He arranged it quickly, but told the driver to charge me 90 dirhams, even though the regular fare should have been around 30 dirhams. Most likely, the doorman wanted to make it clear that I shouldn’t bother such a busy person with trivial requests like calling a taxi for a hotel guest.

I want to give special thanks and utmost respect to the security team, especially the Head of Security, Raad, Manager Hatem, and the General Manager. They responded to a situation with record speed and handled it smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. I am deeply grateful for their superb work — I was truly touched by their generosity and hospitality. This is exactly why I consider Dubai one of the safest cities in the world, thanks to its strict zero-tolerance policy and the high standards of service I’ve experienced.

And the room was clean and so fun to stay in, housekeeping was amazing too and always made sure I was comfortable. Lost of range for breakfast. Overall, I felt very safe and happy staying here as a female solo traveller.

Anita (10/5): - I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness stood out — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The overall service was fantastic, and two staff members truly made my stay memorable with their excellent communication skills, polite and accommodating attitude, and impressive knowledge of Dubai. The room was lovely and very comfortable, though I did find the bathroom a bit small, especially around the sink area. One minor inconvenience was that the desk plug wasn’t working, so I couldn’t make tea there and had to move the kettle to the bedside table. Despite that, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. One of the highlights was the hotel’s private beach club — the service, food, and drinks there were amazing. The entire area around the hotel is clean, airy, and vibrant. I also absolutely loved the China White rooftop pool — it’s stunning! Another big plus is the location. The hotel is within walking distance to several other beach clubs, yet it’s tucked away from the main strip, giving it a more relaxed and exclusive feel. It's also close to Palm Jumeirah, which makes exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I felt so welcomed and at home here. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

Questionei a situação e me disseram que a reserva garante tão somente a categoria do quarto somente, e mesmo após mostrado o arquivo de reserva confirmando a cama de casal, o hotel não fez qualquer tipo de esforço para sanar o ocorrido. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO oferecido considerando a alta categoria do hotel. Não indicarei a ninguém.

All of these I liked in my stay. what I absolutely disliked is the nightly noise from all kind of bars in the area. if you can feel the bass thumping through closed doors and even your earplugs don’t secure you any sleep at 2am, then the hotel is not the best option for a refreshed business day

Raphael (4/5): Une immense déception – Hôtel malhonnête - Je reviens d’un séjour d’une semaine au Radisson Beach Dubai, et je tiens à partager mon expérience pour éviter que d’autres clients ne se fassent avoir comme moi. Lors de ma réservation, j’ai choisi une chambre avec vue mer, en payant 30 % plus cher qu’une chambre avec vue partielle. À mon arrivée, j’ai demandé à l’hôtesse confirmation que j’étais bien dans une chambre vue mer : "Oui, monsieur, bien sûr." Une fois dans la chambre (numéro 406), grosse désillusion : un énorme bâtiment, obligeant à aller sur la terrasse pour apercevoir un morceau de mer. J’ai naïvement cru que c’était leur définition d’une "vue mer"… Jusqu’à mon dernier jour, où j’ai pu voir une vraie chambre avec vue mer (numéro 1051). Ce n’est pas du tout la même chose ! Cette arnaque change complètement l’expérience du séjour. Pourquoi mentir au client ? Si on m’avait dit la vérité dès le début, j’aurais pu demander à changer de chambre. À cela s’ajoute un problème énorme de nuisances sonores. L’hôtel est en bord de mer, devant plusieurs plages privée... où la musique électro hurle jusqu’à 3h du matin ! L’isolation phonique est catastrophique : impossible de dormir. Lors du check-out, l’hôtesse me demande si mon séjour s’est bien passé. J’explique ma déception… Aucune réaction. Le seul point positif ? La propreté des chambres et le service voiturier. Mais franchement, payer 30 % de plus pour une "vue mer" qui n’existe pas et ne pas pouvoir dormir avant 3h du matin, c’est inadmissible.

The staff were very polite and helpful, especially the receptionist, Maya and the housekeeping, Aruna. Something to consider, the toilet door doesn’t fully close, it’s a glass door and there’s a small space between the door and the wall.

