- Jae Hun (10/5): - 터키에서 6개 호텔을 이용했었는데 가장 훌륭했습니다 직원들의 서비스도 지금까지 가 보았던 수 많은 호텔들보다 훌륭했습니다 마지막날 체크아웃하고 짐을 맡겼는데, 다시 찾으러 가서 공항까지 갈 밴이 올때까지 시간이 좀 있었는데, 마실 차도 주셨어요. 체크아웃할 때 터키 간식이랑 1인당 1개씩 기념품으로 병따개도 주더군요 방 안에 있는 음료도 다 공짜고요^^ 다시 이스탄불에 가면 또 갈 것 같아요

- Sanah (10/5): - Haci Bayram was perfect for our stay in Istanbul. We travelled with 3 children and they had a room adjoining ours. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had amazing views. The staff were kind and helpful and made friends with the children too. The location was perfect for walking to most tourist sites to see and very close to the tramline too. We would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone else visiting!

Nosotros nos cogimos la habitación del entresuelo, y la verdad que es suficiente. Dado que la hemos utilizado para dormir y poco más. Aún así tenía unas muy buenas condiciones. Tenía muchas cositas que ya no te dan en ningún hotel. El desayuno es tipo buffet, es variado y tienes unas vistas a la Mesquita azul increibles. Por fin, aunque todo el staff fue super amable, Nasir, creo que era su nombre fue una persona muy amable. Gracias Nasir.
- Imran (10/5): - The staff at this hotel are absolutely stellar in the service they provide. I had hurt my leg and they were helpful in providing an icepack. They are very kind and helpful. They were also very helpful in planing our day to day itinerary. Very fresh and delicious breakfast buffet. The location just 3 minutes walking distance from the blue mosque. It’s as close as it gets to the major sites at this hotel. Lots of delicious restaurants just walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel it’s a winner!

But most importantly, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL in their communication, friendliness & helpfulness! By the end of my trip, they felt like family. I will definitely stay here next time I visit & encourage all my friends & family to do the same.

- Takeshi (10/5): - 20時以降に到着。先客の受付中で、その間はチャイティーを振る舞っていただきました。部屋は、「G」の階、「ガーデンがある階」の意かと思いますが、地下階です。それでも設備は揃っていて何ら不自由はなかったです。地下階のせいか水回りの音が夜中〜朝方でも聞こえるので、気になる人は上の階が良いかも。スタッフは少人数ながらも総じてフレンドリーで、勤勉な印象を持ちました。トルコ人の知人に聞くと、この界隈では新しいとのこと。チェックアウト時には贈り物をいただきました。次回も泊まると言ったからかどうかはわかりません。

- Nikhil (10/5): - This is probably one of the best hotels for a family. we only had to stay one night, but when we do eventually come back to Istanbul, we will stay here. The blue mosque, Sofia hagia, and other attractions are within a 10 minute walk. We booked the family room for 5 people, the rooms were spacious, well equipped and the mini bar has excellent drinks (for free). The. Breakfast was amazing too. Overall, one of the best stays we've had.
- raffaella (10/5): - PROS:The hotel was built two years ago so its in excellent conditions and very cute and modern. The restaurant terrace and rooftop offer gorgeous view of the Blue Mosque and the Sea .Sunset tea with those views is a must.The breeze in the evening offers relief from the scorching heat in the day . The entire staff was amazingly sweet and helpful.Majority of them spoke only turkish but their kindness and hospitality spoke for themself , so it was not a problem. Hotel is super central, steps away from tram station, all major attractions, shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was really good and convenient to have in the Hotel as well, so we could start our day really early. Our room was specious, we had daily room service and we LOVED the amazing shower that felt like a SPA. They offer pick up and drop off from airport. CONS: We booked a 5 nights flight package though Expedia and this was my 50th Birthday trip. When we arrived at 10.30 at night, they gave us the keys to a room that was on the underground level with a tiny window almost to the cealing that opened on the sidewalk and I could not bare to spend my 5 nights in such space so I had to pay another $230 to upgrade to another one in the garden with yet a fake window that would open to a wall.We made the best of it because inside the room was nice but the location was not good at all. SO if you book through Expedia be aware of that. my total trip cost me $1550. for the two of us ( we flew from Rome and back).
- Muhammad (10/5): - We stayed three nights and it was an amazing experience staying here. I highly recommend this place. Excellent location two min walk to the Blue mosque. Staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. It is a newly renovated building so rooms condition is excellent, facilities are modern. The staff offered complementary hand made cold drinks(sharbat) and tea every time we came back after sight seeing. We loved the hospitality.
- Ulrich (10/5): - Ich habe das Hotel nach einer Geschäftsreise für 4 Nächte gebucht. Wirklich alles top! Lage des Hotels bestens! Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer im Basement war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten modernen Zustand. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls super mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die blaue Moschee. Es gab beim Abschied sogar ein kleines Geschenk. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen bei meinem nächsten Besuch!

