Beds were not very comfortable and windows were badly insulated with traffic noise from outside

Mi contacto en Vauxhall Apartments, Ema, fue atenta. Además de comunicarse antes de nuestra llegada, hizo seguimiento después del registro y al final de nuestra estancia. Fue servicial sin ser excesiva. Las camas eran cómodas, aunque un poco ruidosas.

• Sonia (9/5): - La ubicación fantástica, muy cerca del centro. A un paso del metro del uber boat, autobuses etc. Bonito piso muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar y descansar.
• Gladys (8/5): - Échange facile et efficace avec l’hôte comme avec la personne qui nous a remis les clés. Nous avons même pu récupérer l’appartement 1 heures plutôt que prévu. L’appartement est idéalement placé pour visiter Londres. Il est vraiment confortable et spacieux pour 4 c’est parfait. Nous y reviendrons !! L’appartement n’était pas super clean à notre arrivée. Il faudrait aussi voir à ajouter un peu de vaisselle ( une seule petite cuillère à café et pas assez de verres). Ça ne nous a pas trop dérangé car nous étions beaucoup en extérieur mais si des personnes prévois de cuisiner c’est un peu juste).

• Gena (6/5): Misleading - different apt. and location - Unfortunately, this listing was misleading. The address, area, and photos provided in the advertisement did not match the actual apartment we were given. After a long day of travel, we arrived at the stated check-in time and address only to find the apartment was occupied. I called the contact number in the listing five times before receiving a call back, at which point I was instructed—via WhatsApp—to go to a different location: a grocery store in Battersea. We waited there for another two hours before someone arrived to take us to a different apartment. The apartment itself was acceptable but clearly lower quality than expected. It was clean, but very cheaply finished, and the air conditioning did not work in the main living area. That said, the location—though not in Vauxhall as advertised—was in Battersea, which is a pleasant neighborhood. It’s conveniently located near Battersea Power Station, shops, dining options, and the park, with easy access to the Tube, Uber, and the Uber Boat. Overall, while we appreciated the eventual accommodation and the neighborhood, the inaccurate listing and poor communication created unnecessary stress and a disappointing start to our trip.

• Aini (9/5): Good place to stay, Reem was quick with her reply n overall had a good stay. - The location was superb, close to the tube station. The two toilets were really convenient for us. The water heater was on a timer, so there were times we had to use cold water to shower.

• Tina (7/5): Great value for money and a nice stay for our family of four with 2 teens for a 4-night visit. - Great location close to Vauxhall Underground station (Victoria line), which connects directly from St. Pancras International train station. A Tesco close by for food shopping and a few bars and restaurants within 100m. We liked the balcony with 2 chairs and a table and used it every evening. Pleased with the closed off entrance hall and lift. Pleased with the two bedrooms and the two bathrooms. I didn't know that the apartment was on the 8th floor. I did not receive at clear information on how to enter and get hold of the key to the apartment. We happen to meet the nice cleaner, who let us in and gave us the key. Noisy floors and teen's beds. At night time with the windows open, there was some city noise, but it is to be expected in London.

Dependendo do horário de chegada e partida, muito importante observar o horário de check-in e checkout pois é cobrado multa, não tem tolerância. Pode inviabilizar a estadia.
• Alison (5/5): The flat was ideally located and excellent for our needs, but a few improvements are required. - N/A property looked tired, shower tiles and grouting were very grubby, a bit of bleach and a scrub would clean them up, skirting boards very dirty, dishwasher not clean. No instructions on how things worked. Kitchen unit lighting had most light bulbs not working. A deep clean and a few tweeks would score the property better. Have an appliance instruction manual, Ensure all light bulbs are working, renew towels on a regular basis , equip kitchen better with cutlery, glasses , pans etc. and deep clean on a regular basis. The flat is in a perfect location , very close to a tube station, and a supermarket.

Second bedroom too small for 2 single beds. No bedside light or hanging space in small bedroom Curtain hanging falling down No ironing board (was listed on booking form) and no drying rack

• Rory (7/5): Nice flat but the details are not quite right - Location, flat itself Mould in the shower Hot water was turned way down so that only one person could get a hot shower. Had to fiddle with the boiler and put it on "boost" but that still wasn't enough for 4 people staying. Only one key provided.

