• Fergus (8/5): A lovely place, which I would give higher scores to if it hadn’t been for the ventilator incident - Great location in old town on European side. I had a small single room. On my second day, at 15:00 a ventilator which had a duct running through my room started working and stayed on right through the third night. I had to use noise cancellation Air-pods to get sleep that night, and their batteries ran down at 6am. No-one came to turn off the ventilator until next morning. This was NOT an acceptable reaction to a situation which should have been remedied much sooner.

• James (3/5): Disappointing End to a Great Beginning - It's with a heavy heart that I have to leave a mostly negative review for this hotel. The hotel is in a nice and quiet location with a good range of restaurants and cafes nearby. The ambience and decor when you first walk through the door is lovely and the room is good value for money. BUT (and this is a big BUT which explains the overall score) on the third day during housekeeping money was stolen from my room. 4000 Thai Baht to be precise (or 5500 Turkish Lira). I had 4 pouches of money in the room and two of them had clearly been rifled through while I was away from the room. Housekeeping took place whilst I was out for the day. One pouch contained small amounts of various currencies. When I arrived on Tuesday evening (7/4/26) I added some Uzbek Som to the pouch after transiting through Uzbekistan. At this point I made sure each currency was separated and in denominational order. When I returned to the room on the Friday (10/4/26) the currencies were no longer in the same order. This was my first alarm that something might be amiss. I proceeded to look through the remaining three pouches to see if anything was missing. My US Dollars were fine. My Turkish Lira were fine. But one 1000 of my Thai Baht was turned the opposite way to the rest of the notes. Not how I left the notes. I proceed to count them and found that 4000 Baht was missing. I came with 26,000 Baht and now only 22,000 Baht was remaining in the pouch. Before informing management I triple checked every pouch to check I was correct and racked my brains for any other person that could have had the opportunity to remove a certain amount and put some back in the pouch. Unfortunately for Ciragan Omnia Hotel, the only person that had the time to look through my money and place it back in the pouch would have been the housekeeper during the cleaning process. To be fair to the management they did sit down with me to talk everything through on the Sunday (12/4/26). But they believe the housekeeper is innocent, stating that he's never done anything like this before. Stealing a whole pouch of money would have been obviously noticeable but taking only part of the money may have been missed by me at the time.

Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und perfekt zum Entspannen. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

There are many merchants (the bakery next to the hotel even sells gluten-free bread and cafes and restaurants that offer a breakfast). The public transport is easily accessible from the hotel. the room was tidy and clean. The staff were present and nice. We have only notice one thing to improvement : add a barrier to the shower cubicle to prevent water from escaping.

The blankets were comfortable, the climate control was good, it was quiet. The neighborhood was very nice. Lots of good cafes and places to eat, and enjoyable to walk around in. Cute cat in the windowsill The pillows were uncomfortable and it would have been nice to have something to clean up the water from the bathroom floor after showering. Otherwise everything was fantastic. We were really lucky to find this place!

