Una (9/5): Perfect to explore London - Very central to travel around London 3 tube stations close by and bus stops. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. Bottled water left in the fridge and a lovely touch of muffins to have with a cup of tea or coffee. Loved the rain water shower. Next time we are in London we will stay here again. One small thing the hand basin in bathroom is very small.

Bright (2/5): Nowhere close to 4 Star (barely 2 star) - The actual room was good sized. The lift was broken the whole time (3 days) and they provided literally no help whatsoever, explanation or fix. We had to go up and down the stairs up to the 6th floor the entire time with multiple suitcases and whenever we needed to go out. They didn't apologise for the discomfort either or no remorse whatsoever. The attitude from the staff was basically a "Get on with it" attitude. For a so-called 4 star hotel, that was 0 star customer service. I would definitely not recommend this hotel from our stay there. It certainly is not a 4 star hotel.

U12 (2/5): Hire better staff, ensure your rooms are available as sold! - Excellent location in the heart of Hatton Garden and Farringdon. The hotel is ideally positioned with superb transport links, including easy access to Farringdon Station, making it convenient for traveling across London and to Heathrow via the Elizabeth line. The area is very walkable and surrounded by a great selection of local amenities, cafés, restaurants, and shops. It’s close enough to central attractions to explore comfortably on foot, yet tucked away enough to feel calm and secure. I am very disappointed with my stay due to several issues that were not handled appropriately. I had booked and paid for a higher‑rated room, but upon arrival I was told it was “not available,” with no clear explanation or alternative solution offered. The price difference for the room on the day was £76. Booking.com was only able to credit £14, as they were unable to get through to the hotel, and since then I have received no response from either the hotel or Booking.com regarding this matter. Communication throughout the stay was extremely poor. The reception staff member’s grasp of English made it difficult to understand policies or resolve issues, and questions were repeatedly met with “just not available.” On checkout, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional £20. The day before, I had specifically asked what time checkout was and was clearly told 11:00am. We arrived at reception at exactly 11:00am, however we were informed that guests must be out of the room before 11:00am and that the room must be checked by that time. As it was allegedly 11:03am, I was charged for an extra hour. I have video evidence of this interaction. Overall, the experience was frustrating and poorly handled, with inconsistent information, unclear policies, and a complete lack of follow‑up or customer service. This stay fell well below expectations, especially considering the room rate paid.

Bagno spazioso e comodo, doccia grande e acqua calda istantanea. Pulita. Staff non molto presente, più volte c’era esposto un cartello con scritto che sarebbero tornati. Incluso quando abbiamo fatto il check in abbiamo atteso almeno 10 minuti. La cosa più fastidiosa è stata che l’ascensore era rotto e la nostra stanza era al SETTIMO piano, cosa che ci hanno detto così con molta nonchalance all’arrivo e senza offrire aiuto per portare su i bagagli.

The shower was excellent, the toiletries were nice, the complimentary muffins and biscuits were a thoughtful touch, and daily room servicing was appreciated. However, overall this feels much more like rooms to rent than a hotel. There is no restaurant, no bar, no telephone and no breakfast service, which was disappointing for a property marketed as a "hotel." Reception was not consistently staffed, our key card repeatedly stopped working, the shower room and sink area were very very small, and TV reception was poor. We stay in hotels regularly and small rooms can still feel warm and welcoming, but the lack of core hotel facilities and service made this feel well below what we expected from a 4-star stay. If you’re looking for serviced rooms in a central location it may suit you, but if you’re expecting a true hotel experience, manage your expectations.

Saumya (7/5): A clean, convenient and good practical stay, with attentive staff, but street noise, limited facilit - What worked well I had a good stay at Hatton Garden. The room was clean, the bathroom was very clean, and the coffee making facilities in the room were useful. The staff were also attentive. I asked for an iron and it was sent to my room promptly, along with an ironing board. What could be improved The location was convenient for me, but the hotel is in the middle of the diamond district, so there was quite a bit of street noise. The showerhead also needs cleaning. In every room I have stayed in, the shower has sprayed all over the place because the holes seem to be blocked with limescale. There are also no café or breakfast facilities, and no gym.
Laura (10/5): Clean and luxurious feeling hotel within a short walking distance to tube. - This hotel was decorated and furnished lovely, it felt luxurious as soon as I walked into reception. Staff were helpful and I was allowed to store my luggage for free on checkout, to collect later in the day. Location is good; short walking distance from tube station. Room was spacious, and had full length mirrors (which I think is nearly essential in a hotel room but overlooked alot!) I was in a larger double room with a balcony. Would happily stay again and would recommend to others. I found that the mattress was extremely firm, so not the most comfortable for me.

This hotel does not deserve 4-star. There is no comfort . It has too small bathroom that you can not move inside . there is no lobby .Most of the time it is not possible to find someone at the reception . we have waited a lot . Breakfast are in basemant with no window . I never recommend anyone to stay at hotton Hotel .
Jasmina (5/5): Wir wollten eine Unterkunft in Nähe des Theaters, welches wir am Abend besucht hatten. Das haben wir gekriegt, für einen - Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich gut an U-Bahn System angeschlossen. Es hat zwei U-Bahnen Stationen in der Nähe und sogar einen Bahnhof. Vom ÖV Anschluss her also perfekt. Die Zimmer der Unterkunft waren eher etwas speziell. Wir hatten nicht wirklich ein Fenster und unser Zimmer befand sich direkt neben der Abstellkammer für die Koffer. Das war doch eher speziell und zusätzlich waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hörte in der Nacht, wenn jemand den Gang betrat und da wir das vorderste Zimmer hatten, hörten wir wirklich jeden. Ich habe von diesem Hotel mehrere Spam Nachrichten erhalten, die mir einen Link schickten und wenn ich diese scheinbar nicht anklickte, dann würde meine Buchung storniert. Das lässt auf ein undichtes Datensystem schliessen, was doch eher beunruhigend ist. Auch ist das Hotel in einem Juwelier-Viertel gelegen und es hat teilweise etwas komische Gestalten auf der Strasse. Für eine Nacht war das Zimmer okay, aber länger hätte ich nicht bleiben wollen.

TCK10 (9/5): Great rooms, great location, no facilities but excellent value for money - The location is perfect for accessing London - Farringdon is just 7min walk away. My room was newly refurbished to a good standard and was spotlessly clean, with kettle, fridge, hairdryer and safe. Value for money, I thought this was excellent for central London. The desk was too low to get my legs underneath when working at my laptop. But since this just encouraged me to work quickly and head out to a bar early, it's probably more of an advantage.

Edward (9/5): It was a great place to stay for several days while attending a conference at Excel - It was extremely well located for my needs. Close to several tube stops and there are a number of nice pubs and other places to eat nearby. Also, the shower was excellent! Although I found the bed comfortable, some people might find it a bit firm. The room was well lit, but because it was interior, the natural light was not great.
