• Claire (1/5): Stayed one night thrn moved hotels!! Couldn’t gets refund either - Nothing I came for a week! Solo female traveller! Arrived to be told no outdoor pool which I wasn’t aware of as they had drained it! My patio door wouldn’t lock, phone in the room didn’t work! Room very tired looking in need of desperate refurb!!! Restaurant lights went out twice so in total darkness!

Полотенца застиранные, пол мыли просто по видимым зонам, много пыли под диваном и креслами. Кондиционер один был сломан и сломан стул. На просьбу поменять стул ответили- если найдут , то поменяют. Ха-за, забавно как-то. Кофе отвратителен и в ресторане и в баре

• Ross (8/5): Nice stay and good comfort - We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We got a room in one of the buildings next to the main building, which had no elevator. The room size was alright. The bed was comfortable. It had TV, fridge and a kettle. Good shower. The staff was friendly and helped us getting extra amenities. There is a pool and spa in the hotel, but we didn't use it. The breakfast was fine, it has a good selection of food, but nothing too fancy. A lot of planes fly over the hotel to land at the airport. Since we stayed in a room outside the main building the noise from the planes were quite loud. The planes don't fly at night though, so it didn't interrupt our sleep. The roof in the room is very thin, so it's easy to hear the noise.
• Ava (1/5): I was very disappointed as room very noisy and inadequate for my needs - Nothing During my stay, I experienced multiple serious service failures. On the second day, there was no hot water available in my room, which meant I was unable to shower. On my final day, there was no water at all in my room. This resulted in a major hygiene issue, particularly after using the toilet. When I reported this to your staff, no alternative solutions or assistance were offered. I also asked to speak with a manager and was informed that no manager was available. The lack of guidance or support in such a basic and serious situation was extremely concerning. Access to water is a fundamental requirement for any hotel stay. The absence of this, combined with the lack of appropriate staff response, caused significant inconvenience and distress and fell far below acceptable service standards.

Am ersten Tag war kein heißes Wasser für Tee da, die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, als wir uns entschlossen einen Saft zu trinken, stellten wir fest dass auch Dieser Automat nicht funktionierte. Es gibt viel Grünzeug zu Essen. Keinen Joghurt, Wurst waren immer nur 3 bis 4 scheiben da und wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt. Das war nichts!!!

• Zlatina (10/5): - The hotel is wonderful. Tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated and clean pool and spa center, friendly and responsive staff. I spent a very pleasant 9 days in an apartment with a sea view.

The spa is included, and although it’s small, it was comfortable and relaxing — especially in the low season, when there weren’t many guests. There were also some disappointing details. There were no bathrobes in the room, which feels strange for a hotel that promotes itself as a spa hotel. The minibar in the room was completely empty. After the first cleaning, two pillows were removed because only one person was staying in the room — I’ve never experienced a hotel being so “careful” with pillows. After the next cleaning, the foot towel disappeared as well. At breakfast, their coffee machine broke, and instead of offering an alternative, they suggested buying coffee — even though breakfast is included in the room rate. In the hotel restaurant, there are no prices listed for alcoholic drinks, so you only find out at the end that a glass of local Efes beer costs €7. The hotel is located not far from the airport, so planes fly quite low overhead, although you do get used to the noise after a while.

Gehorig, slechte service, kattengeur in de lobby, eten (yayla soep en köfte) zeer middelmat - Ik had de accomodatie geboekt wegens de afstand tot het vliegveld Televisie werkte niet, ik kreeg een andere kamer maar ook daar werkte de televisie niet. ‘Savonds laat werden er meubels verhuisd in het hotel en in de kamer recht boven mij, door het hotel personeel zelf notabene. Toen ik na veel geduld om 12 uur snachts uiteindelijk de receptie belde met mijn verzoek of ze hun werkzaamheden morgenochtend konden hervatten omdat ik een vroege vlucht had en graag wilde slapen kreeg ik te horen dat ze toch door zouden gaan. İk wilde t management hierover spreken maar ook dat werd afgewezen. Zeer klantonvriendelijk en onbeschoft. Personeel van de Spa daarintegen was ik wel tevreden over.