Были определенные проблемы, но их влияние на оценку несущественно. - Общее впечатление положительное: персонал приятный, мебель и электроприборы в комнате качественные, постель и полотенца регулярно заменялись на чистые. Сама комната вполне уютная, было ощущение дома, приятно было возвращаться. Так же в ванной комнате были бесплатные гель и шампунь в небольших ёмкостях одноразовых, чем приятно удивили. Отель находится в уютном переулке, где днем немало заведений, которые вы можете посетить, а ночью довольно тихо. В нескольких минутах ходьбы супермаркет и 2 магазина поменьше. В 5 минутах ходьбы - вид на Босфор. Дверь оснащена кодовым замком, в холе приятно пахнет, там же находятся бесплатные зонтики на случай, если своих нет. Выглядит отель вполне аутентично. К счастью нам разрешили остаться в холе, ожидая наше такси, т.к. выезд в 11 утра, а вылет из Стамбула был в 10 вечера. Касаемо минусов - их немало, но большая их часть некритична. Например, клининговые услуги предоставлялись каждые 3 дня, но не скажу, что уборка всегда производилась на высшем уровне (всегда можно было найти претензии). Временами пол не был пропылесосен везде, потому там оставались некие остатки еды, крошки или еще что-то, а инструментов для самостоятельной уборки не было в комнате, потому приходилось вручную это все собирать. В нашем номере было 2 мусорных ведра: одно снаружи, другое спрятано в шкафу, так вот мусорка, спрятанная в шкафу не раз была проигнорирована, что приносило некий дискомфорт. Посуда, а именно: 2 ложки, 2 вилки, 2 ножа, 2 кружки и тарелка каждый раз были вымыты в абсолютно случайном порядке, но всегда не все сразу. В ванной отсутствует шторка, либо дверце, из-за чего вся ванная комната оставалась мокрой и довольно долго высыхала. Расположение душевой кабинки неудачное - оно находится ближе к выходу, из-за чего, чтобы попасть в туалет, необходимо пройти через человека, который купается, попутно разбрызгивая воду еще и в комнате. Так же было бы хорошо провести косметический ремонт в душевой: швы, пороги, потолок. Пол без обогрева, потому использование полотенца для ног было обязательным условием, но к сожалению его меняли не так часто, а однажды после уборки мы обнаружили, что его вовсе нет, его забрали и не принесли новое. Гель для умывания рук закончился, но для того, чтобы получить его, мне необходимо было дважды попросить о нем, сфотографировав баночку с гелем для пущей ясности. Из-за общей вентиляции с соседней комнатой, часто были слышны голоса и не только. Так же о чем я не могу не сказать - удлинтель в нашей комнате перестал работать, подавая признаки наближающего короткого замыкания, потому, к сожалению, нам пришлось целую неделю сидеть без возможности зарядить телефоны у кровати. Несмотря на то, что на неисправность удлинителя я указал в сообщении, меня проигнорировали и до конца нашей поездки проблема не была решена.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the quality of the materials was immediately noticeable. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, making you truly feel valued as a guest. Every request was handled quickly and with a solution-oriented approach. I will definitely choose this hotel again and can confidently recommend it to everyone. It is rare to find a hotel that delivers service at this level. Congratulations.

• Shahrzad (7/5): Harikasiniz 🤩 - Fabulous location; 2 mins walk to Bosphorus and the bridge. I actually was waken up every day with the beautiful sound of the seagulls 😍 Next to a bakery with the smell of bread which I like a lot ♥️ and a lot of cafés and restaurants nearby to experience local food and drinks. Plus more luxury ones nearby. Bayram bey didn’t know English still he tried so much to be helpful in any way possible. He was a kind and great guy. The music in the lobby was peaceful and lovely 🕊️✨🎗️ I’ll definitely come back. I asked the manager for an extension of my stay and he announced that I can stay 2 more days and I agreed, but the next day, only one day before my first booking dates ends he msged me and said that it was booked! I was forced to pay more than double to another property since it was a late call and was too close to the New Year!

Communication by WhatsApp was great, even late at night they responded promptly (I had forgotten to as the internet password). Really nothing to note on the negatives. Maybe just that stairs to the floors up are steep and tiny, hard for slightly older people and/or carrying luggage up.

• Iman (10/5): - The whole area around the hotel is full of restaurants, hair dressers, supermarkets and lots of bakeries , very close to the sea side , bus stops and ferry ride, Hotel is clean . Manager Bilhan is always responsive and eager to make your stay comfortable and easy. Byram the housekeeper, is very kind and tries his best to make the place nice and clean. Since the street is full of restaurants it gets very busy and noisy throughout the day and especially at night , I always had to run the Ac fan to make a white noise so I can sleep . The bathroom for room 31 was very challenging as it's very small specially the shower area so I end up taking the room in the basement that has a shared bathroom but honestly it was way better than the one I booked for . It was upon my request anyway since I stayed in it 2 years ago . the bathroom and the room were more bigger. The entrance door is very narrow and hard to get through .

• XUANRUI (5/5): - The room is located underground and has only two very small windows close to the ground. At night, the sound of motorcycles often comes from the windows. Although the room has air conditioning, the noise is so loud when the cooling is turned on that it is unacceptable.

A lovely quiet street and only a 5 min walk to the ferry terminal. Will definitely come again and already have been before.
• Pinar (6/5): Great location, modest stay. - Despite its very central location, the hotel is on a calm street, and our room faced the inner space of the building, which was even calmer. Once we turned off the music that was 24 hours on in the lobby, we enjoyed the silence a lot. The communication with the staff was smooth, and our every question was answered quickly. Check-in was also very smooth. The room we stayed had a small bathroom, and a very small shower. When we turned the AC on, the room had a bit of a gasoline smell.

