- Widya (8/5): good for sleep - the staff hospitality, the room clean, easy access road, near supermarket, we get free water and there is free Wi-Fi. although the room space not big enough to pray for Muslim guest. The bathroom shower water flows smoothly and hot water is available. the room space.
the price quite expensive if you see the room space.
the price for single room and twin bed not too different.

- Pui (9/5): Superb -
- Victor (8/5): - Property was clean but room was a bit small. No place to open and spread luggage
- Rakesh (8/5): Great value for your money for a short stay in Singapore - Very nice hotel and great staff. They were very helpfull and kind. The rooms were a bit small but clean and everything you need was available
- Gerald (6/5): - Its noisy as the hotel cleaners are always walking down the tiny hallway and banging on the wall. You will be awaken by them at around 8am. Also, there are no hand towels and the sink is by the bed so you have to go into the washroom to take the towel to wipe your hands. you can’t even hang it by the bed ad there are no hooks to hand it to. also, the bedside has no power outlet.
- fritsc71 (10/5): Will be back - The location is very good, close to Lavender MRT station. Walking distance is only about 5 minutes. The room is also very clean although small like other hotels in Singapore. The staff is very friendly and standby 24 hours. The bathroom is relatively spacious and they provide a bidet. Across the hotel there is a large food court that is open from morning to late night. We will definitely stay here again.
- Kuwn Siv (8/5): - Short walk to Lavender MRT.
Plenty of food options nearby.
- Ahmed (10/5): - Great location
Friendly people
Clean
- Warren (8/5): - Nice
- Alwyn (7/5): Good -
- Richard (6/5): - Cheap for Singapore, but very small. Fine if you are just looking for a bed and shower.
- Jayden (6/5): - It was okay if you dont spend much time at the hotel. The rooms are very small so if you travel with luggages it might be a bit hard. Also the transport options are quite limited as well as dining options.
- Shahidah (6/5): - Nice bathroom but towel hanger not available by the shower..
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The reception staff are super friendly and helpful! They make the stay enjoyable and willingly offer help if you need any! The corridor of my 2nd floor always smell amazing with the air purifier/ aroma diffuser running silently 24/7. There’s a small smoking corner with seats which is great! The rooms are small and pared down as in the pics with a mini fridge/ in room safe, and is always cleaned well. This is one of the best mid price range hotel given its location within walking distance to Lavender MRT, and to the many eateries around. Small problem with the carpeted corridor as it makes pulling the luggages super difficult.
- Verified traveler (10/5): -
- JANE (8/5): - It’s suitable for a solo traveler or maybe a couple. The size is small but the price is quite reasonable. It’s clean and very convenient. I enjoyed the staying while I was travelling by myself. I didn’t wish to have a big and luxury room for only one person. So it was just fit for my plan.
- Bengtang (10/5): A good budget hotel near the MRT and main city areas. - Beverley Hotels Elements is a good budget hotel located conveniently near the Lavender MRT station (MRT= Singapore's subway/metro) which is on the green line that comes from the airport. It is not far from Little India, Kampong Glam, Geyalng. East Coast Beach, Marina Bay and Singapore City centre.
The staff were helpful and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours at the hotel after we arrived from the airport early in the morning, before the check in time of 2pm, and after checkout (checkout time is by 12pm) before it was time for us to go to the airport.
The twin room was clean but very small, barely big enough for 2 beds, but that is ok for just a couple of days stay. The room had an en suite shower/toilet and sink and a small fridge. The tap water is safe to drink from the tap.
The hotel was quiet when we stayed (April 7-8, 2024). Some other reviews mention noise from a demolition site beside the hotel but that site had already been demolished and no work was being done on it when we stayed there.
The hotel does not serve breakfast but there are a lot of eating places nearby such as restaurants in shopping centre (Burger King, MacDonalds, Subway and others), a food court, an Indian Muslim restaurant, a coffee shop with a vegetarian stall amongst other things. A lot of god and cheap food around. There is a supermarket across the road from the hotel that opens from 7am to 11pm. There are medical clinics and dentists nearby if you need them.
