Sarah (5/5): Great staff - Expensive food - not very soundproof - Great staff, good location, clean rooms. Food took forever… We waited over an hour and a half for our food on the rooftop and nobody was around to help us. We had to order through a QR code and somebody finally came over an hour later when we asked about our order and they had realized that it hadn’t been submitted yet. It wasn’t a huge deal at the time, but when we went to our rooms later that afternoon to have an early night and go to bed around 8 o’clock… There was a party outside on the third floor that kept everyone in our group up that night.

Bathroom was great with a fantastic large shower room. Coffee machine was great, only 3 coffee capsules and 2 cans of water so had to ask for more which the staff obliged. Room was great, however, you had to pull the blinds down completely as those across the road could see you at your best.

Patricia (10/5): Perfect stay for a fun yet relaxing stay in Miami, without having the chaos of South Beach - I loved the entire atmosphere of this hotel. From the location to the pool to the staff and the room, everything was exceptional. They allowed us to drop off our bags hours before check-in which was amazing! The room exceeded our expectations and was perfect for two people. The pool rooftop was perfect and just made the overall experience 10 times better. It is conveniently located in the heart of Wynwood, just steps from great restaurants, clubs and bars. Highly recommend staying here and transportation to downtown Miami as wall as the beach is very convenient.

Specifically Oscar, Fabiola and Savory. Check in was a breeze and they went above and beyond to help us in any capacity. We will only stay at the Arlo when we are in Miami, I recommend you do the same!

glenntJ5655LM (10/5): This is the place to stay in Wynwood - I had an amazing time staying at the Arlo Wynwood. The staff were amazing with a special shout out to Julian for his excellent hospitality. The rooftop pool was very nice and the food and drinks were excellent

Katharina (4/5): - Zimmer war okay. Die Lage war, für uns!, katastrophal. Wir konnten gar nichts schlafen, da sehr sehr laute Discomusik durchs Zimmer ertönte! Wir waren auf der Durchreise und hatten am nächsten Tag eine lange Autofahrt vor uns. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier gar nicht. Dies war bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt in Miami. Auch die Extragebühr für die Parkgarage war hoch. Leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt, der viel kostete.

Salvador Santiago Cantu (9/5): Excelente estancia - Destacar principalmente la atención de todo el personal del hotel, amables y brindando un servicio excepcional. Las instalaciones impecables, limpias, modernas, con todo lo necesario. Ubicación en el distrito de arte, con muchos lugares cercanos a pie para comer e ir de fiesta. El desayuno muy bueno. Tienes un 15% de descuento en alimentos y bebidas como huesped, cargando a la habitación. El servicio de restaurante, bar y room service cierra a las 10pm entre semana. Nos hubiera gustado que las almohadas fueran más suaves.

christinamY2673MO (2/5): Family Stay Ruined by Loud Events and Poor Service 😡 - I recently stayed at Arlo Hotel Wynwood with my husband and kids and the experience was extremely disappointing. There were very loud events happening at the hotel and the noise level was completely out of control. People were screaming and the music was so loud that it was impossible to relax in our room. When you stay at a hotel with your family you expect at least a basic level of comfort and quiet, but that was not the case here. For the price they charge, the experience simply does not match the cost. The service was also disappointing and the staff did not seem concerned about the situation or the impact on guests who were trying to rest. Overall it felt like a waste of both time and money. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, especially with family, I would not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.

Norbert (9/5): good - -best hotel gym, and I’ve been to quite a few -modern building -good location (depending on what you’re looking for) -rooftop pool is huge -small rooms, but that’s no secret..If you’re travelling with a lot of luggage that can be a bit uncomfortable, we stayed four nights and didn’t let the cleaner in once, because there was no place for them to clean
Heap (7/5): - Great location and suitable for walking around the city. Great staff and very clean room. Music was too loud on the outside of the building. My wife and I are in our 40s and like the night life, and like salsa and bachata. We had trouble sleeping at night because loud music being held not too far from out room. It wasn't constant throughout the night, but off and on. Problem was when the music came on it was very loud.
Jennifer (6/5): - Staff was wonderful and it was in a really fun, vibrant area, which was great for sightseeing. However, unless you're into deep house music blasting from multiple sources scattered throughout the neighborhood until 4 am, I would choose to sleep elsewhere as you're unlikely to get any sleep here. Fun, but exhausting. Like my bed was literally thumping! The noise late at night. Midnight is ok, but 4 am is another thing. They shoukd let guests know ahead of time that the entire surrounding neighborhood is basically one giant opean air night club....
