Verified traveler (10/5): Great price and location - Great price for London. Not easy to find, but once contacted great service getting instructions to get to and access apartment. Staff even called back to verify entry to apartment. Beds were not great, but were good enough for a weekend out with friends and only need a place to crash after a night out. Close to tube station and only a few stops away from central London. All in all would return and recommend to friends as a great place to stay.
George (10/5): - Firstly, I loved how Laura (from reception) handled everything, from checking in with me very early to remind me of my booking to efficiently directing me on how to access my accommodation, furthermore the security is topnotch and sanitation also is wholesome. I'm giving a 10/10
Ryan (8/5): Nice stay but some suggestions - Very good accommodations near whitechappel station for the price we paid. The front desk staff was very helpful (thanks, Cigdem and others!) with check-in and bag drop once we figured out how to call their office. The only major complaints with our room at 232A (where our room was located) were that the window coverings did not block the light from the large PFC restaurant sign and that since there was no air conditioning, we either had to choose between being hot or having the window open with loud London road noises all night. For these reasons, sleep wasn’t as good as it could have been.

Octavio (8/5): - You get what you pay for. Affordable for Budget travelers. We had some nice hot showers. Was safe. Microwave, free, coffee, and tea. Had a sink had a washer. Was roomy. Was clean. Close to the tower of London. overnight Affordable parking about five minutes away. Decent for a family of five. The not so good; Walked up steep stairs. I would have never found a hotel if the guy didn’t meet me outdoors. exterior not the greatest looking area. Hotel was perfect for our needs.
Adam (4/5): Over promised and underdelivered. - The photos on the website give the impression that this is a substantial apartment, it's one small cramped room. It's reasonably priced and ideally situated for the Olympic arena. Unfortunately by over promising it underdelivered.
J (10/5): Great stay - Brilliant room - perfectly comfortable and check in was very easy thanks to the host for accommodating my timelines.
S (2/5): - Dirty property, ignored calls, housekeeping was not done and instead was done whilst me and my other guests were at the property. Was not met by any type of host and had to wait outside for more than an hour for one of the housekeepers to come let me in. Kettle had some sort of mould inside, beds messed up as no one had cleaned up after the previous stay. Made constant phone calls again which were ignored because the property did not provide this so I had to contact Expedia to obtain it. If you want to be ignored and wait more than 2 hours to be let inside your property then book this property. Never again, worst possible experience for a customer booking an apartment.