- I9707NVandrewt (2/5): Zero customer service so try somewhere else - Was excited to finally be in Singapore for a week. Arrived at the hotel and oddly they have you sign a separate form stating any stains or marks on towels and linens you will be charged for. Opened the door to the room and yes it’s kinda shocking how small and cramped it is. The toilets in the shower which I might add the shower wall is etched glass so if somebody else is using the toilet you the person in the room can see. Also if they use the fan and light that lights up the entire room. Next to the bed is the sink, an I’m talking less then an arms length. So within an arms length you can poop, shower, and shave and lay down because that’s all the room you have. You can hear people peeing in the toilet from any adjacent room or showering or coughing for that matter. Back to the sheets, obviously I always check to make sure they are clean regardless but these had fluid stains and pretty much every linen in the place did. I took photos and brought it to the desk because I didn’t want to be charged. Apparently stains are just a common thing. Night came and arrived back in the room and turned off the lights to find it pretty much seemed like daylight still. Right outside the window is a light pole with a gazillion watt light shining in. I took a pic inside the room and outside of the street light. I brought that to the front desk and with a happy reply he said “that’s a street light issue, not a hotel issue so nothing we can do about it.” I asked if we could just get a refund and we would gladly leave but he said “when you signed into day you committed to the full stay.” His idgas attitude spoke volumes. We already spent our maximum budget for a hotel so we packed up and headed to the airport. I was not about to spend a week in a place you can sleep with workers who have zero care for customer care. Bottom line, take your business elsewhere and you will probably be happier. I’m a disabled combat veteran and don’t have a lot of extra money laying around so I just wanted to enjoy myself which this place tried hard to ruin. We did file a complaint with the Singapore hotel association and credit card company.
- Kanokwan (9/5): Superb -
- Salleh (10/5): - Awesome... housekeeping very good..room very comfortable and it good to staycation..give 5 thumb up..👍👍👍👍👍
- Deborah (8/5): - Great value hotel. Location very convenient to Lavender MRT and lots of restaurants. Clean. Room was VERY small. BUT the bed was comfy. Small mini refrigerator in room. On each floor there was a water dispenser for hot and cold and supplies were in room for coffee/tea.
- Juanking (4/5): Was OK at best - I knew the rooms were tiny but as it should have only been for sleeping in, didn't matter.
However, what did matter was that they were pulling (Literally) the building attached to the hotel down, which was terrifying to experience as it felt like the hotel could collapse at any time. Sadly, NOT an exaggeration.
Zero soundproofing between rooms but beds were certainly comfortable enough and bathroom had everything you could need. Mall and transport very nearby.
Ok for the price.
- Gardel30 (6/5): Only if you are limited in $$ - Very small room with a serious lack of amenities like power outlet in the bathroom, in-room kettle, breakfast, or reasonable shower. Don't expect 4 star standard. Near to the Lavender MRT with no much attractions in a walking distance. But affordable price, Fair Price superstore, and nearby cafes and fast food restaurants can forgive everything.
- Rossano (6/5): - Tiniest hotel rooms ever! There is barely room to walk around.
However, the friendly check-in staff made up for it.
- Robert (6/5): - Room very small and there was construction noise during daytime. No face towels
- Verified traveler (10/5): Quiet and comfortable - The room was compact but really quiet and comfortable. I had a great sleep. My only issue was that there is no kettle in the room so you have to get hot water from the machine on the floor.
- Escape24290167666 (10/5): Love the hotel, Would definitely come back and recommend to my friends, family and even my collegues. Kudos to the team. - Cosy and super clean rooms.
Staffs were welcoming as well.
Love the hotel, definitely will be cmg back.
Would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
Also, the location is very conevenient, there were alot of nearby convenience stores and eateries.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - 2
- MuzzledDE (8/5): Great location and comfortable room, albeit quite small - Unbeatable location. Super quiet, good wifi, comfortable bed, free water dispenser. Very clean and modern.
Small place, to be contrasted to the V hotel monstrosity a block over that has a thousand+rooms, many occupied by 4 or 5 people. Like Las vegas without the casino.
Beverly is small and intimate. Many complaints about how small the rooms are. We have a Deluxe Room, about $11 more, with a storage rack and we have two large suitcases but not a problem fitting them if standing up. If you ned room to spread out stay elsewhere.
I have two gripes:
A) the ref is TINY and has no freezer (we like to make ice every day) , negative 1 star right there. Upgrade the fridges!
B) The window shades are teh pull down types but there is a gap between the two so it gets bright very early. Should eb replaced witha single shade that is doublewide to keep room dark.
