Also there are no hungers to hung your used towels after shower. The sheets are not clean as they used to (i stayed in the past) the espresso capsules are not enough for the booking days and the wifi was so slow that we ended up using our EU data (free anw)

- Bouk (7/5): Αρκετά καλό με προοπτική όμως να αγγίξει το τέλειο - Καθαρό άνετο περιβάλλον. Ευκολία στο πάρκινγκ, στην πρόσβαση σε μεγάλο κεντρικό δρόμο και σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο. Παρόλο που είναι πλήρες σε οικοσκευή δεν είχε μπρίκι και φυσικά αν θα ήθελες να μαγειρέψεις θα έπρεπε να πάρεις από λάδι μέχρι αλάτι και πιπέρι. Δεν είχε φούρνο μικροκυμάτων. ΚΑΙ ΤΟ ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΌΤΕΡΟ ΟΛΩΝ Η ΤΗΛΕΟΡΑΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΣΤΟ ΣΑΛΟΝΑΚΙ ΚΑΙ ΣΤΟ ΥΠΝΟΔΩΜΆΤΙΟ ΔΕΝ ΞΑΝΑ ΓΡΆΦΩ ΔΕΝ ΕΠΑΙΖΕ ΤΑ ΚΑΝΑΛΙΑ Τ Α ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΑ. Θα μπορούσατε να βάλετε μια επιπλέον τηλεόραση στο δωμάτιο που δεν είχε. Επίσης από την εφαρμογή του BOOKING ζήτησα δύο δωμάτια με τρία κρεβάτια (το ένα διπλό) δύστυχος σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία η κυρία που με εξυπηρετούσε άψογη σε συμπεριφορά και ευγενική είπε πως είναι ένα σφάλμα της εφαρμογής, αν υπήρχε φυσικά καναπές θα είχε εν μέρη λυθεί το πρόβλημα.

- Μοσχονάς (9/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κάναμε αρκετά πράγματα με τα πόδια. Εχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ πολύ σημαντικό. Κοντά τα σούπερ μάρκετ. Όσον αφορά το εντός της οικίας, για οικογένεια χρειάζεται περισσότερος εξοπλισμός μαγειρικά σκεύη και τοστιέρα απαραίτητη. Το τραπέζι στο χώλ δεν εξυπηρετεί ιδιαίτερα έχει και μια χαλασμένη καρέκλα. Προτιμότερο ένας καναπές. Το υπάρχον τραπέζι μπορούσε νά είναι στην κουζίνα.

- Laura (1/5): Avoid at all costs , no levels of customer service - This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had, and I strongly urge others to avoid this property. The noise levels were unbearable throughout my entire stay. I was unable to sleep for a full week due to constant disturbance from other guests. Despite reporting this issue multiple times, no effective action was taken, and the problem persisted. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything from neighboring units. The apartment was also falsely advertised. There was no proper sitting room or comfortable space to relax, and even basic items such as salt were not provided. The bathroom emitted a strong sewer-like odor that spread throughout the apartment, making the environment very unpleasant. Additionally, the advertised streaming services in the bedroom did not exist. As a result, I was forced to sleep on a mattress in a small, dark hallway for the duration of my stay. What followed only made matters worse. The supervisor, Melina, demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. Although she initially agreed to send a technician to fix the TV, she later refused without explanation. Her attitude became argumentative, dismissive, and uncooperative—even when Booking.com was involved. She refused to escalate the issue, denied access to management, and made no effort to offer any reasonable solution, such as relocating me to another apartment. To make matters even more concerning, I received inappropriate and abusive messages from her during my stay. This behavior is completely unacceptable in any professional setting. Despite paying for a full week, I was treated with complete disregard and left to endure extremely poor living conditions. Sleeping in a hallway and dealing with constant odor and unresolved issues is not something any paying guest should have to experience. This situation caused unnecessary stress and significantly disrupted my trip. No streaming services as promised ( main reason for booking ) , extremely rude supervisor, had to sleep in a hallway my entire stay and extremely noisy could hear everything