Upon arrival and departure, there was no one to help them with their luggage, so I had to assist the entire group، The receptionist said they would assist us upon arrival and departure. .
• Lisa (1/5): Disgusting place - Nothing. The advert and images for this hotel is a misrepresentation. This is just some of it… Very unhygienic and dirty. Dust, hair clippings and debris. Lack of basic hotel room facilities ie no safe deposit box, clothes rack. Electric sockets not working. Light switches hanging off. The advert lists facilities that just do not exist. Breakfast is limited with kittens crawling over the food yes kittens and cats walk over the indoor breakfast Buffett area. No basic things included in the free breakfast I.e toast. Not a luxury hotel as advertised. Staff are not welcoming but rude and ignorant. We booked 8 nights and could not stay there, we checked out after the second night after waiting for staff and booking . Com to assist unfortunately no assistance provided.

• Seikou (6/5): un belle hotel pas chere - lhotel est beau, il est bien placé Le petit déjeuner n'est pas top, la literie n'est pas confortable et il y a des petites finitions à refaire. Gros point négatif, la proximité avec l'aéroport : on entend très très bien les avions de jour comme de nuit, une horreur.

No rooms in the main building, had to live in a separate small house. Also first I got a room with half a window. Has to wait for 24 to be moved to a new one. New much staff which doesn’t know what to do. Just stand there and looks confused

• David (10/5): Luxury modern quiet hotel, near the airport - I absolutely loved this hotel! I paid a little bit more and went for the "Deluxe Suite with Sea View", what they don't mention is that "Sea View" also gives you a bigger room! (I had a quick peek at the Deluxe Suite without sea view to compare).. The rooms are furnished with a nice modern look and were spotlessly clean. There's a nice large balcony which you could sunbathe on comfortably as the sun moves around. The shower is amazing, so powerful. Breakfast was good, with different hot options each day. All the staff were 10/10 friendly from the front desk, the restaurant staff to the room cleaners. Not everyone speaks perfect English, but they love to try and all had a smile. If you're looking for a beach based hotel this not for you. If you've got delicate ears and don't like aircraft, this is not for you! But... if you're looking for somewhere to stay whilst having some 'work' done, or you want somewhere to stay that isn't a crowded hotel this place IS for you! To those who complained about aircraft noise.. what do you expect from a hotel under the final approach to an airport?!! The runways in use get 'rotated' throughout the day/night, so they only land over the hotel 25% of the time - and its exciting to be so close to the planes you can read whats written underneath them!! I'll definitely be back here again next year! Nothing! I liked everything

• Dennis (5/5): Für einen Strand Urlaub ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Auch nicht vor Familien mit Kindern. - Nähe Flughafen, sehr sauber, Abwechslung beim Frühstück. Es gibt für ab Nachmittag nichts mehr zu Essen, Flugzeuge fliegen alle 10 Minuten über das Hotel. Die Liegen am Pool waren alle kaputt und hatten keine Auflage. Der Pool war immer trüb und der kinderreich eklig, da die Katzen ihr Geschäft darin berichtet haben, so dass der Pool immer bräunlich war. Ich habe mich deshalb nicht an den Pool gelegt. Auch sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, hat wer gepinkelt, Stand ich kerzengerade im Bett. Auch steht in der Beschreibung Hotel eigener Strand. Stimmt definitiv nicht, denn zum Strand musste man mit dem Taxi fahren. Hier gibt es keinen Strand, nur Klippen.

