- Gaia (7/5): Piccola homestay ma con tutto il necessario! - È una homestay carina, c'è tutto l'essenziale, le ragazze in reception sono molto carine anche le ragazze delle pulizie, per stare un paio di notti va benissimo, la camere è ben pulita e le lenzuola sono pulite...la zona non è centralissima ma a piedi in 15 minuti arrivi tranquillamente ovunque! Un po' difficoltoso da trovare perché è in un vicoletto piccolo e sembra di entrare a casa di altre persone e l'unica pecca della camera è stato l'odore che di notte usciva dalle tubature, ho dovuto chiudere la porta perché era molto forte! Per il resto io mi sono trovata benissimo. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono!

- Jasmine (10/5): A great spot to stay! - The room was great with plenty of space and everything we needed and nice and clean. The communication with the host before our stay and during was great, they got back to us immediately and were really helpful. We arrived late at night so were given easy to follow self check-in instructions but the host still messaged us late at night to check we got in all ok. The location was a 10min walk from all the main tourist spots so easy to get around without having to be in the centre. The kitchen wasn’t the most well equipped or clean if you’re looking to do a lot of cooking however for what we needed it was fine.
- tarik (7/5): l’hôtellerie est un métier, ça ne s’improvise pas, ici c’est raté. - Le cadre est agréable, l’immeuble calme, la chambre bien décorée et le lit confortable. 1. Plusieurs étages et un ascenseur… mais uniquement pour les bagages, pas pour les personnes. 2. À la réception, la personne est sur son iPad, ne s’intéresse pas aux clients et ne lève même pas les yeux. 3. Les bouteilles d’eau ne sont pas fournies, il faut les demander. 4. Resté trois nuits, la chambre n’a jamais été nettoyée. 5. Les serviettes sont propres mais vieilles et sentent fortement l’eau de Javel. 6. La climatisation est vieillissante et peu efficace, le ventilateur ne fonctionnait pas. 7. Le plus problématique : un internet de très mauvaise qualité. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne mal et la configuration du lieu empêche même de capter correctement avec son téléphone. Très compliqué si vous avez besoin de travailler ou d’être connecté.

- HU (10/5): - Even though it's a self-check-in homestay, the staff responds very fast, even at night. We have no issue to checkin during late night. Location is very good. The room is newly renoveted so it's very bright and very quiet from the street, as many buildings in Saigon are old, Holo does not have this issue. The location is close to most of touristic places.

- Viacheslav (8/5): - Удобное расположение. Рядом большое количество кафе, кофеен и массажных салонов. Возможность позднего заселения (автозаселение). Мы заехали поздно, часа в 3 утра. Можно арендовать скутер, но мы либо брали такси, либо пешком ходили. До основных достопримечательностей пешая доступность. До рынка Бен Тан пешком легким шагом минут 15. Хороший интернет. Есть вентилятор и кондиционер. Кондиционер чистый 👍🏼 Не понравился туалет за шторкой 🤷🏼♂️ Я до сих пор не понимаю этого прикола) и уборка была не каждый день, но это центр города за такую стоимость - это хороший вариант

- Maxim (4/5): Gute Lage, schlechter Schlaf - An sich war das Bett gemütlich und die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah an der Stadt. Auch das Personal war hilfsbereit. Es gibt keine Fenster, die sich öffnen lassen, wodurch es sehr stickig wurde und stark nach hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit roch. Außerdem war es nachts sehr laut, da die Haustür direkt unter unserem Zimmer liegt. Jedes Mal, wenn jemand spät abends oder in der Nacht hinein- oder hinausging, wurden wir geweckt. Zusätzlich ist der Aufzug für das Gepäck extrem laut, sodass es beim Ein- und Auschecken anderer Gäste ebenfalls zu erheblichen Lärmbelästigungen kommt. Zudem hat es im Badezimmer gestunken.

- Reshani (3/5): - The good thing was the staff and customer service, and how they swiftly worked to resolve my dissatisfaction with my room in a manner that exceeded my expectations. The location was overall convenient as well. The room had an unpleasant smell and is in need of an upgrade. Fittings are pretty old, and overall maintenance is lacking. Hygiene standards seemed alright, in par with the other properties under the same group. But the overall ambience of the rooms in this property need a lot of work-up. Would definitely recommend this group of homestays but this particular property has some catching up to do.

- Sylva (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, and the owner communicated even during the night arrival. Clean and freshly smelling bed linen, towels,... Good value for money, but.... ...there are some issues that are harder to correct. AC is not working very well. Instead of making the room cool, it made it somehow humid and the smell wasn't pleasing at all. There was no fan, just wires sticking out of the wall. Very nice design, but sadly, the room felt somehow dirty. At some places, I would even call the walls disgusting. To paint the walls or even clean places such as light switches requires very little investment and would make a huge difference. Also, I picked this place partly because of the terrace, which looked great in the photos, but it receives no love at all. Finally, what made me really angry was the message asking me to leave only good reviews and, if something went negative, to let them know privately. This start to be requested often by owners and sadly, it seems like many people follow these requests, which is so misleading and cancels any benefit of comments section. I don't know how else I can explain that nobody is pointing out the wall full of stains of reversed coffee and other problems, almost useless AC,... Some people mentioned the smell from the toilet. But that is one of the issues that I would not blame the hotel for, because I think it is more related to the sewage system in HCM and the accommodation cannot fully control it.

- Gydion (8/5): Good sleeps and overall good. - I slept well. Good mattress and quiet hood. Good toilet. The rest is basic. AC a bit old and took a while to get started but worked. Luggage elevator in the middle of one of the nights. It should be deactivated at night.

- Paula (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect, we walked everywhere from it. We were not expecting much, but we enjoyed staying here. The waterpower/temperature from the shower is awesome and the bed is super comfortable. Check-in is really easy to follow and very safe, with a cutie cat next door. Staff is nice and they always replied really fast, even if they were not in the reception. Money value really worth it. Some noise/voices from the street as it is a residential street at early morning but couldn't hear any traffic noise. Some humidity smell if you don't open the window in some point of the day.

- Peter (8/5): Great location in central Saigon. - Good location and clean rooms. Close to lots of places, but very quiet street. They had double booked us so we had to move rooms for our last night. It can happen, but kind of an inconvenience. The second room we had only had a curtain as door to the bathroom which was a little weird. The staff wasn’t very talkative and barely said hi when you came and left. It was a self check in/our hotel so not really sure what the staff was doing there.
