark eingeschränkt und gegen hohe Zusatzkosten anbietet, handelt aus unserer Sicht nicht transparent und verletzt grundlegende Erwartungen an Fairness und Service.

• Chris (7/5): Schickes Hotel mit kleines Abers - Hotel sehr schick, die Zimmer modern und geräumig, Spa-Bereich entspannend und alles da. Es ist schade, das bei der Preisklasse, der Spa-Bereich für 3 h extra kostet, in vergleichbaren Hotels ist der inklusive, an JEDEM Tag und das von früh bis abends. Das Frühstück am ersten Tag war gut und es wurde regelmäßig nachgelegt, es gab aber nur Filterkaffee. Am zweiten Tag war das Frühstück fast leer, es wurde kaum etwas nachgelegt. Wir waren 10 Uhr da, noch 1 Scheibe Käse, kein Brot und etwas Wurst. Nach uns kamen noch 6 Pärchen...ich bin anderes gewohnt.

• Carlo (6/5): Poor breakfast and staff not very welcoming. - Very clean, position and beautiful spa The staff of the hotel and the Spa. The spa is an extra and IT IS CLOSED ON MONDAY till 2:00 pm and they don’t say this on booking. This is very unprofessional As nobody from reception let us know about this “ little “ detail. Spa staff very rude . All the female staff not very welcoming much better the male staff. Breakfast is very poor for a 4 stars indeed it’s a 3 stars breakfast. No typical products available, very little choice. For a resort oriented toward the wellness it’s a BIG NO . They should re elaborate all the breakfasts concept. Prices are too high if you pay € 175 per night and not even have access to the spa which cost € 50 for 3 hours and it’s the only reason why you choose this hotel it’s definitely a not good value for money.

• Mathilde (8/5): L’environnement sauve la qualité de l’hôtelier - Le spa extérieur est splendide et il vaut à lui tout seul le déplacement ! La salle de fitness très bien équipée. Les chambres sont corrects. L’environnement en pleine nature est superbe ! Le personnel du restaurant est très agréable. Le petit dej pas qualitatif et peu variés. Le réceptionniste qui s’est trompé de chambre j’ai du réclamer, il ne faisait aucun effort pour communiquer avec nous. La moitié des services de l’hôtel ne fonctionnait pas … alors que nous venions pour ça !

• Esther (8/5): Heerlijke plek om na een drukke dag in Praag tot rust te komen - De rust na een dag in de stad Er wordt wisselend gecommuniceerd tot hoe laat je in de bistro kunt eten. Hierdoor kwamen we iedere keer te laat en dan wordt je naar het dure restaurant verwezen. Het is zo rustig qua gasten dat je vaak alleen zit, dat is minder leuk

Our room was comfortable, spotless, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The wellness facilities were absolutely amazing – a true haven for rest. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The location was excellent, with a tram station nearby providing an easy connection to the city. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

• Stefan (9/5): - Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem grossemZimmer. Bequeme Betten. Der Geruch mit dem Parfum in den Räumen war sehr angenehm. Michael und Monika vom Personal waren sehr freundlich. Das das tolle Wellness nicht im Preis inbegriffen war. Die Badewanne war für kleinere Personen sehr hoch, hier wäre eine normale Dusche bequemer.
