Η πόρτα του μπαλκονιού την είχαν αφήσει ανοικτή και την ώρα που φθάσαμε είχε κατσαρίδες στην είσοδο της μπαλκονόπορτας. Το καπάκι του σιφωνίου του νιπτήρα έλειπε. We could hear everything, cars, people outside, people in the building and someone was playing loud music from 5am until 10am. Also for some reason there is a red light inside the room on the circuit board that was annoying. So have earplugs and a mask. The funny thing is that the hotel name means sleep which is the only thing we couldn’t get.

• Petje313 (10/5): Prima hotel voor verkenning Athene - Het hotel is centraal gelegen, afstand tot het "centrum" van de stad is ca. 1,5 a 2 km. lopen. Alle openbaar vervoer is in de directe omgeving voor handen. De kamers zijn schoon en voorzien van airco en koelkast. Het bed was zeer goed, 1, 2-persoons matras met een deken. Niet te hard, niet te zacht. (vermoed dat het hotel ook kan zorgen voor 2 dekens indien gewenst). Dagelijks werd de kamer schoon gemaakt en iets wat wij al jaren niet hebben meegemaakt, De handdoeken werden bijna dagelijks vervangen. Er waren zelfs badjassen aanwezig zonder meerkosten. Het ontbijt was daarentegen een totaal fiasco. Dit werd geserveerd in een "Picknickmandje" en was dagelijks (2 dagen gebruik van gemaakt) gevuld met Aardbeienjam (stond op exploderen), smeerkaas, honing, 1 soort vleeswaren (2 dagen Mortadella). 2 appels, 2 pakjes drinken, 4 plakjes brood (2x bruin en 2x wit), oploskoffie, voorverpakte Grieks gebak, Griekse yoghurt, 2 hardgekookte koude eieren en 2 plakkende appels.

Stanza sul pianerottolo e accanto all’ascensore, molto rumorosa, per di più c’è una discoteca accanto e il weekend si sente la musica tutta la notte. Il quartiere non è proprio il massimo, ma ad Atene c’è di peggio. La colazione con solo cose confezionate in un 4 stelle non è accettabile.

Κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό αλλά και στο κέντρο με τα πόδια Το πρωινό με το καλάθι ενδιαφέρον ως ιδέα, ικανοποιητική ποσότητα στο σύνολο, με ποικιλία. Η θέα από το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν ευχαριστη, έβλεπε σε πρασιά. Μπορεί να βελτιωθεί η ποιότητα στο πρωινό και η ποσότητα στο ψωμί η οποία δεν ήταν επαρκής. Η καθαριότητα επιδέχεται βελτίωσης όπως και το αφρόλουτρο στο μπάνιο ενώ δεν προσφέρεται σαμπουάν.

The staff are absolutely incredible — kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. They supported and helped me through a very difficult situation, doing everything they could to assist. I’m deeply grateful to the entire team. If I ever come back to Athens, I will stay only in this hotel — nowhere else. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s a place where people truly care. Το πρωίνό δεν περιλαμβάνεται στην αρκετα ψηλη τιμή και καλύτερα που ειναι προαιρετικό διότι απ΄οτι μας πληροφορησε το προσωπικο τα είδη που προσφέρονται ειναι τυποποιημένα. Επίσης, η ηχομόνωση σχεδόν ανύπαρκτη,ακούγαμε τους διαλόγους των ενοικων του ορόφου και τις πόρτες να ανοιγοκλεινουν απο τους αλλους οροφους και υπηρχε εντονη οσμή αποχέτευσης τόσο στο ασανσέρ όσο και στο δωμάτιο ειδικά τις βραδινές ώρες. Απαιτειται διερευνηση.

• Ana (5/5): Abaixo da expectativa - Os funcionários da recepção foram simpáticos. O sistema do pequeno-almoço é muito mau. Para além de só servirem até às 09 horas, servem dentro de um cesto, que aconselham a que seja entregue no quarto de manhã. O quarto tinha apenas uma bancada mínima já ocupada em grande parte pela chaleira de aquecer a água, pelo que quase não há espaço e nem sempre é agradável usar a varanda - ou porque está muito calor ou frio. Dentro da cesta, para além de um ovo cozido e de uma maçã, vem uma série de coisas plastificadas. Há a possibilidade de comer do cesto no restaurante, mas preferem que seja no quarto.

• Ioannis (4/5): Όταν κάνεις κράτηση σε ένα ξενοδοχείο σχεδόν με το ζόρι, αφού δύο φορές ζήτησα δωμάτιο, την μία φορά δεν μπορούσε η ρεσε - Τα δωμάτια σαν δίκλινα ήταν πολύ όμορφα και άνετα Η επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα, η οργάνωση του ξενοδοχείου, το ύφος επικοινωνίας, και το μέγεθος του ανύπαρκτου τετράκλινου.

