Pas de balcon contrairement à la chambre sélectionnée ("Chambre Double Deluxe avec Balcon") Ménage : comme indiqué sur la porte, il aurait dû être fait tous les jours, mais n'a pas été réalisé en réalité durant notre séjour. Propreté à notre arrivée : ok, mais les murs sont plein de poussière. Petit déjeuner : minimaliste, tout est sous sachets plastiques. Salle de bain : vétusté de la douche, porte cassée remplacée par un drap de douche sale, débit de l'eau très faible.

- Lierte Jose (1/5): - Perto do Vaticano, mais nada de bom Sinal do wifi horrível, quase nao funcionava, Banheiro com ralo entupido, ar condicionado sujo, cama e travesseiros desconfortáveis, porta do box quebrada e improvisada uma cortina, chuveiro com zero pressão, outros hóspedes fazendo muito barulho, chegaram a jogar uma bolacha por debaixo da nossa porta enquanto estávamos no quarto, nao indico esta estadia para ninguém, infelizmente nos sentimos prejudicados considerando o valor pago Pedimos para trocar de quarto mas o proprietário nao tinha outro, mas também nao conseguiu resolver nenhum dos nossos problemas.

El edificio está bastante bien y la atención del personal fue excelente, en todo momento estuvo en contacto con nosotros. El baño no estaba del todo limpio, es una habitación con mucho ruido y que entra la claridad ya que no cuenta con persianas sino cortinas.

- Aki (1/5): ここはホテルではなく、ゲストハウス - チェックインする時にいちいち電話してキーボックスの番号を聞かなければならなかった。椅子が掃除されていなかった。シャワーの出が悪いことがあった。シャワー室にシャンプーなどを置く場所がなかった。ベッドが高かった。ベッドの質は良くない。布団にしみがあった。部屋のカーテンや絵の色が変でどぎついので落ち着かない。写真と違って貧相な部屋なので注意。宿泊税が7ユーロで高いので注意。

- Theano (10/5): Ευχάριστη εμπειρία!! - Το πρωινό ήταν καλό και ο καπουτσίνο εξαιρετικός. Είχε κρουασάν βουτύρου, μαρμελάδες, μερέντα, φρυγανιές, κορνφλέικς και μπισκότα. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται κοντά στο Βατικανό, σε στάση μετρό και σε σουπερμάρκετ 24ωρης λειτουργίας. Πρόκειται για ασφαλή περιοχή με ωραία εστιατόρια. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και βοηθητικό. Θα μπορούσε να έχει και βούτυρο
- Pirlac (10/5): Great Location, Good Value, and a Pleasant Stay Near the Vatican - I stayed in Rome, in an apartment near Vatican City, and overall I was satisfied for the price and location. The area itself is nice and relatively quiet, with easy access to everything. While you could occasionally hear neighbors, it didn’t bother me—in fact, it added a bit of local charm. The apartment was decent and fairly clean, though not spotless. The bathroom furniture could use some renovation, but nothing that affected my stay in a major way. For the price, I think it was a fair deal. Communication with the host was excellent. I arrived late, around 11 PM, and they guided me over the phone until I got inside—very helpful and responsive. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. It’s not luxury, but for the price and location, it’s definitely worth it.

- Okulicka (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja! Blisko stacji metra Cipro, ok. 7, 8 minut piechotą, co pozwala na sprawne przemieszczanie się po mieście. Dobry i sympatyczny kontakt z właścicielem :) Niedaleko jest też sporo kawiarni i restauracji, gdzie można zjeść dobre włoskie śniadanie.

Posizione top: a due passi da piazza san Pietro,comodissimo per girare Roma a piedi. Camere pulite,staff gentile e disponibile . - Tin (10/5): - The apartment was great and clean, it had everything we needed including soap, shower gel, clean towels, etc. It is positioned in a nice neighbourhood with a real Roman vibe, also very close to the Vatican (10-15min walking), 5 minutes aways from the metro station and multiple bus stops. Also there were a number of really nices cafes, bakeries and bars in the vicinity. We would definitely try to book the same apartment if visiting again. The pillows could be better.

Vicinissima alla metro Cipro, per me che a Roma vado almeno 2 volte all’anno questa zona rimane uno dei quartieri più belli e autentici di Roma. Il proprietario gentilissimo e premuroso! Molto consigliato alloggiare qui! il doccino della doccia non era perfettamente funzionante, il flusso dell’acqua era molto debole e bisognava per forza utilizzare il doccione per lavarsi.

- PAOLO (3/5): Struttura da rivedere - Nulla solo la disponibilità del gestore. Cuscini sottilissimi e nn c'erano altri in armadio, lenzuola macchiate appena abbiamo aperto il letto e un bidè inagibile per mancanza di spazio tra lo stesso e il lavabo.

- Monica (10/5): Ottima posizione - Posizione comodissima. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro CIPRO. In poco più di 10 minuti a piedi, si raggiungono i musei vaticani. Stanza comoda, ampia, dotata di tutti i comfort. Pulizia impeccabile. Molto comodo e pratico il self check-in, soprattutto per chi arriva in struttura ad un orario inusuale. Per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Roma, lo prenderò nuovamente in considerazione.

- Francesca (10/5): - Posizione perfetta, a due passi da San Pietro. Nella zona tanti parcheggi (alcuni a pagamento ma di una comodità impressionante) e tantissimi ristoranti. La camera immensa e con un bel terrazzo ampio. Colazione in camera all'orario scelto e la più grande comodità il self check-in.