- Nastassia (9/5): - We needed to stay near the Katehaki station, so this apartment was the perfect choice! 1. It's really very spacious! We had 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom, a kitchen with a stove, a kettle, etc., so literally everything we needed. It was not super warm but it was okay + the water was getting hot easily, so no issues with that. Everything was pretty clean, so we felt great. 2. Location is also good if you need to stay near the Katehaki. There are many supermarkets just 5-7 minutes from the apartment, also a few restaurants. Katehaki metro is close (15 min by feet or 7 by bus), but if you need the city center it may take about 25 min by bus to get there (which was fine for us as well). The area is nice and calm, but pretty busy at nights which we actually enjoyed as it seemed safe and full of people still ordering some food and so on. Also it was nice that there is a luggage storage there so we could leave our luggage there for a few hours. And in general, communication was great, so thanks a lot! We'll be back :) Sometimes the smell from the bathroom was terrible... Probably something is wrong with the pipes. It was crazy. Another thing is that it would be cool to add a few things to the kitchen: a place to cut food at (something like a cutting board), a pan (as we only had pots), and maybe a microwave as sometimes it's very needed. Other things were absolutely fine :)

- OIKONOMOPOULOU (7/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ευρύχωρο. Η θέρμανση ήταν πολύ καλή και είχε ζεστό νερό. Επίσης ήταν πολύ καθαρά. Είχε εξοπλισμό η κουζίνα (με κάποιες ελλείψεις). Μόνο η τοποθεσία μας βόλεψε για συγκεκριμένο σκοπό. Τελικά δεν χρειάστηκε να ταξιδέψω με τα παιδιά μου, αλλά παρόλα αυτά είχα κλείσει διαμέρισμα με δύο μεγάλα κρεβάτια και τελικά το ένα ήταν μονό κρεβάτι. Στην περίπτωση που θα ήθελα να επικοινωνήσω με κάποιον ώστε να μου αλλάξει το διαμέρισμα και να με εξυπηρετήσει, δεν θα ήταν δυνατό, καθώς δεν ήταν κάποιος από το προσωπικό εκεί. Επίσης η ηχομόνωση πάσχει καθώς δεν μπορέσαμε να κοιμηθούμε από τη φασαρία των διπλανών ενοίκων. Οριακά νόμιζες ότι ήταν στο ίδιο το δωμάτιο. Απαράδεκτο ακόμη το γεγονός ότι έπρεπε να πληρώσουμε 10 ευρώ πάρκινγκ την ημέρα επιπλέον, ώστε να παρκάρουμε μπροστά στο κατάλυμα. Δεν υπήρχε κανένας απολύτως να ελέγξει ποιος έχει παρκάρει το αυτοκίνητό του. Το ίντερνετ στην τηλεόραση έπασχε. Τέλος, υποτίθεται ότι έκλεινες όροφο με μπαλκόνι και τελικά βρεθήκαμε στο ισόγειο.

Hairdryer, washing machine and airer, iron and ironing board. Kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking. Balcony’s on apartments from floor 1 10-15 min walk from katehaki metro line. (25-30 mins on the train from airport)

Although it is described as a "Serviced Apartment" it Is NOT serviced during your stay unless you request and pay for it.

- Karl (9/5): Good location, for hospitals - Location is great for the OMMA eye hospital which we used. It is close to the local buses and about a 10-15 minute walk to metro. They do state its serviced but this is only at the end of your stay, if you want cleaning and fresh linen you have to pay extra.

- ΝΙΚΟΛΑΟΣ (10/5): - Θεωρώ πως πρόκειται για το καλλίτερα κατάλυμα, από όσα έχω χρησιμοποιήσει μέχρι σήμερα.Αν θυμάμαι καλά, είναι η τρίτη φορά που το χρησιμοποιώ.Πεντακαθαρο ,ήσυχο , φωτεινό,σε εξαιρετικά βολική τοποθεσία από κάθε πλευρά, δηλαδή άνετο πάρκινγκ, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, αγορές όπως avenue, αγορά Ψυχικού, Ιατρόπολις,που επισκέπτομαι συχνά κλπ.Θα προσπαθώ πάντα έγκαιρα να το κλείνω, γιατί είναι το καλλίτερο ,από παροχές,σχέση τιμής με την πολύ καλή ποιότητα προσφερόμενων υπηρεσιών , ανέσεις κλπ.Νικος Κώστας από Κεφαλονιά . Το καλλίτερο μακράν και η κρίση αυτή από έναν Κεφαλλονίτη που θα επιδιώκει να το μισθώνει συνέχεια όταν ανεβαίνει στην Αθήνα για ιατρικές εξετάσεις, ψώνια, διασκέδαση και δουλειές