• Pavlos (4/5): ΑΠΟΓΟΗΤΕΥΣΗ - Το επέλεξα γιατί ήταν κοντά στον Άρειο Πάγο όπου είχα δουλειά. Ομολογώ ότι δεν ξέρω τα κριτήρια για να αξιολογηθεί ένα ξενοδοχείο ως τετράστερο. Αυτό πάντως ΔΕΝ μπορεί να είναι ξενοδοχείο τεσσάρων αστέρων! Στο σεντόνι του κρεβατιού βρήκα κι εγώ τρίχες (όπως κι άλλοι πελάτες - διάβασα στις κριτικές, εκ των υστέρων δυστυχώς) και στο κάτω μέρος του παπλώματος υπήρχε βρωμιά - μουτζούρα. Το τηλεκοντρόλ της τηλεόρασης δεν λειτουργούσε και επομένως δεν άνοιγε. Και το κορυφαίο: Δεν υπάρχει πρωινός μπουφές! Σου δίνει το ξενοδοχείο σε κουτάκι (όπως στον κορονοϊό) ένα "ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟ" πρωινό όπως το ονομάζουν, που περιέχει ένα φρούτο και ό,τι άλλο αυτοί κρίνουν!!!! Λοιπόν κλείστε το ως ξενοδοχείο και δουλέψτε το όπως αλλιώς νομίζετε, γιατί αυτό ΔΕΝ είναι ξενοδοχείο...

• Lina (6/5): - Sehr nettes Personal. Aber 4 Sterne hat das Hotel definitiv nicht. Sehr lieblos eingerichtete Zimmer und sehr hellhörig. Die Nachbarschaft ist abends etwas lauter und bitte am Wochenende aufpassen: direkt nebenan ist ein Club, der bis in die Morgenstunden noch laut ist.

Das Frühstück wurde in einer kleinen Box entweder auf dem Zimmer oder unten im Frühstücksaal bereitgestellt. Es war recht einfach gehalten aber in Ordnung für 1 Nacht. Leider war unsere Übernachtung im Hotel nicht sonderlich erholend, da es direkt neben einem Techno Club liegt, der mitten in der Nacht öffnet. Eventuell ist das nur an Wochenenden ein Problem, allerdings würden wir unter diesen Umständen nicht nochmal hier buchen.

• David (8/5): Comfortable, clean room, welcoming, friendly staff and close to major bus routes. - The room itself was comfortable and spacious, and well supplied with a kettle, coffee machine and fridge. The desk staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. Communication by the hotel prior to my arrival was also excellent, helpfully indicating ways of travelling to it from the airport. The breakfast came in a picnic basket, delivered every morning to my room. Whilst the contents of the basket were the same every day (so a little more variety would have been nice), there was plenty in there, it was filling, and there was enough to take away for picnics or stash in the fridge for later in the day. The breakfast box included mini packets of cereal, which was good, but there wasn't enough milk to put on the cereal! The location was not great - the hotel is a 15 minute walk from the nearest Metro station and a 35-40 minute walk from the city centre (Syntagma). There weren't many good restaurant or bar options either. However, there is a bus stop 1 minute away which is on several routes, and the 230 bus takes you to Syntagma in about 15 minutes, or the Acropolis in 20. I found Google Maps invaluable for planning, and used the bus network extensively.

Αυτή την φορά ήταν ακόμη καλύτερα, ευχαριστηθήκαμε πολύ την διαμονή μας και σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο. • Francesca (10/5): Pulizia e cordialità - Hotel pulito, personale davvero gentile e cordiale. Siamo arrivati in tarda serata e siamo stati accolti mettendoci a nostro agio a 360 gradi nonostante fosse l'una di notte. Grazie!

• Patrick (3/5): - La propreté et la literie L'étroitesse de la salle de bain, la formule imposée du petit déjeuner avec un panier composé de produits industriels pas à la hauteur du prix demandé et, si la chambre est côté rue, le bruit permanent de la boîte de nuit au moins jusqu'à 7 heures, heure de notre départ! Clients depuis 3 ans dans cet hôtel, nous ne reviendrons pas car les prestations sont de moins en moins satisfaisantes compte tenu du prix demandé.

• beaney2014 (10/5): Overnight stay after ferry back to Athens to catch flight home next day - We arrived about 20.30 and checked in very quickly with everything explained to us and booked our morning breakfast box which was delivered to our room promptly at 9am next morning as requested. The breakfast box contained enough choice for two of us . The room was clean and we had a good night's sleep after eating at a restaurant within a 3 minute walk.

• Anonymous (8/5): Great stay and experience. - The hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, modern and clean. Excellent hotel. The only aspect of my stay that I did not think was good was the breakfast. The options for breakfast were a bit limited and the quality of the food and coffee was a little lower than I had hoped.
• Henk (6/5): - De medewrkers van de balie waren super vriendelijk en begripvol. De kamers zijn zeer gedateerd zoals het hele gebouw. Het ontbijt was een aanfuiting, koude gekookte eieren 2 soorten vlees 1 soort kaas gore koffie en een flesje warm water op de tafel, de ontbijtdame was wel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gezien de kamer prijs ver beneden peil.
• Pasquale (6/5): - Un bell’hotel in una posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e la zona ospedaliera. Peccato per l’isolamento acustico inesistente, soprattuto alle porte che comporta l’udire le porte dei vicini di corridoio sbattere ed eventuali schiamazzi. Colazione un po’ scarsa.