To this hotel before and love the location and the absolutely lovely staff A young lady on reception called Shima was always very polite and helpful and made sure we were always attended to with any enquiries. • Anastasiia (5/5): - Зачем писать в описании, что отель находиться в 3 км от аэропорта, если мы до аэропорта ехали 13 км (ехать 20-30 минут)?! Над отелем ежеминутно очень низко пролетают самолеты, поэтому шум бесконечный. Абсолютно неухоженный отель, флегматичный персонал, активными были только официанты на завтраке. Номер малюсенький, развернутся невозможно, свежий, но уже убитый ремонт, потому что за ним нормально не ухаживают. Прямо возле нашего номера в коридоре стояли открытые мусорные баки, вонь страшная (кстати на другом этаже тоже самое). Матрасы 2 соединили, но один был значительно выше другого)) В общем, не рекомендую здесь останавливаться, думаю за эти деньги можно найти поприличнее вариант.
• MARK (4/5): The weather was fantastic, the shopping was amazing. - The location of the hotel was conveniently situated to the beach and restaurants and bus line. The breakfast was somewhat - boring - some foods were unrecognizable to the contents, and no labelling was present. The fruit was often overripe or too hard and not enough selection. There was no toast for breakfast or "makon or bacon". The juices were not tasteful, and the coffee was awful. I understand we were in a foreign and somewhat Muslim country, but no consideration was given to tourists in regard to the breakfast. The staff did not speak English and seldom understood our needs. The pool area loungers were all broken and the hotel has no liquor license. The hotel bar soft drinks were horridly over priced.
• Nikola (5/5): - Good location, kind and friendly staff , big rooms The room wasn't cleaned regularly, 2-3 times for a week stay, didn't change the sheets and bath accessories, coffee,the spa facilities weren't good , the massage wasn't massage at all putting the cold oil straight on my body was traumatic, Breakfast was almost the same every day, no restaurant and drinks as they haven't got a chef, a bit like outdated
• Sofia (2/5): A joke - It was clean 0 communication by message leaving me stranded at the airport Also my room was not cleaned once whilst I was there yet I’d see the cleaners in the morning cleaning other rooms this made me feel extremely outcasted and uncomfortable

• Greig (1/5): Was bad had 8 hrs sleep out of 3 days - Breakfast was good staff very nice and helpful however under flight path and every 5 mins all way through night a plane goes over .I actually downloaded a decibel meter and it ranged from 52-60 decibels which is loud ..hardly slept whole 3 nights there asked to be moved was told all rooms like that The noise of airplanes every 5 mins
• Ricardo (9/5): - It's a lovely hotel, breakfast super delicious. Gorgeous pool! They have an amazing sauna, Turkish baths, steam room all for free..I just dint use them, Cus it was so hot hotside I just wanted to cool down. The special touch were the fluffly litle kittnes. 😍

• aminata (7/5): Bien peu faire mieux - La piscine les enfants était content la chambre était grande et confortable la climatisation super Les femmes de menage ne nettoyer pas la chambre tous les jours beaucoup de poussière il fallait toujours demander un nettoyage mal fait .frigo ne fonctionne pas au début jusqu'à qu'il me le change 2 fois le petit simple toujours la même choses et le bruit des avions tous les jours car proche de l'aéroport
• Irina (6/5): Meh… but has potential - Arrived very late to find that the sofa bed for extra child was not done up. Called receptionist and housekeeper arrived within 10 mins so not too bad. Aircon was not on so it was time consuming to figure it out (it was 28 degrees at 23:00 night when we checked in!) but we did. Room was ok, very loud planes every 3 mins (I’m not kidding!) Breakfast was bad - we did not eat! Pool was ok, bit small. Overall average, could have been much better! Has potential I would not stay again

Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the reservation staff, who were unprofessional and dismissive during our interactions. Additionally, the housekeeping services were lacking. At check-out, I faced difficulties when I was unable to exchange currency for a small item and was disappointed by the lack of assistance from staff. They have refused to pay in Saudi Riyal, the only currency available to me, including their refusal to call a taxi for my urgent departure. Due to these complications, including a flight delay, I have re-paid for new tickets for me and my family. The trip was extremely frustrating. I urge you to ensure that staff are well-trained and approachable in their human communication, knowing to keep you,your hotel, your company well appreciate by others. • Sara (3/5): - Checked into a dirty room, the pillows had blood stains on them. Whenever we wanted something they took forever to give it to us and we had to ask for the same thing several times. We found a cockroach in the bathroom, but we got an upgrade which is the only thing that happened. The room was not fully cleaned after housekeeping were supposed to clean it. Will never go back to this hotel

