The pool on the roof is nice. The restaurant of the hotel is great as well and breakfast is very good. Also the Spa inside tge hotel is nice to go. Very good massage. The service was great and they made my stay very comfortable.

- Sonya (8/5): A decent choice - The hotel is positioned well within walking distance of shopping but the street becomes VERY busy at night. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very nice. The rooftop areas are a little disjointed and steep stairs to each level but once you are up top it is a nice outlook for a drink. We ate in the restaurant one night and it was extremely dark like a nightclub. The staff were very forceful for us to fill in a survey on checkout even though we had a grab car waiting. It is NOT just this hotel but all hotels and even restaurants get very tiring with the surveys. They should stop doing it because I would imagine all tourists hate it, especially as they watch you filling it out ha! Also despite booking on this platform, they charge you on arrival and add 5% credit card surcharge unless you have cash which of course no-one does.

- Luke (9/5): Clean rooms with great staff and an amazing sky bar. - Sky bar was very good and had an amazing view of the city, the rooms were also very clean and quiet + the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room didn’t have any windows to the outside, but that wasn’t a big deal for us.

- Bogumiła (10/5): An ideal place for exploring Hanoi. - The hotel is very well located, fairly priced, offers excellent quality, and has fantastic service. Honestly, it is really hard to find anything to complain about. The hotel practically has no exterior-facing windows, but given its location, this is actually an advantage.

- Scott (5/5): More a 3 star hotel trying to sell themselves as 5, and better suited to backpackers with a larger budget who like to pa - The room was clean The hotel is tired with creaking furniture, aged fit out, very small rooms and cluttered- the images online are much nicer than real life. The area is right next to the main party area and there is no escaping the loud bass from clubs bars until 1/2am. What’s made worse is the staff force you to rate the property upon check out. We were honest with feedback. This left staff chasing us to our taxi with money and gifts to ensure we don’t give a bad review. I’m quite sure that’s illegal and very dishonest.

- Alicia (10/5): Beautiful hotel in the wrong spot. - The comfort of our room was something nice to come back to from a busy Hanoi. The breakfast was as the best I had had in Vietnam and this was our 3rd hotel. The fruit at breakfast was my favorite. The pool Isn’t really like the photos it’s small and old and not great to chill around. How the walls were a little thin. We had a scary night where we didn’t know what was happening to the girl in the room. She was screaming and saying it hurts and when we told the front desk to bring security up right away nothing happened. My husband much to my fear told the guy to stop and come out to him. But the. Everything went quiet after that. It was really scary. I didn’t love the location in the sense that it was in the middle of party central so was a bit much for us at times. But if your up to karaoke everywhere with drunk people this is the place for you.
