• Ruben (9/5): Ideal para familias - El alojamiento es ideal para una familia ya que dispone de 3 habitaciones amplias y jardín, está muy comunicado con bus y metro, barrio residencial muy tranquilo y seguro. Habría que renovar el menaje, sobre todo sartenes y ollas para cocinar, el horno no funcionaba.
• Beth (2/5): 1 star - do not stay - Nice area , big rooms, beds comfy Covered in cobwebs on arrival, didn’t feel clean, toilet seat broken, dishwasher broken and oven broken ,absolutely shocking response, sent a maintenance guy out day 2 into 14 day stay and yet no attempt to fix any of the issues . Arriving from Austrailia to a house with nothing working and dirty - not ok .
• Clair (7/5): The location is a great base for a group of people and is roomy. However the property needs a deep clean which may put s - Location was great for transport. Also peaceful locations Rooms were spacious. Key facilities were all there Host communication was plentiful and clear. Bathroom has walk in shower and a bath. Kitchen needs a deep clean, and oven didn’t work. Front bedroom let a lot of sound in at night (albeit only at pub closing times) No curtains in living room.

• Meghan (8/5): Spacious 3 bed flat w/ huge garden provided us a great place to unwind after daily touring w/kids! - The street is very residential yet only 10 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle around West Hampstead station or Finchley Road station. Also, the garden of the property is huge and very good when you are travelling with kids. The listing said that toiletries would be provided (shampoo, body soap, hand wash for bathroom) but they weren't. Not a big deal but would be good to know in advance so we can be prepared.

• Ian (1/5): Bad - Nothing. Very dirty, power cuts, cracked crockery no wine glasses, no teatowel, no access when we arrived, no wifi code, lack of kitchen equipment boiler cut out. General area great, garden nice. See above.
• Tim (8/5): blissful place to come “home” after a day in London and a comfortable place to start your day. - The garden apartment was a lovely place for our family of 4, there was plenty of space and the apartment bordered a beautiful accessible garden. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet with lots of green areas (and a fox spotted!) and with public transportation nearby you could go easily in any direction. For some reason, the rental company does not want to provide kitchen towels, so don't forget to bring them. In terms of cleanliness standards it was sufficient for us, but someone with strict standards may find it insufficient, especially in the kitchen there were a few work points.
• Zsófia (7/5): Apartment in a lovely neighbourhood with a big garden - The apartment was in a very nice neighbourhood, the communication with the owner was very good, always responded quickly and we could leave oir luggage in the apartment for a few more hours after check out which was very comfortable. The apartment was nice and spacious with a lovely garden. The apartment wasn’t clean enough and the matresses weren’t very comfortable. If you have allergies or asthma I don’t recommend this place.
• Debbie (8/5): Lovely weekend making memories 😊 - Perfect location. Main areas very clean. Comfortable beds and bedding. Helpful contact Just a couple of small things. The blind didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and there were no curtains in the living room (as there’s a sofa bed it may be worth thinking about?). Dry towels and bedding in washing machine, presumably from the previous guest and no tea towels that we could find.
• Kay (9/5): Enjoyed being in a nice , quiet neighborhood away from hustle and bustle of central London where we could rest up for mo - Spacious with lots of room for the four of us. Bright and comfortable. Heated floor in bathroom was lovely. Love the heated towel bars. Courtyard was beautiful and enjoyed watching and hearing the foxes do their antics. Reasonable distance from Underground but allowed us to stay in a quiet neighborhood. The following is picky and did not take away from our visit but needs looking into. Took a while to heat the place up but then was great. No lighting by the steps going to the entrance and no light over the entrance. Safety issue - someone is going to fall eventually. Trash can in bathroom needs replacing - rusty, gross to empty (needs a trash bag). Kitchen storage racks (under microwave)need cleaning (greasy, dust encrusted with old food pieces in with the utensils). Towels for the kitchen. Toilet runs constantly - probably 150 gallons of water wasted /day - needs a new flapper.
• James (2/5): Avoid - not as advertised. - Location Dangerous access in the dark - no outside lighting. The owner does not advertise the 14 day delay for return of the deposit until after booking. There is no justified reason for such a delay.

• Nigelm (8/5): Up market, leafy suburb, lovely flat, secluded garden, easy commute to central London. - A leafy quiet suburb, lovely houses, quiet street, easy walk or Uber to a number of underground stations. 10 mins Uber from Paddington. Lovely secluded garden. Good communication with hosts before arrival. Couldn’t find a tea towel. Only one Bath/shower/toilet room.

• Diane (8/5): A great apartment for a girlie weekend in London - Very spacious, good location, clean bedding and towels provided. I think the property could do with a deep clean although this didn’t affect our stay. ideally needs blinds in living area. I recommend you take an eye mask if sleeping in this area.
• Katlyn (8/5): Save for the concern on damaged property, we enjoyed our stay. Great value for money! - The host provided us with instructions few days before our arrival in the property. They are very helpful in locating the property and in collecting the property keys. A day after we arrived, the host also checked on us and reminded us with the house rules. The property was clean when we arrived. We appreciate that the property has all the things we needed. The location is really good as it is few minutes away from the bus stop and train station. It is also near the market area and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious. They also have a sofa bed in the living room. There is also internet in the property and it's working well. Overall, the property met our expectations and needs. The inspection of the property was done after we left. There is no way to contest the matters raised. Also, some of their facilities were old. We just feel that one can get unlucky and be required to pay for a damaged item when the same has greatly depreciated over time. Sadly for us, after replying to their queries, we did not anymore receive any feedback. Despite sending follow up emails, I have not received any reply. I am yet to receive our deposit and I have not heard from them. Still in quandary if we will still be refunded.

• Christine (8/5): Very good - Very spacious for our group of 8. Convenient location and amenities nearby One bathroom was a bit less convenient for a big group but we managed, however there was issues with the shower area flooding into the bathroom afternoon very long in the shower!
• Becky (10/5): A great escape away - The amount of space we had was amazing, a really relaxing space, on a quiet road with no outside noise. a great place for a group of friends or a family to stay all together. The lounge didn’t have blinds so when people stayed on the sofa bed, they were blinded by the morning light rather early.
