• Miss (8/5): Very good - Easy access to amenities. Near LRT n Buses. The room toilet bowl was not really clean. To clean from inside too. The charging socket was faulty. No light at the mirror table. Other than that all were perfect.

• Muhammad (2/5): WORST - Location The staff were absolutely lousy and incompetent, blaring loud music at night. The TV didn’t work, which is just unacceptable. I checked in for two nights on Saturday, but at exactly 12:00 PM, the electricity went out! When I went to the front desk to demand an explanation, the staff had the nerve to tell me I had only booked for one night, which was a complete lie. After this awful experience, I decided to check out on Sunday between 1:30 and 2:00 PM. I left the access card in the box provided by the hotel, as the rude staff instructed when I checked in on Saturday. Yet, on Monday, I received a call from the same incompetent staff, aggressively asking me where the access card was, even though I had already returned it! This place is a disaster and the staff seriously need to get their act together.
• Hannah (4/5): Disappointing - It was a last minute booking and it was okay for 2 nights at most. The tv in the room was useful and the location was pretty good near merdeka square and not too far a walk from Petronus towers There was no window in the room, and there was an odd smell. It was also a little difficult to find as it’s advertised as an OYO hotel but the actual name on the front of the building is different
• Abdulrahman (1/5): The WC was blocked but they refused to change the room and they told me that someone would be on his way to fix it, and - Nothing They have stolen the tourism fee twice. Attention: Tourism fee is part of the total price. The staff is some of the most rude I've ever seen in my life.

• Hassan (10/5): Budget stay in great location, Recommended. - Location is great it's just few minutes walking distance from metro station. attractions are nearby so we do not need to take public transport or grab frequently. cleanness is excellent free wifi works great and all in great affordable price. overall nice experience. Room size was little bit smaller, no windows in room and no breakfast just these things overall nice room in the budget.

Now there is a lady called Ms. Sandhya and her attitude is very rude and very worst not only with me also fellow customers. Even she didn’t take any care of cleanliness of the premises and using same pillow and blanket for next customer without changing new one. Overall requesting customers not to approach this hotel anymore even its cheap. This hotel manager or boss blindly believing her and its day by day the customer has been decreased. I request the horel owner to change this arrogant lady with new staffs who can communicate and behaviour very polite with customers.

• Miss (7/5): BAD MANAGEMENT - Strategic location for transportation. The staff attitude. The management need to monitor A LOT AND CLOSELY how the staff attitude towards guess. The face expression. No smiles or greeting received by the staff. Annoying. No answer from the property when I messaged via emails regarding some facilities. The property contact number given by OYO and what indicated in the booking confirmation was not on service. VERY BAD SERVICE IN TERMS OF INQUIRIES FEEDBACK AND STAFF ATTITUDE. THE MANAGEMENT NEED TO RECTIFY ON THIS. WHAT A SHAME. The staffs were not local staff whereby in rules the receptionist need to be a local staff.

Toilet hole got brown stain , and when i want to check out, there's no receptionist around 745 am....but they had prepared a box for you to insert your room's key before you leave. My phone have connections problem with their Wi-Fi but my laptop can get their line,and tv doesn't work. No parking available for guess,must know how to find nearby parking ( please standby cash)

• Meor (1/5): Rude staffs and bad service. - They said they're supposed to be free parking but there is none. Then, exactly at 12pm, the owner turn off the electricity in my room when we are moving out and cleaning my room with my family. The staff are also very rude and I'm sure they don't have passport. The door to the toilet is also broken.

Air cond only can set to 16 Celsius,if more 16 then air cond off itself . Asked the staff to change room , he didn't answer properly and didn't change room for me.. another room under stairs . The space so small.
• Sachio (10/5): Cool and Budget stay in the center of Kuala Lumpur - The room is without ventilation except for the bathroom's, so we kept the door about a bit open for fresh air. It may need a trick. However, this is located at the very center of Kuala Lumpur and almost next to 7-Eleven, And the room is with own bathroom. The staff are so kind that they gave us an electric kettle and knife when we asked. And also gave they clean another plastic bag for trash. Cleanliness is OK for us. No problem. The Wi-fi speed was excellent. There is a big hypermarket named LuLu market in some minutes walk. Generally, very affordable and a nice place to stay. Thank you Nothing to complain with such price.
