• RUBEN (4/5): Pésimo servidor y hay chinches !! - Está dentro de un edificio de departamentos y eso complica. Pésimo servicio e la recepción ya que es nula, nunca pudieron darme una llave extra porque nunca pude hablar con nadie y solo está un conserje del edificio que no sabía nada. Había chinches en la cama y en los sillones de la sala compartida de afuera. Me salí noches antes por lo de las chinches y no pude hablar con nadie del tema. Podría ser una buena opción si le pusieran atención pero por el momento es terrible !!
• Robert (5/5): Good price for a short stay - Location and price were good- close to airport I arrived from an overnight international flight and requested an early check in. They said no, but then let me put my luggage in the room?! It obviously wasn’t booked or being used, and I even offered to pay. Also, they are constructing a huge tower next to it so constant loud noise. Just to be aware of you book here

Ideal para uma estadia de curto período ou para uma conexão... O quarto é realmente pequeno, mas para curtas estadias é o necessário. Chuveiro muito bom, o único porem fica para as toalhas, lençois e cobertores um pouco surrados. Internet boa, com algumas quedas, mas nada que desabone... Check-in / check-out super rápido e tranquilo, e regiao com ótima sensação de segurança

The worst thing for this palace is the construction activity near the otel. It was too loud.

I requeted one small room with a twin bed, everything was confortable (with a small desk too) and clean. I feel a little unsafe because the room was in the first floor and it seems easy to climb to the window from the street. But the area was very safe and everything was OK. It is close from the USA Embassy, I walked to do my VISA (15 minutes walk), very convinent. Everyone was very nice.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Pleasant stay. - Out of the way in a corner of Palermo, tucked away behind the polo grounds, it is nonetheless flanked by many excellent cafés just two blocks away. It is a two story boutique hotel on the first and second floors of a small condo buildings. Very quiet. Good quality linens, bath items and good appliances (AC, TV). Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Safe neighborhood.

• Martin (8/5): Practical but difficult. - I liked the hot shower. It is very difficult to find the property. There is no sign with the name of the hotel because the hotel is only two floors of a tall building. To make things worse, it is the last building at the end of a deadend ally.

• Rp1964 (9/5): Great stay in a very pleasant place - The Clayton is very close to the coworking space HIT Cañitas, which was important to me. I liked the lounges on 1st and 2nd floor: an ideal place to either relax or work a bit with my MacBook. I LOVED the cartoon-like videos of a cat sitting in front of the house or at a window. That was running in the breakfast area and always matched with the weather and lighting outdoors. Rooms are a bit small, but I knew that before.

• Jesus (2/5): - It is a misleading offer according to the pictures shown in the ad. The room (no. 111) is VERY SMALL. The floor was wiped probably with the same mop they cleaned the urine, so the smell was horrendous. The view (supposed to be to the polo field) was a wall from the next building. Really a bad experience. If you want to be UNCOMFORTABLE that is the place.

• Mariano (10/5): Nice comfy stay in Palermo - The room was comfortable, featuring all amenities. The hotel, while somewhat unusual, was genuinely pleasant. Its location in a quiet area added to the appeal, along with clean rooms equipped with showers that had a nice water flow. The staff were exceptionally friendly.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The rooms are miniature. If I had booked this room for anything longer than I did, I would have been very upset. Two people with luggage cannot really fit into the elevator. The place was clean, though and the shared space (which is the picture they use for their profile) was nice.
• melisa (10/5): - It is a beautiful hotel, close to restaurants and around a fancy and expensive area of Buenos Aires. The staff was nice; however, when we contacted them regarding the check in time, they said 3pm rather than 2pm (listed in the Expedia website). After going back and forth, they allowed us to do an earlier check in. Also, the hotel did not have any sign on the street to recognize it. The elevators were funny, very small and opening after pushing the door. Other than that, the experience was great. They had coffee and bakery for free and other things to buy.
