- ESTHER (9/5): A great place for a base in NW london - Its not a five star but its a very well run small buisness. A stones throw from the underground .Clean seemed nearly new had all requirements was a stand alone built garden room very spicy kitchen bedroom and bathroom all separate,own small garden area, was only used as a point to sleep ,modern shower TV good electric heating. Well priced for the area na door the quality. Can do with nets stop house guests looking in but really a minor concern just worth noting.

Można byłoby ulepszyć tylko kontakt z osobami, które zarządzają hotelem, np przez whatsupp, w momencie kiedy dzwoniłam nikt nie odebrał telefonu, ale udało się że ktoś był w środku w momencie mojego przyjazdu, w innym wypadku gdzie recepcja nie jest 24h na dobę byłoby ciężko

- Jacopo (5/5): - La posizione tutto sommato buona Purtroppo a differenza di quanto suggerisce il nome non si tratta di un hotel ma di un piccolo appartamento, dalla doccia usciva acqua tiepida ma non calda e dopo aver riferito la cosa alla gestione non è stato fatto nulla e anzi ci è stato detto di aver controllato e che l'acqua non aveva problemi quando invece non era cambiato nulla, abbiamo chiesto due asciugamani in più ma non ci sono stati dati pur avendoci detto che avrebbero provveduto Consigliato per un soggiorno breve ma per una sosta più lunga consiglierei altre strutture

- Tsvetomila (9/5): Great place if you arrive late or leave early for the airport by bus - Great place - especially if you have an early flight and need to use the National Express busses to go to the airport - this was my main reason to book in Golders Green. It takes 30-40 minutes by the Northern line to get to the central parts, but it's not a big problem if you plan ahead. You have supermarket in a walking distance, a pizza place and few other markets. So the location is great. We didn't meet the staff, but they were communicating with us via mail and messages and we had all the information we needed to find the place, check in and check out. The room (Delux) is very cozy, small, but with big comfortable bed, everything is new and clean; the bathroom was big enough and also clean. There is a radiator and a fan, but we didn't use them, it was warm enough. The window opens to let fresh air. We had everything we needed - a fridge, hair dryer, tv, hot water jug, complementary tea, coffee. There is also a small kitchen next to the room and a coffee machine with really good coffee. We were pleasantly surprised by all this and we definitely recommend the hotel! There is no reception, so you can't leave your luggage before the check-in hour (after 14h). There isn't that much space for big suitcases in the room, which is very typical for London, but you can keep it mind while planing the trip. There are several small lockers and hangers, which are useful.

- ortal (5/5): - חדר גדול, מטבחון, ומיקום אחלה. מאוד לא אהבתי שהניקיון לא היה כלול במחיר שמשלמים עבור בית מלון, שזה אמור לכלול ניקיון על בסיס יום יומי, מגבות נקיות , סידור חדרים, פינוי אשפה וכו, רצו תוספת של כסף ובעיניי זו חוצפה!!! היה בעיה עם המים החמים כי לא יכלו להתקלח 3 אנשים אחד אחרי השני, אלא עם המתנה של חצי שעה עד שעה עד שהדוד יתמלא מחדש ממש כמו בימי הביניים. והמזרונים היו מאוד לא נוחים

- Torben (10/5): - Sehr sauber und gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und trotzdem praktisch mit einfachen Annehmlichkeiten wie Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und Kaffeeautomat auf dem Flur. Lediglich das Bad ist etwas abgenutzt, aber trotzdem sauber und gepflegt. Kommunikation war super, Self-Check-In war bei später Anreise auch möglich.

- Dániel (7/5): Good for the price - Location is ideal in a relatively safe neighbourhood. The hotel is close to the metro station, around 10-13 minutes walk. On the street there are a lot of bakeries, shops, restaurants etc. The room was relatively clean and spacious for the 2 of us. It was quite cold in the room. The bed was too soft for me and there was only one blanket (we were not a couple just two friends so it was not really convenient for us). Maybe it was our fault but the water in the shower was too hot and we couldn’t switch to a colder temperature. There was a constant ticking noise in the room at night so I could sleep only with earplugs. It is not necessarily negative, but please note that this is a small accommodation, more like a big family house than a hotel. There was not really a reception only a kind lady welcoming us when we rang the bell.

- Alba (7/5): - Barrio con todos los servicios y tranquilo. Muy buena localización. Una de las dos ventanas estaba rota y no se podía cerrar. Las paredes eran de papel. No hay espacio para poner las maletas ni lugar donde poner la ropa excepto 4 perchas para dos personas. Realmente es una casa familiar donde han aprovechado las habitaciones pero no es un hotel como tal.
- gannon (1/5): Horrible - nothing Cold, dusty, dirty bed sheets and curtains, broken window handle, no hot water for shower, door to get in room has a gap at the top and bottom of door feel unsafe
- Ivan (2/5): This is a hostel, it is not a hotel - Location was the best of this accommodation. However, it is in zone 3 and there is at least half an hour to get to the city centre with public transport. It is not a hotel, it's a hostal. There are no facilities like concierge, food and beverages or housekeeping. Rooms are really tiny and noisy because of the constant building works in the neighbourhood.

- Paul (7/5): The room was adequate and reasonably good value. We enjoyed our stay and the location was ideal. - The location on Golders Green Road was excellent. Easy access to the tube and good amenities and eating houses. The room was basic but clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and clean, white bedding. Having access to a coffee machine downstairs in a morning was good. The flooring in the room would benefit from being replaced and the shower was lukewarm at best. Limited access to channels on the TV although not a major issue. The lady who showed us to our room when we arrived was very helpful but we never saw her again so couldn’t ask for replacement tea/coffee/milk for the room.
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Room was clean and spacious. Included free parking and not a far walk to the train station. Didn’t have hot water and the door didn’t lock, but otherwise not a bad price for the location just outside of London.
- Garry (9/5): London weekend stay! - Great location, spotlessly clean and my room was really nice and bright. I stayed over a weekend which also meant no parking restrictions for street parking. Would 100% book here again. Chap I spoke to at check in was really helpful. Everything you need is at hand. Great! Only tiny issue I had was given the wrong code to access my key, but wasnt a huge deal, sorted quickly and wouldn't deter me from booking again.

- Andrew (5/5): It was ok stay for one night. - The location was not too far from the event we attended to. It looked nice from the website but the room itself was not very clean, there was stained bedsheet, lots of curly black hairs on the bed it meant they did not change the bedsheets we had to brushed all those hairs before we could go to bed, stained pillows as they do not use pillow protectors, and stained curtains (we were at the top floor room). I took some pictures for these things.
