No fue culpa como tal del lugar, pero cuando llegamos no había agua y no pudimos bañarnos sino hasta el otro día. También es que la ventanita de nuestra habitación daba a la calle y por allí entraba todo el ruido de afuera y humo de cigarro (No fumamos y no me gusta el olor para nada).

Ten tweede kom je natuurlijk naar Antalya om niet in een hotel te verblijven, maar om er te overnachten. En het was 's nachts bijzonder lawaaierig! Tot midden in de nacht werd er geschreeuwd, luidruchtig gepraat, hoorde je motoren voor de ramen en waren er zelfs bouwwerkzaamheden aan de overkant van de straat!

The manager, Emir , was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His warm hospitality truly elevated our experience. The garden area was beautifully kept and offered a peaceful place to relax after exploring the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equippe dexactly what you would hope for during a stay in Antalya. The location is perfect. The hotel is just a short walk from the Old Town (Kaleiçi), Hadrian’s Gate, and many of the city’s main attractions. Being right in the city center also made it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and historical sites. Overall, this is definitely a price-performance hotel. With its comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The only issue we had was that our card didn’t go through for the payment, and since we were on the plane, we didn’t notice it in time. Because of that, our reservation was cancelled. However, Emir kindly helped us remotely at 3 AM, which we really appreciated. In the end, this was actually our own mistake.

• Richie G (6/5): Cheap & cheerful & great location - Great location & check in was simple enough A stone throw away from the Hadrian Gate & entrance to some great restaurants & bars We stayed in the basement room, which I have to say was tired, cobwebs & bits of wood hanging off the walls, exposing pipework Stained floor rug, which wasn’t pleasant to look at The shower hot water is fed from solar panels, so you have to run the hot tap for 5/10 minutes to allow the hot water from the roof tanks, to reach the shower Overall the room, just needed some TLC, to bring it back to life & a better standard Broken ceiling light in the bathroom & extractor fan didn’t work, so not pulling steam from shower & smell from toilet Simple things to fix! Overall ok, but just a very tired room The guy at the reception was very helpful & nice to deal with, for check out Also the local Turkish men at the bar’s & restaurants & clothes shops, be WARNED, they want your money & can be very forceful! But if you want a clean, authentic, and budget-friendly boutique hotel with a real soul right next to the Old Town, this is the place! The location is perfect for exploring the city. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Yes, it is a historic building, so don't expect ultra-luxury amenities, but the charm and the price/performance ratio are unbeatable. It has everything you need for a great stay. The entire team is lovely and hardworking, but a special shout-out goes to the manager, Mr. Emir. He runs the place like a true professional. • Inna (1/5): Disappointing. - Turkish breakfast was nice, there is a separate cafe/garden area with pomegranate and orange trees. Very disappointing experience. Family suite of 2 rooms for 4 people has bathroom located in one of the bedrooms, which is not labelled in the listing (it clearly said bathroom, not ensuite bathroom, as in other listings of the same hotel). The second bedroom didn't have a window - also not mentioned in the listing. Bathroom is not well cleaned, everything is falling apart. Toilet seat falling off, towel hooks are wobbly (and only two for 4 people), shower walls have black stains on them. Nowhere to put your toileteries - in the bathroom for supposedly four people. Linens in my room were stained and had holes on it, matresses on both beds each had one ok side and one unusable. Soundproofing nonexistent, I can't believe some other reviews saying it was so clean and peaceful and quiet - you can hear every word from the street and the reception area. Receptionist only works 11:00-18:00, so there is noone to help you with any questions any other time. Whatsapp outside of these hours sends you an automated message, saying they'll reply you next business day. It's a very interesting set up, given the checkout is by 11 am.

Большая кровать чистое белье. Душ. Которого практически не было. Очень люблю в душ ходить не раз и не два в день. Но. Лейка сломана в душе мыться не возможно было. Стоит копейки эта лейка не пойму почему не поменять?
• Tom (9/5): Very comfortable, conveniently-located boutique hotel - The hotel is conveniently located just opposite the old town, which made exploration very easy for us, a small family. The room was comfortable and cleaned regularly, and the hotel was able to provide us with a crib for our baby. The bathroom could use a bit of an update.
• Hasan Jamal (4/5): - The location of the hotel is right in the city center which is quite convenient. Moreover, the breakfast was well made, hygeinic, and tasty. There was no one at the reception or anywhere else to help. The sofa bed didn't open, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa. There was no toothpaste/toothbrush holder in the toilet. No slippers for the room. The towel hanger in the bathroom was flimsy. There was no door stopper for the toilet door and no mirror for us to get ready properly.