A few nooks to work from, spacious rooms to work in, a nice coffee bar with some lovely juices and snacks (the guys who work there are super nice too), perfect location to switch off and walk up and down the palm, good bars and restaurants, close to a mall , no reliance on cabs, on the beach, clean rooms and super positive and helpful staff through the hotel. I would like a hotel to offer the chance to have a late breakfast (fruot yogurts is fine) until maybe 1130/1200.

Verified traveler (6/5): Noisy But Nice - I stayed here on a solo trip, beautiful hotel, staff and service was great. My flight was in at 8am, my room was not ready however I was able to use the showers on level 13 to freshen up. This was my second time to Dubai and this time I was running the Dubai half marathon, which I loved however there is a beach club beside this hotel which played music until 3am or later, I had asked for a beach view room which I regret now as I did not get much restful sleep the nights I stay or the night before my race which was frustrating. I did have loop ear plugs which could still hear the music :( I would stay again but ask for a different room facing away from the beach club. This seems like a great hotel for couples / friend groups who want to enjoy the night life and sleep the following days as it is peaceful until 7pm before the music starts up again. The highlight of my stay was one of the allocated taxi drivers - who gave me his number and took me where I needed to go and then waited at the destation for me - this me my feel very safe travelling solo.

During the stay, I also noticed very load music from in the reception area / breakfast area and the pool area. Why all the loud music, I come to enjoy my vacation, not to hear music. Breakfast was very stressful due to the loud music. Pool was very cold, not heated as in the other hotels where we stayed.

James (6/5): - I’ve stayed there many times and generally like the hotel. But there are two problems. 1. Why do you have to have a security guard standing in the center of the lobby at all times? It’s not a good guest experience. I would understand late at night, but not all day. You should reconsider that. And 2. you allow DAMAC property to have a booth in your lobby and they bark at people whenever you walk by them which is again hurting your guest experience. These are too easy fixes you should seriously reconsider.

Joel (6/5): Nice hotel but super noisy by night! - Extremely clean hotel and nice rooms - even a good gym with is rare. There are big beach clubs in front of the hotel that play techno music every day until late (at least 2am - sometimes longer). The sound insulation of the roos is very poor so definitely not recommended for light sleepers. The pool area is quite small and people reserve with towels the sun beads for whole day without showing up. The staff says that they remorve towels if people show up but this doesn't happen. So quests needs to do this. Be active yourself if the beds are empty more than 30mins without users.

SELIM (2/5): Tres Mauvaise expérience client - Radisson blu c'est ma chaine d'hôtel préférée. Malheureusement ici à Dubai ça c'est très mal passé dès notre arrivée. -on a demandé le dîner, ils nous proposent une formule à 100dirham on choisi le menu, ils nous disent que nous ne pouvions pas avoir la formule. Ils nous donnent la carte on choisi notre dîner. Le serveur était hautin et n'écoutait même pas en lui demandant pourquoi ils ont changé d'avis concernant le menu. Au milieu du dîner un serveur vient avec l'addition ils nous demandent de payer alors qu'on a pas fini de manger ni de commander le dessert et les fruits pour mon fils. Je lui demande si on doit payer car il a fini sa journée et il doit rentrer il me dit que non !!!!!! - A la plage le lendemain on a pris des chaises longues, partant pour chercher mon fils et ma femme je reviens et ne trouve plus mes affaires, je leur demande ils m'ont expliqué qu'après 30 minutes on aura plus le droit à la place => je trouve ça très bien mais il faut le dire au client avant et l'appliquer à tous . Cerise sur le gâteau, Nos affaires on les trouve plus on demande à la réception et ils les ont perdu ! A 2h du matin, des hurlements de femme, mon fils s'est réveillé en pleurant car c'était très fort , j'appelle la réception. Je sors de la chambre plusieurs personnes dans l'étage qui sont sorti également. En faissant le check-out , on demande s'ils ont trouvé nos affaires perdus, ils répondent que non et un manager nous contacte , personne ne nous a contacté à ce jour .
Elise (6/5): Nice hotel, has to improve the service level - Overall, the stay was okay. Nice interior, good location (albeit very expensive), a private beach area, and a pool on the hotel grounds. What didn’t work so well was the level of service. For a hotel of this standard and price category, you expect high professionalism and proactive service. It just doesn’t work, and there’s a lot to improve. When I provided feedback that the check-in process was slow, the room wasn’t ready, and that despite having many available staff, none acknowledged me or welcomed me, management eventually addressed the issue (although it took two full days before I heard back). I was offered a complimentary meal as compensation. That was nice and appreciated, but it was quite a process to give me that free lunch – involving four or five staff members. Eventually the hotel manager himself had to come down to come with me to the restaurant to confirm this. My point is not that the management handled this poorly—they did their best—but there are significant structural changes need here. Much of this could have been avoided in the first place if the hotel were better organized and had a more effective system. So overall, this is not good enough. It’s unprofessional, disorganized, poorly planned, and badly managed, and I hope they realize this themselves, rather than blaming it on “that’s just how it is”.
Verified traveler (8/5): Es gibt Luft nach oben - War im Großen und Ganzen ok, leider zu wenig Liegen am Strand zur Verfügung. Der Pool allerdings ist ein Witz. Um 8 sind die meisten Liegen schon belegt !!! Frühstück lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Adam (10/5): - Amazing location and place to stay , staff friendly - I was a bit concerned when reading certain reviews but honestly no issues at all - note check in states 3pm however if room available earlier than expected they allow customers to check in early subject to availability. Note the rooftop pool is still closed so you’ll find the pool on floor 1 slightly overcrowded with the usual Nerds reserving beds at stupid O’clock in morning the only annoying thing is when said person who has placed there towel on a bed disappears for 3 hours an then returns to claim there but you get these Nerds at most hotels so to be expected. Besides the above amazing location n hotel to stay at would definitely return

