No habia en el bano cuelga toalla ni repisas.

Pedi para trocar pois a sacada do apartamento é o diferencial e estava sem condições de uso. Sorte a nossa que no segundo dia foi um sábado entao nao teve obra, pudemos aproveitar uma estadia. Resposta dos funcionários pelo WhatsApp somente depois que eu enviava via booking.
Roland (5/5): Um enorme frustração... charme zero, quarto industrial. Preço muito elevado pelo que oferece. - A Localização é otima, muito proximo a varios restaurantes. Não existe uma recepção e nenhum funcionarios, somente pessoa de obra trabalhando em um dos apartamentos e batendo nas paredes e chão desde manha cedo. O quarto é padrão industrial, cozinha dentro do quarto, sem guarda roupas...nada de charmoso.. Se denominam hotel butique, mas está muito longe disso. O valor entretanto é elevado para um local sem nenhum serviço, sem decoração, nada de charme, muito menos acolhimento.

There are many cafés and restaurants in the area, and there’s a kiosk right downstairs. In the mornings there was some construction noise, and once the hosts didn’t reply to me on WhatsApp. Another time I contacted them, they only replied the next morning (I sent the message at 8 PM).
Marie (3/5): Bon emplacement, mais immeuble en travaux. - Très bon emplacement, joli balcon s'il est propre. L'établissement était en construction et personne ne nous a avertis. Très sale à cause des travaux, beaucoup de bruit à cause des travaux. La chambre ne devrait pas être louée dans de telles conditions. Travaux juste au-dessus de nous, peut donc également être dangereux.
Andrea (4/5): Experiencia ruim. - Quarto moderno e bem equipado. Interlocuçao difícil, fria, distante e desagradável com a acomodação. Informacoes importantes eram compartilhadas em cima da hora para garantir a protecao do estabelecimento, gerando desconforto e apreensão, principalmente em se tratando de uma viagem em familia com crianca pequena (onde organizacao previa é um ponto sensivel). Em momento nenhum no Booking fica claro tratar-se de um modelo “hotel-airbnb com self check-in”, isto precisa ser muito destacado. Alguns dias antes do check in foi solicitada via WhatsApp (!!) a quitação do pagamento (ponto nao explicitado durante a reserva - onde era mencionado “pagamento no estabelecimento”). Alem disto, pediram dados sensiveis por WhatsApp (foto de passaportes…). Em um momento com tantas fraudes virtuais, este modelo é extremamente desconfortável para o cliente e nao é adequado para o cliente, apenas para a conveniência do estabelecimento. Alem disto, a ausencia de telefone/interlocucao direta (apenas eletrônica) torna a experiência fria e dificil para endereçar eventuais dificuldades/problemas com a acomodacao. Exemplificando: no momento da reserva, solicitei um berço/cama extra para minha filha de dois anos, a qual foi acatada e confirmada. Ao chegar no quarto, no entanto, nao havia nem cama nem berco, tornando a noite extremamente desconfortável, pois foi preciso dormir a 3 em uma cama de casal, sendo que estou gravida de 8 meses. Por fim, o quarto possui varanda sem janelas anti-ruídos, o que torna a acomodação barulhenta à noite. Também nao foi provisionada roupa de banho para minha filha. Nao recomendamos o estabelecimento.

Marco (5/5): Bocciato - La posizione centrale La buona colazione Discreta vista Lavori in corso il piano di sopra che sono incominciati alle 8 del mattino di sabato . Inoltre tutto le finestre non trattengono il rumore della strada quindi dormire è stato difficile . I lavori in corso fanno entrare tanta polvere all’interno . ho visto assistenze migliori . Oltretutto al mio arrivo alle 15 del check-in la camera non era pronta , le donne delle pulizie avevano appena cominciato e sono dovuto tornare alle quattro . La terrazza si sta rovinando velocemente. In più il quartiere vi assicuro che ,almeno quei giorni che io ho pernottato ,non era per niente sicuro la sera . Al contrario di ciò che mi diceva la gente

Jack (1/5): - I would have liked to have a nice place to sleep (it certainly looked good). But unfortunately, that was not to be and the situation was very unfortunate. The property confirmed my booking. They went through their processes of asking for my passport details (which I promptly provided). They then told booking.com that my credit card details were incorrect two days before our booking (even though there was nothing wrong with the credit card). I updated to a different credit card which I had used while travelling and then the day before our booking they again told booking.com again that there was a credit card issue. The property then informed me via WhatsApp that they had booked someone else and so couldn't provide my booking (despite having confirmed the booking and telling booking.com that it was my credit card issue). After many reminders from booking.com (who kept telling me there was a credit card issue) the booking was eventually cancelled by others (I couldn't cancel without losing my deposit). I could then see this property advertising the room for a much higher price (despite the property telling me they couldn't provide a room). Very disappointed with the service and have complained to booking.com so hopefully I can find out what really happened. I wish they could have been honest and upfront earlier and I could have made alternate arrangements but the whole situation was disappointing.

Simhan (6/5): - The apparent overall was nice and the location was excellent. The building was under construction still. We weren’t able to use the balcony on the first 2 days since the construction workers were literally on the roof on top of the apartment and it was quite uncomfortable. This also result on them working really loudly early in the morning for several hours which result on really poor sleep. The fact that the construction was going on right above us also meant that a lot of dust and particles were coming into the apparent constantly. The bathroom door handle was also broken so you couldn’t close the door which result in a complete lack of privacy while using the bathroom. Hair dryer plug didn’t match the appliances so it wasn’t possible to use it without a travel adapter.