• Andrei (8/5): - close to the airport and close to the park where there are cafes Noisy because of the planes. Lots of light from the illuminated advertising. But not too annoying.
• Saidi (7/5): in general was good except the noise generated by airplanes (as it is close to the airport) - good the price of the extra night was expensive
• Zamyslova (4/5): Uncomfortable stay in optimum “luxury”, which is luxury only in the title - The only good staff in this hotel is the receptionist Elina and Emer. They were always friendly and helpful. The hotel didn't look that bad, at least not in the photos. When I arrived, I was placed in a different building, where I had to carry my 20-kilogram suitcase up a narrow staircase to the third floor. I stayed from August 1st to August 8th, and my stay included breakfasts. I'll discuss the breakfasts in more detail later. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the towels are changed. However, the floors are poorly cleaned, and only the exposed surfaces are washed. As soon as you move something out of the furniture, you will immediately see some kind of layer of dust bugs and so on. I was quite disgusted at first to sleep in my room. Although again I repeat from video I recorded my room looks quite good. A towel was stained. I was lucky that the room had an air conditioner that worked and a balcony. At night in the toilet to me crawled a little cockroach. Next, I was also afraid of bed bugs, thank God I didn't have them in my room, but my friends had a whole family of bed bugs with eggs in their room. I saw tiny bugs in my room that I immediately killed. Again, my room was cleaned every day, but when I killed the bugs, I used a wet wipe on the floor, and it was a dark yellow color after I had used it. I rate the room cleaning at 4 out of 10. Also, to my surprise, the trash bins were filled to the brim with trash, and they hadn't been emptied for a week until I approached the cleaning lady and asked her to empty the trash. The hotel restaurant was a disaster. The breakfasts were terrible, the selection was small, and the omelette looked like it had been sitting outside for three days. The coffee was disgusting. I once tried to buy a cappuccino from the hotel restaurant, but it cost 500 Lira and it wasn't even coffee, it was just a tastless liquid. For comparison, I bought coffee at a coffee shop, which was delicious and cost 140 Lira, and it was a real cappuccino.

We had electrical issues in our room but were dealt with in good time. The hotel facilities were lovely overall, especially the breakfast and their spa service,

• Peter (6/5): A fantastic hotel at a reasonable price but you need to put up with the aeroplanes. - The room and pool was fantastic as were the staff. It’s on the flight path and sometimes it’s very quiet with flights but other times it’s very busy and loud even at 5 in the morning.
• Caren (1/5): - Building is very new . I was given a small room in the basement near the pool . Room smelt dump. So much water flowing in the balcony. Cats all over the balcony. Mosquitoes as well in the room at times. The noise from the aeroplanes passing right on top of the roof 😔 😟 Instead of changing my linens, housekeeping staffs would Instead straighten them . They would leave sinks and everywhere dirty and just dab the floor . Breakfast choices are minimal.

• Maria (1/5): Уволить всех, сделать полную реновацию отеля и набрать другой персонал. - Недалеко от отеля находится водопад. Его видно с самолёта когда приземляешься и взлетаешь и у нас была возвращена подойти к нему пешком. На этом плюсы этого отеля заканчиваются. Сам отель, это не luxury hotel, это помойка. Мы сняли suit room, нам предоставили номер 405. И так, в номере: диван и кресло было залито чем-то что оставило на мягкой мебели белые и жирные следы, матрас нашей кровати был изрисован и тоже грязный, как я это увидела? Очень просто: простыня была без резинки и скользила в разные стороны, кстати, матрас был с пролежнями и мы с мужем скатывались друг к другу. В общем ночь была бессонной. В ванной комнате: плесень вокруг раковины чёрного цвета, из плитки торчали провода перемотанные изолирующей лентой, вместе крючка для полотенца торчал гвоздь от этого крючка. Полотенца протертые светятся и с дырками, душ сломан и вода лилась из разломанного соединения. В гостиной разорванные шторы. И вишенка на торте — в комнате стоял устойчивый запах сигарет и это в бронировании non smoking room. Холодильник грязный внутри — что-то разлитое оранжевого цвета. Жуткое грязное покрывало которого не хватает для двух человек чтобы накрыться. Одним словом УЖАС, а не комната. Конечно, я попросила заменить комнату или вернуть деньги за этот luxury room. Управляющий сказал что ему вообще не важно что я как клиент думаю, так что я могу писать жалобы сколько мне угодно. Про скромный завтрак даже писать не буду, отмечу лишь что в отеле даже нет тостера.
• Natalia (7/5): Приемлемо - Хороший ресепшен, всегда готовый помочь, хороший SPA ( не дорогой (60 евро пакет), но качественный массаж и пилинг) Из аэропорта автобус 800 идёт рядом с отелем, хорошие завтраки, не знаю на сколько разнообразные, т.к. останавливалась только на сутки. В номере отсутствовал сейф (хотя в описании отеля он есть), очень плохая звукоизоляция между номерами и очень большая слышимость от самолетов особенно ночью.