• Heather (7/5): Perfect location for our family of four - just needs a little maintenance and would have been perfect. - Terrific location for seeing sights of London. Very close to transport and a nice roomy apartment. Great to have a washing machine too. Bedroom curtain missing hooks which made them hard to close. Heated towel rail in ensuite and dishwasher were both not working.
• Frances (1/5): Do not stay here - Do not stay here. There is no hot water we had freezing cold showers for 4 days. Emailed and called the property owner and they never responded but were happy to take our money it was also not cheap. We were charged 60 pounds because our flight came in late and their check in time was before 7pm. There was no mention of paying a late fee in the site at all. There was also mould in the showers and the dining room chairs were falling apart. Please check all reviews before booking this place as they all mention that they had no hot water. The hosts couldn’t care less
• Connie (7/5): Good - It was great location with the Vauxhall metro station right out the door, making it very easy to get around the city. The view was great, especially along the waterfront. The furnishings were not in good condition. Kitchen chairs need replacing as they were torn in the seats. The shower had black spots in the corners ( mold?).
• Amanda (8/5): Great location, great property traveling with kids, fantastic to have two bathrooms!! - The most amazing thing about this place was that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms! When traveling with two teens - that is a lifesaver! Kitchen was fairly well stocked for cooking. Convenience store at the base of the building with everything we needed for groceries. There was also an air conditioner unit in the apartment. I loved that we could open the doors and have fresh air. We also utilized the washer / dryer - very great to have. The tube stop was literally right outside the door. The owner was kind enough to let us check in a bit early and handed us the keys while they finished up cleaning and we dropped our suitcases and went to get groceries. the balconies are not at all private - not an issue, just to be aware. There was some traffic noise, but definitely manageable. Only one set of keys to get into building and into apartment - I was nervous all the time about losing keys (not used to having to carry keys around when traveling - sometimes utilize the lock box method or code).

• Kathleen (8/5): Very good - Wonderful location, perfect for four adults and right by restaurants and a Tesco for groceries. Very clean. Portable A/C unit kept the place cool during the day. Lovely balcony. For Americans a coffee maker is considered essential but we made do with instant. Dining room chairs need to be recovered or replaced. We would have liked top sheets (apparently passe across the UK), pillowcases and "flannels" (washcloths).

• Lee (7/5): It's a really good place to stay but please check what is wrong with the hot water - Excellent location. Good size. Nice to have two bathrooms. Small amount of bathroom mould needs sorting in an otherwise very clean place. There were three of us and the hot water kept running out after one short shower. Even after the problem was supposed to have been fixed. One of the dining room chairs was also damaged but it hadn't been noticed.
• Melissa (7/5): Good - Great location, very convenient to station, supermarket. Accomodation worked well for 4 people. Good security and lift access. Our main issue was that we had a problem with the washing machine (not working) and eventually found upon reading a review from a whole month prior that it was not working then either. We were not advised of the problem and ended up with partially wet washing which we had to take to a laundry for a cost of £30. The contact person was not suitably responsive however a new washing machine ended up being installed the next day. Apparently this was planned to happen but we were not told. More effective communication would be appreciated.

• Patricia (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We liked the layout of the apartment. Excellent location for enjoying Lo - Excellent location, only 400 feet away from the Vauxhall Tube Station and there is an Uberboat stop at the dock directly below the apartment. we enjoyed having 2 bathrooms to get ready in the morning. The rooms were nice size and the open living room- kitchen concept was very roomy. The 2 bedrooms were private and the bathrooms were nice with good showers. The balcony was nice to have, but it was too cold to enjoy it. We enjoyed the Riverside cafe for drinks and dinner. The Riverside has a view of the Thames and a nice atmosphere. I am not sure why they would not provide a top sheet for the beds? We were told it was not part of their setup because they had a duvet cover. The washing machine was broken when we arrived and we were not told until a couple of days later. They offered to install a new washing machine the next day, but we did not want to deal with strangers in the unit, so we asked them to wait until we checked out, which they agreed to do. overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

• Amber (8/5): Comfortable and perfectly fit for four friends who love to hangout together! - Very clean and lovely decorated. Many appliances available such as a dishwasher, tv, very big oven and a laundry machine. The host was very friendly. The bath was missing a water stop and one of the shower heads was leaking a bit.

• Miriam (10/5): Fabulous stay - The apartment looks exactly lile the pictures. Very clean, fabulous and comfortable. The apartment is 1 minute away from Vauxhall tub station, and 3 stops from Oxford Circus by tube, more or less 4-5 minutes away from central London by tub, that was amazing. Big kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Safe, cosy and no noise around. I recommend it. Just to mention something the host came a bit late because of the traffic.
• Jaan (8/5): comfortable apartment at an excellent location. - very good location - close to underground subway station and there is a Tesco Express nearby. can be better equipped since this apartment is meant for 4 persons. For examples - should have at least 4 mugs with handle instead of 2 for hot drinks; no hair-dryer as tourists are unlikely to bring a hair-dryer. the master bedroom toilet’s heater and exhaust fan is not working. For check in - the direction given where to meet check in staff should be more clear in writing e.g. is to look for Tesco Express and turns left into a small drive way after Tesco Express and meet outside the Concierge Office.
• Muntansir (10/5): Great value and location in central London. Would recommend - The hosts were amazing and made it super easy to check in. The property itself was beautiful and had 2 bathrooms and was overall really nice and clean.
• Alison (8/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient - The apartment was clean, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. The two bathrooms was ideal for our travelling party. There is a tube station and Tesco at the bottom of the building, which is super convenient, as well as a couple of nice waterfront bar/restaurants which was handy after a long day of sight seeing. Good wifi. The pictures in the listing were a good representation of the apartment The shower in the main bathroom was only hand held …but that’s a minor complaint. Overall it was pretty good