MURRAY (4/5): Underwhelmed - location is great for access to bars and restaurants in the Palermo SOHO area. The breakfast was small but adequate although it was not available Christmas Day as it was provided by a nearby cafe which was closed. Understandable but no alternative offered in advance. The bathroom floor had numerous shoe footprints which was the first thing we saw, and there is black mould in the shower drain and on the ceiling at the back of the shower. there is ice cream or something similar melted into the ice in the freezer. I didn't dare use the ice trays. And the water jug which is supplied for healthy water, has black mould around the bamboo and rubber lid which I could not fully scrub off. We were visiting for 5 days over Christmas so we felt we might not get a daily clean, but we got no cleaning until we chased it up and when we did we were given excuses about the lack of response, although it was cleaned as agreed on Boxing Day. As for security, the terrace door opens from both ends and we kept finding the terrace door was unlocked at the bed end, despite double checking it. We found this 3x. On the flip side there is a safe. We didn't like the lack of sun filter curtains so had to draw the dark blinds for privacy as the unit is L2 and easily looked into from the street. And the roof top terrace, one of the features we liked the look of for an evening drink, was already a construction site with builders starting early each day. There was a daily stream of builders, trolleys, cement, bricks being moved in. the sign on the door says Luxury AirBnB. I think not.

Sonia (6/5): Would have been an enjoyable stay except for the building works that we should have been advised about prior to staff - Great location, well equipped apartment, good WhatsApp comms prior to arrival We were there for one night, We were awoken at 0800 by builders who proceeded to use heavy machinery next to about above our apartment. We not advised of this amount of noise prior to arrival. Had we known we would have not stayed there. All breakfast at a local cafe didn’t open until 0900?!

Michael (5/5): Zero assistance - Small cozy and decent location Zero to low communication. Absolutely had to beg for assistance. No services without asking and solely dependant on a text response. Zero human interaction accept cleaning staff. 1 particular housecleaning woman was very helpful. Management and ??? Non existent. Would not return.
karin (7/5): - Die Lage in Palermo ist perfekt!!! Es ist außerordentlich lärmig. Beim Frühstück sind Croissant Pain au Chocolat inbegriffen, doch wenn man ein Toast bestellt muss man bezahlen!!!
Adolfo (10/5): - Todo, muy lindo depto, super bien equipado y una ubicación excepcional. Sólo tuvimos un inconveniente en cuanto al televisor, ya que necwsitaba ver un progeama por canal de cable y no pude. En reslidad, no pudimos ver ningún canal ni de cable ni de aire.
Federico (5/5): Mala experiencia. - La ubicación es buena Muchas vueltas por WhatsApp demasiada info y mensajes para explicar ingresos y reglas. Pero a la hora de reclamarle que no andaba el aire tardaron horas en responder. En el edificio hay olor. En la habitación también. Como a algún desagüe. La habitación tenía manchas de filtraciones en el techo losa y una gotera. El aire acondicionado no andaba. Se cortaba cada rato y marcaba error. Tengo video. Le escribimos y no respondieron hasta a la noche o respecto.

Peter (9/5): Comfortable studio in the heart of Palermo Soho with a nice balcony - Nice studio in the heart of Palermo Soho close to restaurants and bars and great local boutique shops. 20 minutes walk to the eco park and subway. If you’re planning to cook, there isn’t much in the way of pots and pans or standard items like sugar, tea, salt, pepper or oil.
Philip (4/5): Ok for a short visit to the city. - Easy and reliable access via QR code and apartment was in good condition. There was no closet for my clothing which was annoying. Also the rooftop was under construction and the workers started at 08:00 am in the morning.
Lopez (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación No se realiza limpieza a la habitación, estuvimos 5 noches y dicen que no hace limpieza. Se escucha mucho ruido del exterior. Si quieren descansar no es el lugar. La comunicación con el host es muy regular y no te ayuda a resolver prácticamente nada.

armando (7/5): No es lo que esperaba - La ubicación y diseño. Preciosa terraza donde ves un bonito atardecer No es cómodo para poner la ropa. No hay armario ni perchas donde colgar la ropa. Las maletas las tuvimos que poner abiertas en el suelo. Hay señales de humedad en algunas zonas del techo y suelta polvo en los muebles. En el baño echamos en falta un lugar donde poner la bolsa de aseo. El picaporte del baño estaba roto y si no tenías cuidado te quedabas encerrado. Esperábamos las 5 estrellas del anuncio.
Gabriel (2/5): Noite de horror. - Nada, reservamos para cinco noites e ficamos uma. Tive que alugar outro lugar. Chegamos à noite no apartamento, o cheiro esquisito já deixou minha esposa implicada, mas o pior foi não ter coberta nenhuma, passamos o maior frio de nossas vidas.

Pedro Henrique (7/5): A estrutura é moderna, o quarto é amplo e bonito, e as funcionárias presenciais são extremamente simpáticas e atenciosas - A estrutura é moderna e bem localizada. O quarto é amplo e muito bonito. As funcionárias que prestam atendimento presencial são extremamente simpáticas e atenciosas. O atendimento presencial foi excelente, mas o check-in só foi liberado às 15h e a recepção virtual demorou para responder no checkout, o que prolongou o processo.

Muito barulho na rua, a comunicação com o (a) anfitriã é péssima, não nos responde, a entrada da portaria é via QRcode se tiver sem bateria vc não entra pq a pessoa não te atende e não responde, o café da manhã vc tem que sair do quarto e ir até a outra esquina, é só te oferecem 1 cafe 1 croassan, e a metade de um suco de laranja de caixinha, caso vc queira algo melhor vc tem que pagar.