Bryan (8/5): - Small pool, also not the cleanest. Lack of parasols on the beach. Spent a lot of time away from hotel during the day because of this. Calling this hotel a beach ‘resort’ is pushing it. Although that said there is access to a sand area with loungers and access to the sea. The hotel is clean and modern and in a great area.

Breakfast was alright. Budget hotel in a great location. Still waiting for a phone call from the manager as we speak. Spend a little bit more and go elsewhere.

Yvonne (8/5): - I did not like the fact that if you need ice it cost 10 AED dollars . This was because the hotel does not own the restaurants and there are no ice machines on the floors. I like that there were several different restaurants out back of the hotel

Kayla (4/5): Needs better kinder service - Beautiful hotel. However, we landed at 5AM & although we understand check in is at 3PM. We hoped they would be more accommodating as we were not feeling well & needed to rest. We kept falling asleep in the lobby lounge sofas because we were so tired from our flight and not feeling well. We kept getting asked from staff what our problem was which felt not welcoming at all. It felt like there was a lack of communication amongst the staff. No attentiveness or updates as to when our room was going to be ready. They didn't even offer water or check in how we were physically doing. It felt dismissive and not welcoming.
Andrej (2/5): - Just an overall poor experience. The room was clean but very simple. The staff are inexperienced and lost our bags on check in. I was charged twice for the room and had to spend time to rectify the mistake by the hotel staff. Unfortunately, I booked the hotel twice. I was promised a refund both verbally and in writing on WhatsApp (the message was later deleted). The hotel management refuses to refund the second stay. I must also mention that the breakfast buffet is probably the worst I had in years in both choice and quality
Denis (2/5): - This place pretend to be upscale beach-front hotel. But after one night stand there I should share my own experience. Room: Despite it's BEACH hotel - room is pretty small, balcony is extrimellly small and doens't have any handle to dry swimwear after beach. It's ridiculouse. Bath area is very small. There is no handle or hooks for towels, there is even no door to divide bath area and common area. Despite it's room for 2 in bathroom I found only 1 tooth brush. But my general disapointment is breakfast. Despite night price hotel provide very limited vatiouse of food. But most annoing is big bowl with butter which just chopped by cubes and dropped in common bowl. And bowl with sugar. I really don't understand why ALL guest should take one spoon to take sugar from shared bowl. And yes, despite you stay in upscale hotel they even can't give you tea spoon, instead of that you'll get stik like you visit deli on gas station. It's most herrinle experience ever.

Tomasz (6/5): Avoid! - Unbelievable noise from outside beach clubs - extremelly loud music played through evening till 3 am!! Windows completellly not soundproof, we couldn’t sleep till 3 am - horrible experience. Staff at the pool and at beach lounge nit trained, poor english, rude. Would never stay there again!!