Also, the rooftop terrace is closed and when I inquired I was told some safety issue and they'll open it when its resolved. They also demand a 50SING deposit which they hold 3 to 4 weks after checkout before refunding to your card.
There is no restaurant either.
- Domenic (8/5): - Everything went smooth and without problems. However, I have to say that the room was very small. Barely could move outside the bed (i m 187cm and 120 kg).
And the price is very high for that. But thats probably Singapore.
- Maureen (10/5): - Similar to other reviewers' feedbacks, the front desk staffs are very friendly! The location of the hotel was great; having a grocery store and MRT nearby along with food choices. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
- Andrew (10/5): - We had a good stay here, would recommend.
- Michael (10/5): Excelent People! - Everything was ok! The staff was great and kind!
- Rodolfo (4/5): - too small, no guest facilities, won't even fit a chair inside the room. expensive for its price
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice boutique hotel. Amazing staff - Small clean bedrooms, very close to subway and facing convenience store, small hawker market. Staff is very friendly. It makes all the difference.
- Tram (10/5): - I booked 1 night mini staycation for a little relax and recharge and the hotel hits all the marks. It's a no frills hotel (good price, too) with all the most needed amenities. The hotel itself is very new and clean and smells good. The bed is very comfortable (it's been a while since I've got a real double bed in a hotel rather than those 2 twins pushed together). The room is small but smart designed so I didn't feel closed in, especially with the floor to ceiling window looking down the quiwt street. There are a lot of food options around. Located steps away from MRT and bus stop is another plus. Oh, and don't forget the front desk people, Clarice and Jes were friendly and you feel warm welcomed. Definitely worth returning for my next staycation.
Small suggestion for management: the room really doesn't have enough space for a full working chair but a folded chair in each room will be useful for those who need it.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Weekday Getaway - The room is a little small but the bathroom is great. As the hotel only opened in the last 3 months, everything looks new and smells fresh which is where the value for $ is. Hope they can continue to maintain the property in the years to come.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent stay - The staff was so helpful! It’s not super central but there were lots of delicious cafes and restaurants nearby. Very clean and easy to get a taxi.
- Simon Marten (8/5): - Friendly staff and perfectly situated by the mtr, many shopping at walking distance, affordable restaurants near by.
- Kelvin (3/5): need to bring your own towel. - riding service need to improve cleaning service is very lousy
- Ulises Ramon (10/5): Excelent SG option - Cuarto pequeño pero comfortable, showr bien ubicado frente a Fairprice, accesible por MRT Lavender
- waseefakhtar (10/5): Perfect for a 4-star hotel - The newly opened hotel has everything one would want in a hotel — from super tidy rooms to metro stations, grocery stores and food spots that are quite near & open past midnight.
You can find FairPrice right opposite to the hotel and Seven-11 (opened 24/7) right opposite to FairPrice. You can also find plenty of food spots just a few blocks away, including McDonald’s, Burger King, and Subway, which are all halal friendly.
The major tourist spots are not too far from the hotel and it is easy to get around. Lavendar MRT Station is at 3 mins walk. Bendemeer MRT Station is at 6 mins walk.
The hotel is super tidy and always smells nice. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Special shoutout to Clarice for always being there and helping me with the know-how of the city!
Although you may find the rooms quite small with no good views out the window, they are all pretty well maintained as well.
Regarding the noticeable improvements that the hotel has room for:
The rooms are a bit pricey and pretty small. There are no side tables, no desks or chairs. So you only get to eat food and work from the beds provided.
The TVs only have a few channels, but having support for YouTube had me covered with entertainment for the most part.
The views right outside the windows are not very attractive but I liked that the large windows let the sunlight in.
Overall, my stay at Beverly Hotel Elements has been amazing and I’d definitely stay there again with no second thought.
P.S. If anyone can help and tell me the name of the scent they use in their corridors and reception, I’d be very thankful. :)
- Robert (6/5): OK for tourists wanting central location - Friendly staff Tiny rooms.
- Yo-ichiro (4/5): - Small rooms with no amenities.
- Ho Yin (10/5): - nice and clean
- Julia (10/5): Perfect stay - Check in was a breeze. Super friendly and perky despite the early morning time.
Room is compact but w a big window and complete amenities.
