- Mark (5/5): Cube Hotel in Causeway Bay - Location and staff interaction, they are friendly easy to discuss stuff they are not rude. However, the "guard", attendant from the lobby is quite rude to us! No consideration at all, my family was leaving/checking out at 5 am to catch an early flight, and it was heavily raining outside, we are just organizing our stuff, with no plans of hanging in the area longer as we are aiming to catch a bus, he started speaking in Chinese, which we do not understand at all shoving us away! Clean issues, there is a 'not clean' smell of linens, pillows, and beddings which compensates with the price, weak aircon for me, not cool enough. Noise by other guests, though this is not the property's fault. Unfortunately, it was not allowed to take photos to show evidence of our stay.

I admittedly arrived late and contacted the hostel right away when my delayed flight landed and received no response. Got to hostel before the last check in time but was unable to locate the hostel and had received no communication from the hostel so I left because I was a solo female traveller and exhausted. After I arrived at the new location they hounded me with messaged and aggressively. Apparently staff are available to check in until 1am because that's when they were messaging me till.

- Sean (10/5): I would happily return. - It’s in a great location and only on 1 floor so easy to access the street. It’s got a small seating area inside and a patio outside. The guy operating the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The hostel isn’t dirty, not even close. The poor reviews here complaining about it being dirty are baseless when you consider that this is one of the cheapest options in the city short of a red light district. If you have any experience traveling budget style in poorer countries you’ll laugh at the notion of this place being considered dirty; it’s a palace. The shower door is broken so it’s leaving the floor of the bathroom very wet since lots of people don’t know how to aim a shower nozzle. Beds/capsule is a little small but this shouldn’t come as a surprise for a dorm.

This accommodation does not have a shoe rack, so the room smells really bad. I have a headache and it is hard for me to rest

In the floor it was only 2 toilets with 2 showers all together. Even if you wanna wash your hand you should have been in to the shower. Very very dirty toilets. 80 euro for 2 nights for a hostel is a lot.

This place is disgusting. Everything is dirty. Everything. Old building with mold. Dirty bathrooms. The sleeping cubes are dirty with hair. The pictures are false. Doesn't look like that at all. Trash is piled up even in the outdoor deck. There is stuff everywhere in the lobby. You can't even sit in the lobby. People check in in the middle.of the night and make a lot of noise. I stayed for 2 days and left at 6am the second day because I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Sitting at the train was better than being in this very dirty hostel. It made my skin crawl.

Very nice guy from Morocco with perfect English 3. convenience. Don't expect much, this is budget accommodation, but there is a place to boil water and boil eggs. Although the bed is small, the three of us fit in with a small child. Lift is not busy at all, because building is small. Total - this hostel is a very good option in this budget Everything was normal for this budget. Room is small, but this is Hong Kong

- Emily (2/5): not what was sold to us - location was good - in the centre of causeway bay with good transport links Hostel was incredibly dirty. Not a single bathroom was fully functional. For example, the toilet in our room had to be filled up manually via shower head in order to flush, even then, it did not work and waste started to pile up in the toilet and was not fixed for a few days. Blankets that we were given to use smelt bad and had probably not been washed. Strange people unaffiliated with the hostel had access to our room and were sometimes in there ?! Cubbie for "2 people" was very small for two. I will never come back here.

Disposable towel and slippers are provided Nice view on the 6th floor Bus stop goin back to airport is very near. During my stay toilet facilities are defective. Especially the flush Garbage are not regularly disposed. Entire Room air-conditioning can't get inside the cube capsule if you close it. :(

Some of the lamps in the Murphy bed didn't work. A kitchen is practically non-existent. Security inadequate.

It's just 2 blocks away from the Causeway Bay MTR metro station The receptionist doesn't speak English, the common area is minimal and inadequate, and there is hardly any space to keep luggage in the dormitories (the lockers don't work). But worst of all, there are just 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, for 20 bunkers! That means 1 bathroom/shower for every 10 guests! That is simply unacceptable and would be considered downright illegal in many countries.

- Daira (9/5): great stay 😊 - I had a great stay at Sleep Cube Hotel, The staff was incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist with any issues that arose. The rooms were equipped with air conditioning, and they also provided a hairdryer, electric kettle, and microwave, which came in handy. The atmosphere was cozy and, most importantly, felt secure, with card-accessible beds adding an extra layer of safety. The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, considering it's in one of the pricier areas in the region.

- Amane (5/5): it is cheap so this is what it is - - auto lock cabin - card key - multiple lights inside the cabin - location - service they gave me a message that said I can check-in after 1 pm, but actually check-in time starts from 2 pm (there was a paper in front of the entrance door that is saying "check-in time starts 2 pm" and yes the paper was correct). Also, I reserved the cabin for three days but I could not open the cabin door which closes automatically after opening on the first day of staying. it turned out they registered my stay for a day so that I could not enter the cabin. (I asked for help to the staff so the problem was solved) - bathroom there is a mirror but you cannot see anything with a thick watermark. the shower head was broken but you can use it without any difficulties. there are some shampoo and rinse bottles attached to the wall but they are just ornaments. Also, there are no papers on the toilet so be careful.

- Tomas (1/5): The biggest mistake of my travel career - Location and terrace. Where to start? I checked the reviews first and they were pretty good, so I decided to book 3 nights. Let me stress that I traveled the world on a tight budget, stayed at many low-cost places, but this was by far the worst. I wouldn't have a problem with the very limited space and not very well clean cube. But what killed me was the cigarette smell in the room. I don't know if someone smokes there or if it was just from someone's clothes, but it punched me right in the nose when I entered and it soaked into my clothes, so when I left all of it smelled like sh... What else? Shower room with wc was often completely wet, no toilette paper there. Security was very low. When I couldn't open the cube with my card I asked staff and he just tried the most generic password and opened it... I will never forget this experience and will tell my grandkids about it one day.

- Anonymous (8/5): the people talking until midnight nonpeblem with the sleep it’s really good hostel - everything is good bu the toilets are not working properly and they don’t respond when we call them the common door always kept open by people and it’s not safe