• Ahmed (9/5): Overall perfect place I would say. Nice and professional staff. - The manager Emir was the perfect guy to have a conversation with. He guided me well too. The property itself was pretty nice with a great courtyard and free fruits to take from the trees and have fresh in the courtyard. Comfortable location to go across the city for tours. I liked the stay overall The mattress needs to be replaced as it was a bit uncomfortable for me. Though I have back issues so I am a bit more sensitive. I didn’t ask them to replace because I had a very short 2 nights stay there. Everything else was perfect.
• Elena (9/5): I enjoyed my stay in Casa Maria and would love to go back - Lovely boutique hotel with some great authentic vibes located in old town of Antalya. Spacious room and delicious breakfast. The manager was very helpful and friendly.
• Daniela (8/5): Struttura centrale, qualità-prezzo buono - Posizione centrale, perfetta per esplorare il quartiere Kaleici. Tanti servizi nei dintorni e comoda da raggiungere con il tram. Stanza pulita, struttura accogliente. Abbiamo fatto il self check-in perché siamo arrivati fuori dagli orari della reception e ha funzionato benissimo. Non è proprio un punto negativo, però per rendere il soggiorno ancora più accogliente, sarebbe auspicabile avere più costantemente una persona alla reception (orari ridotti).
• Regine (8/5): - Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel, sehr sauber, aber beim näheren Hinschauen schon ein paar Macken (Schimmel im Bad). Top Lage für Besichtigung der Altstadt (2 min zum Hadrianstor). Anfahrt mit Auto schwierig, sehr enge Gasse. Zum Parken muss man in einen nahegelegenen Otopark fahren (gibt mehrere in 2-3 min Laufweite), die man auch selbst bezahlen muss. Kein kontinentales Frühstück, wie beschrieben. Man kann sich was von der Karte im dazugehörigen Café aussuchen. Sitzt dann aber auch sehr nett in einem kühlen Innenhof. Etwas irritierend fanden wir die schon vor dem Check-in erhaltene email, dass man für alle Schäden im Zimmer finanziell belangt wird, genauso wie für Verschmutzung und wenn man vergisst, das Licht auszumachen. Personal sehr nett. Insgesamt schönes Hotel mit guter Lage für Besichtigung der Altstadt.

• Tanya (10/5): - Очень уютное место в самом сердце Анталии. Старый город через дорогу. Рядом остановки трамвая и автобусов. Номер уютный, чистый, есть всё необходимое. Милый дворик с гранатовыми и апельсиновыми деревьями. Днём работает кафе,вечером можно просто посидеть за столиками. Заселение прошло легко и комфортно. Персонал доброжелательный. Если будем в Анталии, то обязательно остановимся в этом отеле.

Angenehme Atmosphäre und nettes Personal, für eine Nacht wars ok mit dem Kellerzimmer, in den anderen Zimmern sicherlich sehr empfehlenswert! Das Stein-Zimmer lag im Keller und hatte kein wirkliches Fenster nach draussen, kaum Ta geslicht, nur zwei kleine Lichtlucken ohne Sicht nach draussen. Dies wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt.
• Xinyun (4/5): - Felt Like a Backpacker's Hostel. I cannot recommend this hotel. Our stay was deeply disappointing due to several critical issues. The most significant problem was the lack of hot water, which felt medieval. Furthermore, the room was not clean, with multiple mosquitoes inside and a bathroom that needed proper sanitation. The provided shower gel had an unpleasant smell. Add to that a noisy street, an uncomfortable bed with mediocre pillows, and it made for a terrible night's sleep.

• Raphaëlle (6/5): - Came in late so didn’t interact with the staff. We could hear all of the neighbors so it was hard to sleep but the location of the hotel is excellent. Had to write 6 times in order to get the check in instructions which was annoying.
• Aleem (2/5): - BEWARE!! I booked this hotel through Expedia from September 16 to 20, 2025 and had one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. I want to share my story so other travelers don’t go through what my wife and I did. 1. Unbearable conditions: The room was extremely hot, and the air conditioning did not work. My wife became exhausted and unwell from the heat. 2. Misleading listing: The room turned out to be a basement unit, something never disclosed in the listing. Had I known this, I would not have booked. 3. No support when we needed it: We contacted Expedia immediately, but hotel staff said no one would come until the following day. Out of concern for my wife’s health, we had no choice but to check out that same night. 4. Accusations instead of accountability: I personally messaged the hotel, but instead of showing understanding, they accused me of staying the night and leaving in the morning. That is not true. In the rush and confusion caused by the heat, my wife left some belongings in the room. I had to take an Uber back the next day to collect them, and when I arrived, the keys were still hanging in the door — showing that no one had even checked the room. 5. Unfair charges: Despite everything, the hotel refused to refund the unused nights. I was charged the full CAD 480, which is a significant amount for my family. This was not the experience advertised, nor the treatment a guest should ever receive. Instead of honesty and compassion, I was met with denial.
• Alekseeva (10/5): Excellent experience – peaceful, clean, and comfortable - Everything was great! The hotel is located in a quiet area, very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. No negatives at all.
• Teddy (8/5): Hôtel agréable près du tramway et de la vieille ville - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le décor, le confort de la chambre, l’emplacement pratique près du tramway et de la vieille ville, ainsi que la gentillesse et la disponibilité du gérant. Il faut penser à apporter ses propres produits de toilette (hors shampoing fourni), et notamment des gants de toilette et le wifi était parfois faible, même si cela semble indépendant de l’établissement.

Номер двухкомнатный, в каждой комнате кондиционер, но в одной комнате нет окна, при бронировании я на это не обратила внимание, хотя на фото видно. Сам номер чистый, все необходимое есть, фото на сайте соответствуют. Ночью тихо, соседей не слышно, кровати удобные. Отель рекомендую.

• Zain (10/5): 10/10 accommodation and stay - The stay at Casa Maria was amazing. Yigits hospitality was over and beyond and provided an excellent service. The room was modern and was always kept to the highest standard by the cleaner with fresh towels and supplies being restocked daily. The hotel has a beautiful garden/cafe area which is accessible 24/7 It is also located in an excellent location being directly in the centre of old town. I recommend staying here, and will definitely be returning
