• Jan JM (10/5): Een heerlijke plek om te verblijven en de stad te ontdekken. - Appartement was heel schoon.
• Gary (8/5): - Good location near to the central market (many food choices) and fairly near to the train station and key v attractions such as Accademia, Cathedral and Uffizi. Has a lift from ground floor to the apartment on the first floor. Hence no need to luggm suitcases up and down flights of stairs.

• Naoual (8/5): - Cannot fault location - 7 min walk from station and on the doorstep is lots of restaurants and the market. Short walk to the main attractions. Cleaning could have been better as could see lots of dust piles. Laundry was good - washing machine and dryer.
• Jeffrey (10/5): - Nice property in a great location in Florence. Property has a vintage charm to it. I liked the high ceilings with exposed beams. Kitchen was modern and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. A extra pillow would be nice to have. One of the showers was tiny. It would be nice to have a shelf to put shampoo and soap in the shower. As small as it is, it is very difficult to reach for those from the floor. It would also be nice to have a towel bar to hang bath towels, and a washcloth.

• Sebastian (8/5): - The apartment is very well located. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk from: The Academy, the train station, and the Dome. It is just like the photographs but with some wear and tear. Although the air-conditioning works, it isn't able to cool the apartment to a reasonable degree. The electric system is faulty and trying to use the tea kettle (even when everything else is off) will result in tripping at least one of three circuit breakers located in different places. Two of the circuit breaker are on the first floor. The guy who delivered the keys and collected the City Tax left us waiting 45 minutes because our train arrived 10 minutes late. He seems have been using the toilet during those 45 minutes because he didn't flush properly after soiling the toilet.

• stacy (10/5): - Two full batheooms was wonderful for sharing with 2 couples. Laundry and dryer was good. Very clean and great location.
• Elena (8/5): Very good - The apartment and location were perfect. There’s a lift, the apartment is close to the market and the train station, the instructions provided are easy to follow. No self check in, had to wait longer than expected for the person in charge to receive us.
• Clarke (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, comfortable beds and air conditioning. Travelled as 2 couples and found the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms great for privacy and felt quite separate at different sides of the apartment. Found the kitchen didn’t have utensils etc for self catering, we couldn’t actually find any cutlery but chose not to eat in the apartment anyway so it wasn’t too much of an issue for this visit.
• Simcha (7/5): Nice simple apartment in central area of Florence. - Spacious. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Walking distance to Central Market and central Florence. Lacked basic kitchen supplies (no knives, utensils, coffee filters, wine openers) despite having coffee maker, stove, fridge which was nice. No instructions for the home or any welcoming guides/general info. Could use some sprucing up; fresh paint. Neighborhood was fine; lots of foot traffic and felt fairly safe, but also central area was a bit dirty and could feel a little unsafe for solo travelers, or young travelers.
• Hongbm18 (8/5): Very good - The hosts are responsive and welcoming. The location is good and the apartment is well equipped with all kitchen utensils.
• Imran (8/5): Minor hiccups but overall a comfortable stay. - Location was amazing, and in a safe area, and the apartment was spacious and well furnished. Kitchen was fully stocked and bathrooms were spotless. The only thing which went wrong was the power going out. I was able to get in touch with the owners quickly but their instructions were slightly unclear and the 30 mins it was out was stressful.

• Dusan (8/5): All in all great stay - The place is good with 2 rooms and bathrooms in the center of Florence. Convenient to reach all. Isolation is not that good. You will hear noises and sounds of equipment dragging very early morning as green market is near by.
• Joanne (8/5): Very good central location but apartment could do with a little attention - Location was great for exploring There was a lot of noise outside the property very early in the morning by market traders wheeling their metal trolleys along the streets by the apartment which woke us every time. There were 3 slats missing from one of the single beds which made it very uncomfortable.

• Sayed (7/5): It was a good stay in the apartment. - The apartment location is wonderful and it was very clean. The check in process was quick and timely. The ACs were not working during the first hour of our arrival, it was an electricity issue and gladly it was solved swiftly. The ACs were not powerful, they only managed to take the heat away. Having no sofa to sit on in the TV / dining room was a bit uncomfortable for us.
