The management also extended our stay for an extra night at the original rate. Additionally, they arranged our airport transfers at the same great price. The room lacked functional furniture, such as a side table for personal items. Additionally, there was inadequate hanging space, as a single hook behind the door is not sufficient for a guest's needs.

Odeurs de cuisine remonte dans les chambres en pleine nuit, le personnel de ménage qui laisse chaque jour les fenêtres grandes ouvertes ce qui laisse les chambres dans une température glacière à votre retour. Petit déjeuner très décevant.

Las habitaciones son mucho menos amplias de lo que pueda parecer en las fotografías. Y el personal era algo rudo, además de tener un pésimo inglés. El desayuno no tiene ni huevos fritos, ni yogurt (algo deseable en Turquía), ni tostadas.

И туалет поломан 😞 но впечатление не испортило. Отель отличный .

- Ian (8/5): Tired but a brilliant location - Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant for a short visit to Istanbul. We could easily walk to all major attractions in Sultanhmet and had a great choice of restaurants nearby. The rooms were a bit tired and in need of some maintenance.

- Sylwia (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, wiele atrakcji można zwiedzić pieszo. Pokoje ogarniane codziennie- pościel, przetarcie łazienek itp. Śniadania poprawne w formie szwedzkiego stołu- każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie (m.in. codziennie jajecznica, jajka na twardo, ogórki, pomidory, ser żółty, halloumi, mozarerra mini kulki, jakąś lokalna salsa/pieczone warzywa/sałatka, wędlina drobiowa, coś slodkiego- naleśniki, pancakes, ciasto, owoce, płatki z mlekiem). W pokojach dodatkowo zestaw do kawy i herbaty, mini lodówka, sejf, suszarka do włosów. Czystość pozostawia trochę do życzenia - jeśli ktoś nie jest przesadnie pedantyczny (jak ja), to nie będzie miał problemu. W okresie powrotu wszystkich do hotelu jest problem z ciśnieniem wody- my mieszkaliśmy na 5. piętrze i zdarzał się suchy kran. Oczywiście to było chwilowe, ale średnio komfortowe jest czekanie z pianą na włosach, aż ktoś piętro niżej skończy się myć. Brak oświetlenia wieczornego przy łóżkach.

- Michel (5/5): Excellent location, poor amenities. - Mr. Ramazan who was at the reception desk was very kind and helpful (can't say the same about the night shift). The location is very good as all major sites are within short walking distance. So if your priority is the location you are good to go. If you search for comfort, search again... We found the room much smaller than what we were left to believe on the pictures. Either that, or the angle of the shot was so well staged that you believe it's a spacious room, where in fact it's quite tiny. And we supposedly had the superior double room. There is not table to put your luggage on, or a closet. The existing closet (where the safe is), is so small you can barely fit a couple of shirts. So you leave your stuff in the luggage next to the chair and open it on your bed to pick some clothes. There is a very tiny shelf on the wall, enough to hold the strict minimum. The breakfast was OK (nothing special) and was served in the basement.
