- Sherica (8/5): It was good. - Location and cleanliness. The staff were really nice too. Nothing really, but I do hope they can lower the rate. I have heard od other hotels that were as clean with a lower rate, this happened after trip though.

- Erie (9/5): Great place to stay in Osaka and Namba area with lots of dining options nearby. - The room size is good for hotels in Japan, great and competitive prices, close to konbinis and laundry. They provide microwave near the reception. The reception is helpful and friendly and open for 24 hours. The bathroom has a bath tub as well. Location is abit far from station, 8 minutes walk to Daikokucho and 15 minutes to Namba.

Funcionários sempre prontos a ajudar! Despacham as malas, recebem as malas e guardam se vc chegar ou quiser sair antes do checkin ou checkout! Gostamos bastante! Gostamos de tudo

While breakfast isn't served, there's a 24 hour diner close by which serves Japanese and Western breakfasts ( have forgotten the name of it but a staff member told us about it)

- Saskia (7/5): Goed hotel in rustige buurt, maar voor 4 personen boek je beter 2 aparte kamers. - Goed bereikbare locatie op 10 minuutjes van Namba. Eenvoudig, maar in orde en proper. Je kan je bagage gratis achterlaten als je vroeger bent. Seven-Eleven vlakbij. De kamer was erg krap om als 4-persoonskamer door te gaan, met 2 bedden die eigenlijk te smal waren voor 2. Goed voor een nachtje, maar voor een langer verblijf boek je beter 2 2-persoonskamers. Het zicht uit de kamer was een stenen muur op een halve meter afstand.
- Saskia (8/5): Eenvoudig, maar prima hotel in rustige buurt, op wandelafstand van Namba station. - Locatie is rustig, op 10-tal minuutjes wandelen van het centrale Namba-station (handig als je van Kansai Airport komt of een uitstap naar Nara of Koyasan maakt) en 20 minuutjes van Dotombori. Vrij goed bereikbaar, al is het wel een tripje als je zelf je bagage meedraagt. Ze slaan gratis je bagage op als je er voor het check-in tijdstip bent. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar kennis van Engels is beperkt. Fijn dat er balie-permanentie is. De kamers waren erg klein. 2 nachten hadden we 2 2-persoonskamers naast elkaar en dat ging prima, maar voor 1 extra nachtje hadden we een 4-persoonskamer geboekt en dat was erg krap: uiteindelijk eerder 2 brede 1-persoonsbedden met 2 kussens en een enge doorgang ertussen. Goed voor één nacht, maar niet zo goed geslapen. Het zicht uit de kamers was ook een bakstenen muur. Niet alle personeel is even goed op de hoogte van dingen in de buurt of bagagetransport. We hadden gehoopt om onze bagage te versturen via het hotel, maar door een misverstand hebben we dit toch in de nabijgelegen FamilyMart moeten doen, wat wel wat omslachtig was.

- Sephora (10/5): - Excellent séjour au Plum Hotel à Namba ! Tout était parfait : une chambre très propre, confortable et bien équipée. L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes des transports et en plein cœur d’un quartier vivant avec beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques. Le personnel est exceptionnel, toujours souriant, accueillant et prêt à aider. Je reviendrai sans hésiter et je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Every day we returned to a room that was clean and beautifully maintained-housekeeping did an excellent job. All the staff were very friendly, and I would especially like to thank the lovely Korean receptionist. She was so kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. - martavelvet (9/5): Buenas ubicación y comodidad - La ubicación es buena, en el barrio de Namba. Es una distancia conveniente a muchos puntos interesantes de la ciudad. Barrio tranquilo pero cerca del ambiente animado del centro El tamaño de la habitación es justo, algo común en Japón pero que a veces hace que sea algo claustrofóbico. Las maletas grandes apenas caben en el suelo.

- amy (8/5): Overall, it's good experience. - Didn't have a breakfast there. It's a good location. The space is a bit of small for three people in four people room, we had to avoid pumping each other while moving in the room.
- Marina (8/5): Hotel bueno en relación calidad - precio - La habitación era bastante grande en comparación al resto de alojamientos de Japón. Estaba todo muy limpio. Tienes la posibilidad de dejar las maletas en consigna antes del check in y después del check out, en algunos alojamientos de Japón no es posible porque no tienen personal en las recepciones, y se hace todo de manera digital. El personal de recepción muy agradable y amable. En nuestro caso, las camas eran muy cómodas. Está un poquillo alejado del metro, unos 10 min andando de la parada más cercana. Y a unos 15 - 20 min andando del mercado de Kuromon y Dontonbori.

- Mabel (10/5): Volvería al Hotel - Está ubicado en un lugar tranquilo, cercano al supermercado life, lavanderias y family mart, el camino a la estacion del tren está a 15 min, esto no fue problema para mosotros, tambien de camino al metro se encuentran con el Café Cora el cual probamos y nos gustó. La habitación para 3 es amplia y pudimos dejar las maletas sin problemas. La habitacion cuenta con hervidor pero no hay tazas para hacer té

Le personnel au top, possible de laisser les bagages à la réception avant le check-in et après le Check out le temps de visiter encore. Laverie tout proche de l’hôtel, les employés au petit soins, prêt de parapluie si besoin. Ménage fait tous les jours et accessoires de toilette brosse à dent, brosse à cheveux…) changés chaque jour. - Alan (10/5): Excellent hotel, excellent location - Steps to Namba while still being off the main streets and quieter, which is nice for when you need to sleep quietly away from the noise of Dotonbori.
- Clara (8/5): Good hotel, overall comfortable stay - Rooms were clean and had enough space for our luggage. The hotel seemed to be quite new and staff was always kind. They had a drink machine in the reception which was convenient, and there was also a Family Mart two blocks away. Location was ok, closest metro was around 8min walking which was doable in the morning but tiring in the evening after a long day. For next time we would go for something even closer to Namba.
