• Stephen Ringlee (10/5): Great Value Find in a Superb Location in The City - This was a great discovery... a small hotel right off Bishopsgate in The City with a perfect location. Facility is modern, completely renovated and very well maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly. For those doing short stays in The City of needing easy access to the Elizabeth Line via Liverpool St Station, this is perfect As a value hotel, you need to realize that rooms and baths are small. You get what you pay for. The room was certainly adequate for a couple.
• Karen_3M (8/5): Overall great for the price - The hotel is in a great location and rooms are well laid out to maximise space. Love that the hotel has a lift and fridges in the rooms are a bonus. The rooms are a tiny bit small but fine for us as we only tend to use the room as a stopover if we go to a West End show. Room size is reflected fairly in the price though so we would definitely consider another stay. Reason for 4 star rating is that we had a leaky shower (Room 205) meaning water was going under the tiles in front of the toilet & then water would squidge out when you trod on those tiles. We did report it to staff as it's one of those things you would only notice straight after showering so wouldn't necessarily be picked up by housekeeping.

There was little room to move in the room. It was fine for me as I was traveling alone. But if I was with another person, it would have been more challenging.

• Kevin (8/5): City stay. - Good location for a stay in the city, room small but clean and tidy, tea/coffee facilities laid on, bed comfy, all you need to be honest, good for the price. Shame there was no restaurant.
• Marc (3/5): Not happy - The location is very good and the rooms were very clean. The room is very small. There is a blue light with is super bright. You cannot switch it off. This is so annoying.

• Tanya (7/5): God oplevelse, god beliggenhed - Hotellet har en virkelig god central beliggenhed, værelset var meget rent og passede godt som en base (vær opmærksom på at ikke alle værelser har vinduer). Personalet var venlige og imødekommende. Det var dejligt med kiks, kage og kaffe/te. Hotellet er godt til en kortere ophold (3-4 dage) hvor man er meget ude i byen og ikke bruger meget tid på værelset. Ikke noget fancy sted, men opfylder basisbehov på en god måde. Sengene var ret hårde og ikke store nok til to større voksne. Vi var en høj 12 årig og voksen og det passede fint. Værelset havde kun et natbord. Værelset var ret slidt, med tydelig afskalning af maling og ridser i møbler, men jeg ville helt sikkert booke igen, fordi værelset var holdt rent og beliggenheden var god.

• elizabethrE7447FK (10/5): Great budget-friendly hotel - Great St Helen hotel provides a superbly convenient and low-cost way to stay in the heart of London, with a clean room, comfortable bed, excellent hot shower, and very friendly and efficient staff monitoring the front desk. They provide exactly what they say they will provide and this gets high marks in my opinion.

It was very surprisingly quiet considering the hotel's location. Very comfy bed. The only downside was the room was far to warm for me, I am used to a draughty, cold farmhouse!

• E (5/5): - locatie Unfortunately, our stay was far below expectations. As tall guests (almost two meters), the room felt extremely small — honestly more like a single room occupied by two people. We genuinely felt cramped and confined. Moving around comfortably was nearly impossible. We noticed that other rooms in the hotel appeared more spacious, so we asked about a change of rooms. However, we were told the beds were the same and no meaningful alternative was offered. That was disappointing, as the issue was not just the bed but the overall lack of space. We understand that London is expensive, but for this price, the room felt completely disproportionate in size and comfort. It was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had.

• Odyssey41430264051 (10/5): Cosy perfect hotel room, great power shower - Highly recommend, cosy, well-laid out room on the 3rd floor. Comfortable bed and pillows, perfect Hansgrohe power shower. Very well-insulated from any street noise. Receptionists were efficient and welcoming. Great location, plenty of cafes and bars nearby and 8 mins walk from Monument tube station. A great choice esp for people looking for an alternative to ICE-supporting Hilton hotels

L'hotel si trova molto vicino alla stazione di Liverpool street e a circa 10/15 Min a piedi dal London bridge. La camera è piccola ma c'è tutto il necessario: asciugamani, asciugacapelli,wifi e aria condizionata. Ogni mattina puoi trovare acqua e muffin nel frigo della camera. La zona è tranquilla e non si sentono rumori di notte. Alla reception c'è sempre qualcuno H24. Ho fatto il check in online è stato molto semplice ed al mio arrivo hanno controllato solo un documento, per il check out basta lasciare la tessera della camera in reception. La camera era troppo calda

• lorenzo (8/5): soggiorno interessante e tranquillo - mi è piaciuto moltissimo l'albergo: piccolo ma ben posizionato. Il contesto è interessante si trova infatti incastonato tra grattacieli moderni e futuristici mentre la struttura dell'albergo è antica per cui il contrasto è affascinante. la camera era molto piccola ma ci stava tutto e il bagno era di dimensioni adeguate. molto comodo raggiungere la zona whitechapel che è piena di ristoranti etnici, la galleria di arte moderna omonima e le vie in cui è vissuto jack lo squartatore. i collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici sono molto facili con le altre parti della città data la vicinanza di metro e delle fermate degli autobus rossi, inoltre il Tate e il Tamigi si possono anche raggiungere a piedi con una bella passeggiata di 20 minuti. è andato tutto bene, non saprei. forse si un pochino troppo piccolina la stanza ma questo è normale per un albergo piccolo e antico.

• Becerra (10/5): Nuestro hotel salvación - La ubicación es excelente, muy buena conexión tanto en metro como bus con los sitios emblemáticos. El hotel era muy limpio, la habitación y el baño reformados y con buena temperatura. El servicio muy amable, el check-in super rápido y muy cómodo. Nos dejaban cada día algo diferente para desayunar y agua fresquita que nos vino genial. Estamos muy contentos y repetiríamos sin dudarlo. La habitación y baño eran algo pequeñitas para dos personas pero siendo que lo buscamos de última hora y quedando pocas habitaciones no nos podemos quejar. Fue nuestra salvación.
• Sofia (10/5): Da tornarci assolutamente - Era collocata in un punto stupendo, a due passi dalla metro dalla quale passa la Central Line. Con poche fermate raggiungi tutte le metro che ti possono servire ed è a pochissimi minuti da Covent Garden. La camera piccolina ma con tutto quello che può servire, il bagno era perfetto con una doccia grande e con un bel getto d’acqua. C’è possibilità di fare il check in e il check out online e questo fa risparmiare molto tempo e conversazioni se non si conosce bene la lingua. Fondamentale per noi è stato il fatto che si potevano lasciare i bagagli in custodia quando arrivi e quando parti. Noi siamo arrivati nel primo pomeriggio abbiamo lasciato i bagagli abbiamo fatto un giro per la città fino a sera, stessa cosa l’ultimo giorno abbiamo lasciato i bagagli dopo il check out. Abbiamo fatto un giro di nuovo per la città e siamo passati a ritirarli prima di recarci in aeroporto. Assolutamente da tornarci per il prossimo viaggio . Ultima cosa molto, molto comoda è che se per esempio prendi l’autobus Flibco questo si ferma a Liverpool Station che si trova a due minuti di camminata dall’hotel. Non sempre c’era qualcuno alla reception se avevi bisogno

• J (1/5): Disgusting and very unprofessional and rude staff - Not staffed had to wait ages to be checked in the staff were very rude the hotel stank of cannabis there was no key card lock on the door so had to go back to reception’s asked for a normal key I complained about the smell and was told tough I asked to change room and was no the room was filthy no milk for tea and coffee the bathroom was damaged tiles token and missing would not recommend at all Nothing at all
