Meals in the restaurant were a little small but they were tasty 😊

The baggage was delivered at 4 am next day and sat under the stairs until late afternoon. I have to go asking for the baggage. The same thing with my laundry that I have to pay extra a lot because I wanted the next day. It didn’t deliver to my room and I have to look for it. Also the room has the sewer odor.
- Nopphamas (6/5): - Me and my boyfriend traveling from the U.S.to Thailand. We have stayed here for 5 nights.I would like to recommend to anybody that want stay in Bangkok. I actually really like this hotel with the cleanliness and location it’s so convenient to get around but I will only give a hotel a 3 after I checked out this morning the staff claim that they coffee cup missing and charging us extra. We have no ideas how would be possible missing. We only order a room service pizza once. The cleaning lady might have been clean it up but anyway we don’t want to argue because we might be late for our flight and it’s not about the money it’s just that a coffee cup really? So we will still recommend this hotel but we just not happpy on our last day of stayed. We feel like we got blamed on something we didn’t do. Enjoy your stay in Thailand.

- vui ting (8/5): Review with baby - This review is for family with small baby/ child. We wanted to love this place so much since we are bringing our baby with us. The greenery, river view, hotel compound and big pool made me pick this hotel. Pros: big room, massage and salon available, convenient shop and a very nice coffee house all in the hotel itself. Breakfast is ok good. Cons: we hated the smoking area so much. It’s right next to the pool sun bed and outside children play room. The grass lawn is also using faux grass 😅 Room floor laminate is making loud sound everytime we step on it and it woke baby up. The bathroom door and the table layout is bad (I wish I took a photo of the sliding door which is making a lot of noise too) The walk to icon Siam is pretty far when u need to bring a baby so we ended up taking a taxi everytime after the first night walk. They have free baby cot but we reminded multiple times, and they only sent it at night after my baby has fallen asleep. A lot of these we wouldn’t mind as much, had I not have my baby with me. Overall we still enjoyed our stay! Thank you

- Verified traveler (6/5): It is not 4 stars hotel - It is not 4 stars hotel The Room does not have any robes, body lotion, cosmetics mirror, safety handles in shower room. Thre are no night stands on the sides of the bed. There are heavy curtains in front of the entrance to the balcony, but not the light ones, so as soon as you open them anybody can see the inside of the room. There are no mosquito nets on the balcony’s door, so you can’t keep the door open in the evening. There are lack of garbage cans in the hotel.

- Deborah (6/5): - Property was nice, staff was very courteous. The problem was that I booked 2 rooms for a group that weren’t family. A girlfriend that I travel with and myself were in one room and another friend and her husband were in another room. We checked in, split off from the married couple and the desk got the rooms totally backwards and documented that I was with the man and presented me with bills upon departure with supposedly my charges with his name and room number listed. My friend and I paid cash for our charges, did not receive a receipt, then a few minutes later were given more charges for ice cream Sundays agin for his room but charged to me but these Sundays were never ordered by any of the 4 of us. We hung around a while while they tried to find the bills then presented us with charges that were not signed by any of us. After 15 minutes, they said it was ok, not to worry, no charges would be posted. After we left I got a message that myself and the man that went with us still owe a bill for “our” room! What a cluster. They would not and could not understand the confusion. I’m still trying to get copies of the charges, which amount to about $25.00 USD. The four of us stayed there 3 nights. Such a small amount to go round and round about. Other than that it was fine.

- Robert (10/5): Great value for money - Booked at a heavily discounted rate which made this affordable to me. On arrival was given upgraded suite with river view. It was awesome! Hotel is a little out of the way but nothing is far away and taxis are cheap. Pool area was lovely. Staff were helpful. Room was spacious and well equipped. Had dinner in the restaurant which was awful! Had to send food back as it was cold and even when heated up was not good. Found out the following day there’s a Thai restaurant next door which might have been better. There’s a convenience shop and upmarket massage store in the complex. Breakfast was decent but not top quality. Would definitely stay there again at the discounted rate.

- John M (6/5): NY Eve visit - We stayed on New Years Eve so we could see the fireworks on the Chao Praya River. The hotel grounds were clean and nice. The staff were nice and attentive. Special thanks to Hilly's Restaurant Manager, Chor, who made our visit memorable. Also, Jake, waiter at Hilly;s was very kind. Our check in experience was terrific with help of front desk clerk, Fiona. She upgraded our room to a river view. The room was an upgrade as well, but we did not like the odor coming from bathroom and the shower was not so good.
- Philip (10/5): Lovely hotel by the river - Really lovely hotel with lovely staff. Room was clean and nice layout with balcony and the pool area was stunning. A strange location which makes most things hard to get to, apart from ICON Siam which is 5 min walk.
- SHU WAN (6/5): - Hotel room design is very strange , the hotel door can’t be totally opened . Shower area stucking and water can’t be flush out ( and finally we found out that they place a block at the pipe which make water can’t be released, the reason we guess is save water) but it make the showroom slippery! TV signal is bad , the channel selection is very limited ( mostly are Thai language channel ) and it’s weird to foreigners . Part of staff is unfriendly , even didn’t help girls to place suitcase to car ( I guess they thought we didn’t pay tips) . We stay this hotel for 8 days and the experience is not good . I won’t recommend this hotel to my friend and family , and I won’t book the Quarter group hotel anymore.

- lorraine (10/5): - I love this hotel and was one of the first people in it the week it opened. I have been around 10 times since! The location is amazing, sheets and rooms excellent, design wonderful, staff lovely. My only recommendation to Chapter is, make a comments section on your checkin for staff to know if the client is a return customer and offer loyalty benefits to people who have stayed with you many times before. The hotel is not full and you could have upgraded my room for the 15 Dec checkin to a river view. Other than that, you are all wonderful!

- Wararat (8/5): - Overall experience was great. King sized bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was cool and quiet which we loved it! Spa in facilities was very convenient. Internet was quite slow, and connection was not steady. Some items in the bathroom were broken.

- SEUNG JUNE (10/5): We had greatest rest in this hotel - We had greatest rest in this hotel. Room, swimming pool, sauna, fitness room.. Everything was perfect. Especially, Na, Bartender, was very kind and humorous. I felt a lot talking to him. And Anit, She is staff, she showed us their dedicated service. For these reasons, I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Thailand again. I recommand this hotel. It was great expierence.

- Brian (8/5): - Well, I had some issues to begin with and the hotel was very quick to address and resolve as best as possible. It is a somewhat strange location that makes it a little difficult to transportation but some is more the outside Bolt and Taxi issues other than the hotel. I had mentioned in previous review no English language channel on TV and staff set TV to an English channel while I was away. There is an English Channel but it is a Christian Broadcast channel. As I wasn't there for TV it was okay. Overall Breakfast was good but certainly geared toward an Asian Clientele. Not used to spaghetti for breakfast but enough choices I was satisfied except the Coffee. Easy access to Iconsiam which is huge Mall with many eating and shopping choices.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Hotel by the river in Bangkok - We stayed here four nights at the end of May 2023. This hotel is like an oasis in the middle of Bangkok. The pool is very well situated, clean and accessible. Thier is a restaurant that serves a good breakfast and great meals all day (a choice of Thai and western food). Was great to be able to come back from a long day and get some food and a cocktail. Lek massage is avaiavle on-site. Very well priced, we used this service every day. Our room was very clean and spacious. Excellent value for money. Amenties supplied daily. The staff st the front desk were very helpful. There is a train station on the gold line a few minutes walk. Also close to a large shopping center. We will stay here again when we come back to Bangkok.
