- Petra (1/5): terrible customer service, double booked our room and we were left stranded at 10pm! - we had booking confirmed and when we arrived no one was there. we called two numbers provided, both didn’t speak English. we were told they are meeting us at the property in 5 min. no one arrived. I was with two kids, checking in at 9pm. we were told the property has double booked and that we don’t have a room. no apologies no help offered.
