• Thivakaran (10/5): Beautiful, Amazing, Clean with Amazing with Natural light and peaceful stay. - I really enjoyed staying here, the place, apartment location, management was above my expectations. From the start to end in my stay here was amazing, easy and comfortable. I sad to leave and will definitely come back to stay here. Only thing I would say is getting in via the car front driver from the main road was a bit bumpy, this needs to fixed my local council not landlord. Other than that everything else is amazing.

• Kieran (10/5): Highly recommend - Very spacious for a studio, extremely clean and comfortable. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Great location with a bus stop to the city/other suburbs immediately outside, as well as an amazing bakery next door and many other local restaurants/cafes. Walking distance from the Bay Run. Above all, Jan was the most welcoming and accommodating manager you could ask for. She really did go above and beyond to meet us on check in and stay in touch if there was anything extra we needed. She made our stay all the more homely and enjoyable. Thank you so much, we would absolutely recommend these apartments. Slightly dated, but getting refurbished later this year.

• Alex (10/5): The service was more thank I expected and Jan the caretaker was amazing - The room was very clean with everything I needed for my stay. With many options of eating with a great bakery downstairs. I stayed over Easter and they had fresh hot cross buns everyday. Nothing negative
• David (9/5): - We wanted self catering as we had dietary needs, it was the 1st time we had everything we needed. Jan the manger lent us a food processor to puree garlic and onions. Our kitchen had an under the counter freezer and under the counter fridge with a small freezer for Ice lollies and cones. Plenty of kitchen knives mixing bowls drainers. Lovely café next door with fresh baked goods and nice coffee. There's plans of takeaway's just a short walk away from sea food, charcoal grill chicken. Asian restaurant and french restaurant. Short drive away you have KFC AND McDonald's if you want something you know. Good selection of Supermarkets. In walking distance a short drive away. Free parking is available at the front of the building. We would stay again, Oh there's a full size washing machine and a separate dryer with soap sachets. Free WiFi was reliable. Even though there're commercial retail units near by which opened at 7am as do most things in Australia. We were not disturbed by this from our room. No garden to sit in. But was a place to smoke with a comfy chair and gazebo for sun and rain protection.

When we arrived the oven in our unit was not operational, but we texted Andre and someone was around the next day to fix it. Over all we were very satisfied and would stay there again.

• Jennie (10/5): Neat, clean and comfortable apartment close to the city. - The apartment was a good size, clean and comfortable. The washing machine and dryer a bonus to assist is with our stay. It was great to have a king sized bed. The location, on a regular bus route with easy access to the ferry provided another transport option. The fridge and full sized freezer really helped to keep on top of food shopping... without needing to shop every day. Nearby shops and cafes were helpful and useful. We found everything as described and of a high standard.

• Koichi (2/5): がっかり - 洗濯機と乾燥機が部屋の中にあり、無料でいつでも気兼ねなく洗濯ができました。 キッチン周り、コンロや食器などが、充実していました。冷蔵庫とは別に冷凍庫がありました。 ブッキングコムの情報では、19時から20時までのチェックインが承認されていて、担当者が現地で待ってますとのことでしたが、空港からタクシーで駆けつけたのに、誰もいなかった。電話での対応になったが、英語が苦手な私達は、とても心細かった。 私達の一か月の旅行期間中で、ここが最も高額な宿泊代だったので期待していたが、悲しくなるくらい建物が古く、いちいち力一杯蛇口を閉めないとぽたぽたと水が漏れてうるさかった。 食器棚は、ごみが堆積していたので自分たちで掃除した。 7泊したので、タオル類の交換と、シャンプー類の補充をお願いしたが、タオルは、自分で洗濯してくれと断られた。タオルは、自分で洗濯できたが、シャンプーやゴミ袋は、補充して欲しかった。 隣に美味しいベーカリーがあった以外は、場所もよくなかった。スーパーマーケットまでは遠いし、シティにでるのも面倒だった。
• Raymund (9/5): Apartment great for long stay - The apartment has everything I need for my 7 nights stay. I can cook and even do laundry. There’s a next door bakehouse which sells good food, bread and pastries. The check-in and check-out time was a breeze and the communication from the on site manager, Andre, is clear and reliable. I will definitely stay here again. Probably work more on the cleanliness. It’s minor but would be great if it spotless clean. The location maybe not central but it’s close to the bus stop and it can take your to central in 30 mins