We found all staff to be booth helpful and professional especially on the front of house, where they were always happy to help with any queries we had. Situation excellente dans le vieux Istanbul, propreté irréprochable, petit-déjeuner compris de qualité (spectaculaire sur le rooftop avec lever de soleil derrière la Mosquée Bleue), personnel d'une amabilité et d'une honnêteté rares (j'avais oublié des documents et des devises dans le coffre, ils m'ont été restitués intégralement et rapidement). Un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

The breakfast staff is magnificent. The views are great from the roof and location is super convenient to the best sites in Sultanahmet. We book the family double room and it was perfect for family with two teens. One of the bellmen lost a family member while we were there and the entire staff works as a family to cover and support. So much more than a hotel. No doubt we will stay again. Thank you very much Malik, Yunnus, and all of the staff.

- Heidi (10/5): unterschätztes Kleinod - sehr nettes, von außen unscheinbares Hotel mit einem wunderbaren Frühstücksraum, einschließlich kleinem Balkon mit toller Aussicht auf die blaue Moschee, und Dachterrasse mit unschlagbaren Ausblick. Das Hotel liegt in Fußnähe zur blauen Moschee, der Hagia Sophia und dem Topkapi Palast. Die Tram ist auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption, insbesondere Malik und Yunus, die unermüdlich und mit großer Freundlichkeit bereit waren, bei auftauchenden Fragen und Problemen behilflich zu sein. Ich kann das Hotel absolut weiter empfehlen und werde beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Istanbul sicherlich wieder dort absteigen.

- Kim (10/5): - Fantastic location right next to the Blue Mosque and the main attractions. Hotel staff deserves 5 stars for their kindness, promptness, precision and advice given. They organized at our request both the taxi transfer and the tour with a private guide and I would recommend both of them, as Istanbul can be quite difficult to navigate on your own with public means of transport and the guide not only gives you an overview of the main sights but can help you skip all the long queues. Rooms were very clean (and I am a picky one), with full range of toiletries in the bathroom, guest slippers available too; rooms were tidied and cleaned every day, towels also changed every day, you could smell a nice clean perfume when entering the room. We had a family room, which consisted of two separated bedrooms each with its own bathroom, not super spacious but just the right amount of space. I appreciated the fact that our rooms were quiet and silent, I had brought ear plugs but never used them as I slept soundly with no disturbance (I thought that being next to a mosque we would have heard the call to prayer but didn’t hear a sound). Breakfast was satisfactory, you could find both sweet and savoury options, although more oriented towards a Turkish breakfast. All in all we were very satisfied with this hotel, we would definetely stay there again and we would absolutely recommend it to others. I hope they will keep the same standard of service also in the future.

- Verified traveler (8/5): AMAZING HOTEL PERFECTLY SITUATED - The stay was absolutely amazing. The wife and kids really enjoyed the time spent there. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt at ease. the staff were brilliant especially Malik, Omer and Abdulla. The location of the hotel is literally minutes from the blue mosque. Everything from the word go was perfect. We had a wonderful experience at the Haci Bayram Hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
