- Dumisani (10/5): Pleasant stay, be patient when communicating with the host. - It's a home away from home. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine. The communication is very poor from the host. It almost felt like we were scammed. I tried calling ahead of our time of arrival as per their instructions. The registered number just rang, no one picked up. Thereafter I searched on Google under the property name and found a number. Upon reaching the property with the number I found on Google. They couldn't find any reservations under my name. The misery kicked in immediately. Then there was another number the host provided which is a WhatsApp number. It doesn't have a call function and felt like I'm conversing with a bot. Eventually after dragging out more information through the WhatsApp messenger number. We were successful in finding out which unit was reserved for us.

- Sharon (10/5): Illovo Central Apartments, best value for money deal - The host was very welcoming, I had an early flight and requested an early check in, which they granted with ease, no extra cost too. The apartment was like living in a hotel, but with more amenities, microwave, iron, stove for added comfort.Walking distance from Sandton mall too. I highly recommend to other travellers whether business or leisure. Neighbours making noise on the 2nd night but it was a once off thing.

- Courteney (1/5): - We were extremely disappointed with our experience. Our hosts did not meet us to provide a key, and despite multiple attempts, we couldn’t reach anyone for assistance. After waiting and trying to get help, we had no choice but to find another place to stay after 10 PM. We ultimately had to cancel our stay and book alternative accommodation at our own expense. This was a very stressful and inconvenient experience, and we would not recommend this place to others.

- Quaran (1/5): The property was bad and I don’t recommend anyone to stay there. - The unit I stayed in was bad due to not meeting my requests which I paid for. The air conditioning system was dusty, the stove gave us issues and there were no clear indications on usage or a lighter. We reported a broken glass we found and that was not replaced. There were no clear rules on cleaning the property during our stay and so we stayed in a dirty apartment throughout.
