Perrine (9/5): - Hôtel super bien situé dans le District 1 (très pratique si vous faites des excursions oú le lieu de prise en charge est la plupart du temps dans le district 1), avec une chambre moderne qui dispose d’une kitchenette (parfait pour le café le matin!) et d’une grande salle de bain. Facile d’accès, il faut passer via une boutique de glace (qui sont délicieuses !). L’endroit idéal pour visiter la ville !

Brian (7/5): It was okay - Nice hotel. Nothing special. You do have to go through an ice cream shop every time so it was always tempting to get some. Room was comfortable it has a kitchen to use with basic amenities. The host is not always around so send a message on what’s app if you need anything. Relatively close to attractions about 10-20 min walk depending on what you want to see.

Parijat (1/5): Worst experience in Vietnam - No lift up to 1 st floor, . It’s difficult to take our bags . Not advisable for elderly people. It says that apartment is with balcony. Balcony is converted in kitchen . There is one small window in balcony , rest of windows in balcony are fixed window. One side of balcony is induction and other side is sink. Small balcony where two people can’t walk together. Lot of ants in room and room is too small. Balcony is converted in kitchen. This accommodation is inside bylane. Taxi does not go there. We had to walk with our bags .AC does not cool at all. It takes lot of time to cool the room. Nit worth the money. Not fit to stay . Owner takes additional 4% if we pay by card . Overall not suitable place to stay. Suffocating place . It’s hogwash . Don’t book if you are looking for place with kitchen and balcony.

Roger (3/5): I would go back there, but only if I was sure I'd get what I ordered, and I'd pack light. - Okay room. Great location. Absolutely no on-site support, although the manager is a whiz at communicating via WhatsApp. In my six days there, I saw one member of management, the husband, who came to repair my toilet, and collect the money. Payment is local cash only, so be prepared. They prominently mention their lift in advertising, but fail to say there is no lift service from ground to 1st floor, nor from the 5th to 6th floors. They also don't mention you may have to push your way through the customers in the tiny ice cream parlor which serves as the only entrance. When my flight arrived late, they messaged me that the room I booked was mistakenly given to someone else, and offered me a non-balcony room on the sixth floor. In exchange, they refunded me less than five dollars for the two nights until I could get the room I wanted. As an elderly visitor with repiratory problems, I couldn't possibly lift 30 kilos up two flights of winding stairs, so I had to pay the limo driver five bucks to lift my luggage for me. There went the refund. After I finally got to move into the balcony room, I asked for a second coffee cup, as there was only one. After three days it never came. The day before I left someone did show up to clean and change linens. The rooms were much the same as pictured, and not unpleasantly decorated. 6th floor was somewhat dim, and felt underwatery. The balcony room was nice and airy with good light and ventilation. The neighborhood is very quiet, so leaving the window open at night was possible. There's nothing wrong with the aircon, which was quite new, but I prefer natural ventilation. Sixth floor wifi was really spotty - sometimes good, sometimes non-existent, but after I moved to the 3d floor there were no problems. The bed in the 6th floor room needed a mattress replacement, as it was very soft, and the mattress on 3 was perhaps a bit firm for most people. It wasn't a western style mattress, but more like a futon.

Riccardo (9/5): Nice and cozy - The room was not available and the owner asked us to change the location and gave us another beautiful room. Also available here on Booking. The apartment was absolutely awesome and located in the Japanese area. Lovely. The owner is super nice and helpful. It was only a bit strange to shower in the bathtub and the water went out.. but not such a big problem.
Anami (10/5): - I feel I received the best service and the best room possible at We Home. I did see a few other rooms in the building in passing and they weren't as nice as the one I got, so it really depends on which one you get. Having a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix was very luxurious and it really helped me relax as I'm a solo traveler. The building is located down an alley that really helps block out the traffic noise. I was there for two weeks and the first week was surprisingly, incredibly quiet but for whatever reason the last week I was there the building next door started playing very loud disco music on the other side of my wall in the evening. I didn't mind as I'm not a grumpy old guy and some of the music was fun to hear. The music did get quieter by around 10:30 pm. All in all, I would definitely go back if I could get the same room again.

Klang (9/5): Perfect stay, great location, great host with great value of money. - Host is super nice and quickly response/assist. Location is great, short walk to Phạm Ngũ Lão street, also ~500m to Bến Thành market. There are many nice restaurants and street foods around. There is kitchenette in room, very useful when we bring back some foods. Bed is also comfy. Room is fairly clean, but could be better. Water pressure is a little bit low (we stay at top floor).

Size of room...kitchenette .the room was quite spacious with ample seating...sofas and desk n chairs..bathroom was spacious enough as well. .kitchen was small and cute with plenty of utensils to cook and cutlery crockery for 4 people...however I never cooked..but used the kettle to heat water ...there was induction stove oil salt sugar as well..the host was super nice ...instantly replied to all my messages..location is just in the centre of everything yet in a quiet alley for a super sound sleep..there is small icecream shop on grpund floor.Just 2 minutes walk and u r in the middle of all the action...we also hired a scooter from a rental.shop just next to the apartment.. Overall loved the stay. The free 20 litre water bottle was a sweet addition Nothing to dislike
Ha (9/5): Happy with our stay - Room looks like on the pictures. Location is great. 10-20min walking distance to main attractions (Ben Thanh market, Nguyen Hue st, Independence Palace, etc). You can rent a bike to travel around the city easily. Bike rental service is right at the neighbourhood. Safe and quiet area. Drinking water is available. The host is very responsive and welcoming. We are happy with our stay. Nothing.

Valentina (7/5): Very confortable stay - The apartment is great: clean, confortable, with air conditioning and an equipped kitchen. It is centrally located but on a quiet street. No problem getting the keys and they kept our bags before the check-in time. The host was available and responded quickly. Frequent housekeeping. The apartment we booked was not available and we were downgraded to a simpler one. This was not a big issue as we were told in advance and the apartment was still good. However, the host refused to adjust the price and we still payed for the more expensive apartment. We did not argue about it but I personally dislike this kind of dishonest behavior. My advice would be for you to book this place for all its advantages but only book the cheapest apartment, which is nice enough. It's not worth to pay for a better one as you might not get it but still be asked to pay for it.
Malcolm (10/5): Central yet quiet - 2 min walk from central district 1, yet tucked away in quite alley, above an ice cream shop. Everything in room worked good, no complaints. Staff was very helpful assisting us on multiple occasions with personal tasks. For the price I say very good value Nothing, all was good.

The room was just perfect: clean, comfortable, decorated with taste, etc. The location is amazing too because you’re really in the center of everything yet the building is located in a very quiet alley so we had some of the best night sleep we had in a while. The staff was lovely and very accommodating (let us store our luggage for a few days). Nothing!