• Andrew (10/5): The perfect fit for what I needed in a week that it was available - The apartment was clean and well appointed. The bathroom wet area was clean, hygienic and well laid out. The washing machine and dryer were conveniently located next to the bathroom. The kitchen was set up to cook a variety of meals and the bed was comfortable. All this came with an appealing mid century bent I had to carry my bag up a flight of stairs and I had to park off the premises

Wouldn’t stay again but my experience was ok - Liked that it was a liveable space, close to shops and public transport. Didn’t like the attention to detail in the apartment, and the staff service wasn’t up to par.

• Missi (10/5): Good stay, well worth your money - I liked our quiet everyone was, people was probably making noise but we couldn't hear them, good sound proof walls. The only downfall I had was that I had to reset the aircon in the middle of the night.

• Alessandro (5/5): A bit of a disappointment - Very close to the 504 bus stop. It takes mere 20 min to the CBD. Washing machine+dryer (with a caveat, see below). The bathroom was clean. We got apartment 3, on the ground floor. The air conditioning keeps turning off and need constant reset. This is not problematic during the day, but in summer one wakes up sweaty or needs to set an alarm to the middle of the night. The microwave is VERY dirty and completely rusty. Also, the timer on the dryer is broken: a cycle of 150min runs for a good 14 minutes! Then one has to restart it again (and again.....).. The vacuum cleaner was completely full and after I emptied it was still basically worthless Generally speaking, there are huge stains on the shades and on the carpet and the flat gave a sad appearance. The

I liked having bus stop to city st the corner. Shower door did not close all the way, making for wet bathroom floor. Also not enough electrical outlets.

• Mohammed (10/5): It was amazing, it made our stay in Sydney a whole lot more fun and brighter. - The property had so many coffee shops and attractions around it. Super close to Sydney CBD we would take a 5-8min walk to Drummoyne wharf and then take a ferry to CBD. Every morning we would wake up to the smell of fresh baked pasteries and great coffee from the bakery house next door. Andre is super friendly, always available and around to help. The property is clean, secure, spacious and accessible to all home appliances and close to public transportation such as bus and ferry.

And it had everything for a long stay, eg. cultery, ironing board, fridge etc. The location was good, next to a cafe and bakery with pubs and restaurants a short walk away. Functionally its a great apartment but neither the building or the room is the prettiest.

• Mariusz (9/5): Perfect place for a short stay in Sydney - It is a well-equipped apartment with a good quality relationship to price and good transportation options to the city center. In the neighborhood, there are several places with food. The bakery is just in the next building. The bus stop with buses going to the center is just 60 m away. WiFi works very well. There is a parking place near the building, but one must take care to announce the need for parking clearly at the moment of the reservation. Parking in the vicinity is another option, but it sometimes requires some time to find a convenient place. The option of heating with air conditioning is not too convenient. In July, it is quite chilling at night, and humming of the AC the whole night is rather tiring. There is actually no heating option for the bathroom, and taking a shower requires some stamina.

The location was next to a good cafe for coffee or breakfast and close to other places for getting dinner, if required. The on-site manager communicated well and while there was limited on-site parking, there was street parking nearby. Though clean, the facilities were a little 'tired-looking', which didn't really bother me, but might bother others. People with mobility issues might struggle with stairs to the upper floors, as there's no lift.

• Georgian (8/5): Very good - The location is ok. The room is big enough, in the kitchen you can find everything you need. It was pretty clean even though the carpet in the room had some spots. You have washing machine and dryer so its very convienent. If you are in the room next to.the street it can get pretty noise even though you have double windows, the window in the kitchen is not double so it can get noisy, but its ok, depends how sensible you are :). I dont know what is it about Australia and the hot and cold water, its hard to find the right temperature. The water comes either hot or cold but never mixed :)), but this issue is in all Australia...dont understand why
