- Cristi (6/5): Lovely Staff but No. - The room was beautiful and the staff were amazing! Even the restaurant was just fabulous! But there was an odor from the close proximity to the river. It was awful. And the 6th floor was under the restaurant, which made it very noisy at night.

The rooftop breakfast each morning was delicious, with friendly and helpful staff ensuring I had everything I needed. The front desk staff were also incredibly kind and helpful throughout. The room was large and comfortable. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

My brother in law arranged to have the hotel make a very special arrangement my twins and my birthday - rose bouquets and roses everywhere, a cheese and fruit and wine snack and special note! We were so surprised!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Worth the stay - Everything was wonderful! The room was beautiful, large, comfortable beds. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The breakfast was more than we could eat. Many Turkish dishes, plus whatever we wanted. The only thing that was lacking was that the A/C was only in one area of the room and barely cooled the entire suite. We have already recommended this hotel to others and would definitely stay there again.

Even before I arrived at the property, the hotel reached out to see if there was anything they could do for me upon my arrival as well as reached out to see if I needed transportation or if I wanted them to book any excursions. There are too many people to name, but every single person I interacted with at the hotel was beyond kind, courteous, and helpful. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced at any place I have ever stayed, and trust me, I have stayed a lot of places. My room had to be the absolute cleanest room I have ever been in. And I don’t just mean upon my arrival, but every single day when housekeeping came, every detail was attended to. Sheets were cleaned, room was spotless, it was the most thorough housekeeping service I have ever experienced. I originally booked this hotel based on the reviews that continued to mention customer service as a theme , and they were not wrong. Please do yourself a favor and book this hotel if you decide to stay in Istanbul. You will be so happy that you did and if I ever return, I will be sure to come back.

It was really a surprise when we arrived from the welcome to the actual room being wonderfully decorated to the welcome drink at the rooftop restaurant. While there were a few issues during our stay, I would recommend others to stay here.

- Tsz Man (10/5): 風景很好的露台，熱情的職員 - 職員說這是酒店裏最好的房間，是在六層頂樓，露台望出去是海景，房間也很大很舒適，酒店職員也很好，服務周到。雖然我們只住了一晚 ，但對這裏感覺很好。 酒店不是在藍色清真寺那邊的景點區，但附近很多餐廳，而且步行就到了大橋，散步也很舒服，酒店職員也很好的給我們介紹了遊覽伊斯坦堡的路徑，步行就能夠去到很多地方，而且酒店附近就有T1電車，基本上可以去到所有景點，超級方便。

- Musa (8/5): Lækkert hotel men mangler service - Vi havde ophold i 3 dage hvor en af dagene manglede der håndklæde. Samt fjernbetjening til TV ved jacuzzi ikke blev lavet selvom det blev lovet. Værelserne er overraskende store og rummelige, og hotellet ligger super godt i forhold til shopping, natteliv og tæt på seværdigheder.

If/when we do, we would definitely stay at the De Reve again. The hotel was amazing but the staff was even better! The couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating, plus the breakfast was really, really good!

Now add in the fact that the location is beyond perfect for any thing you’re wanting to do and now this is a solid choice. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and had a sea view of the a Bosporus. The Irish pub was great as we watched the euro cup and the atmosphere was textbook futbol in Türkiye. If you’re considering this place, there is nothing bad to speak of here. Also, almost forgot, the rooftop lounge and view was pretty darn awesome as well. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up?! Solid choice and the price great too.

Our check-in was a little slow as they were helping other guests but we enjoyed a cup of tea while we waited - outside in the cafe as their reception area is very very small. Once checked in we had nothing but a wonderful stay. Great room (we had sprung for the upgrade with balcony and small sitting area) and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff was very helpful getting us an appointment at a nearby Hamas for a Turkish bath when the standard tourist places were full since it was Sunday. It was a wonderful experience, thanks for helping us find this gem! The hotel is newly renovated with great linens in the bathroom. A wonderful breakfast each morning in the cafe - shout out to all the staff but specifically Mustafa and Ireme who made us feel like we were at home. The hotel is located in a great location, easily walkable. Close to a tram stop and lots of fun dining options. I would highly recommend if you are looking for something just a little different from a standard hotel. The entire staff went out of their way to make our staff enjoyable. Thank you!

This was my final stop and I was anxious what I was going to experience. 9 countries and countless hotel bedrooms later, this newly opened hotel was a wonderful end to a long business trip. This small, newly opened boutique hotel is part of a family run small chain. From the moment I arrived, the owner and his team were constantly at hand to offer great advice, help with bookings and make recommendations. The hotel bed room was large (# 301), beautifully furnished with an exceptionally comfortable king bed. I dined in the restaurant...a little disappointing, I would have expected more options at breakfast. Hotel staff were exceptional. I had used the laundry service and my laundry never returned. The Owner didn't quibble over my loss and promptly provided a full-refund. Location is stunning in the newly developed Galataport area with tons of cute restaurants and cute stores all within walking distance. My new go to Hotel in this stunning city. I can't wait to return.