• Dilara (4/5): Not good for money and comfort - Location is very nice- very close to ferry boat dock. In touristic are, very close to famous Bosporus bridge. That was the main reason why I selected this hotel. Bed was comfortable. Water was running good. 1. Awful air ventilation- heavy cigarette smoke in lobby and stairs. Not possible to open door and window to get fresh air. Air conditioning wasn’t cleaning the air enough. 2. Fair wasn’t as stated in booking.com. It was supposed to cover breakfast, but they never offered breakfast. When asked for a breakfast they said we don’t have ingredients. 3. Bathroom was extremely small. It was very difficult to use it. 4. Have to be extra cautious while using stairs, especially when carrying suitcases, because it is very narrow. 5. WiFi wasn’t good and it was cut down last day prior to check out. Had to leave early without being able to do check in for flight. 6. TV cable was not connected properly. Could not use tv for 2 nights.

• Joseph (10/5): Comfy, quiet, private room with balcony in nice neighborhood. - Having the whole top floor including “living room” and a balcony was so amazing. The bed was comfy, the AC was cold, the space was quiet… it was a great place to come back to after a long day out. Being able to get in with just a PIN was also a great touch. The hosts were friendly and responded very quickly to requests. We loved it here! The neighborhood also has some great little cafes and bakeries to check out. Honestly can’t think of anything negative to say.

• Gabriella (9/5): Lovely place to stay in a nice not so touristy neighborhood with all the amenities close by. - Its a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. Ortaköy neighborhood is nice. Our little street had no traffic and there are nice coffee shop, and breakfast place (Per Noir) next door, shops, pharmacy are around the corner too. Also close to Ortaköy ferry station and bus stops. You can be in the hustle of bustle of Taksim Square or Galata neighborhood in 20 mins. This neighborhood is more residential and almost no tourists so that is a plus too. Our room was very small, so if you need space than this place is not for you. Also the bathroom was extremely small too, so if you are 6ft maybe it will be a little uncomfortable.

• Yurahle (9/5): Nice, clean and affordable stay in Ortakoy - The location was in a very interesting neighborhood, close to Ortakoy ferry station. It was a bit far from the tourist stuff and had a real local feel. The building was very cute and clean. Room was spacious and had a window. Communication with the owner was good even though I never saw him. The door lock worked with a code so self check in was not a problem. The bus situation in this area was not great because they were often late due to traffic and extremely crowded. And even though it was an interesting experience, I would say this is more like a nice Airbnb house and not a full service hotel. I like the owner and the hotel, but I would like to share more information so other people can be satisfied when they choose to stay here. Of course it is not the hotel's fault, but the noise and smoke coming from next building and the street was terrible on some days. One day, there were 2 boys throwing a soccer ball and screaming right outside for almost 4 hours from afternoon to evening. Eventually someone took the ball away, then they started to throw rocks at the building. When I stayed, the next building was having construction and they were drilling into the walls. This hotel building is so tiny that the next building is badically sharing the wall with my room. And you can hear everything, like someone taking a shower or talking or opening the front door. It was fine to just sleep there at night with noise canceling earphones, but I didn't feel relaxed during the day. So, a great affordable stay in a local neighborhood, but maybe think about it if you're sensitive to noise or cigarette smoke.

• Art (10/5): Best hotel ever! - We stayed at Ciragans Omnia Hotel for 10 days. The location is excellent, it's 2 min walk from Ortakoy Mosque but quiet area at night, so you can get good sleep. It has everything you need close by, restaurants, shops, money exchange. Cafe in building across the street has amazing breakfasts to offer. We traveled the world and stayed in a lot of hotels before and this hotel by far the best ever. It does have home feeling to it, every detail is amazing and thought through. We had balcony with chairs and table, whole living room area which was amazing to have in the hotel. Very cozy and nice place, would definitely stay there again. There is no such a thing

The rooms are clean, though slightly small, and the ground floor felt a bit uncomfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to all attractions thanks to the efficient transportation system. I would recommend the hotel management consider adding a breakfast service. Additionally, providing basic amenities like an iron would elevate the experience and make it an even better place to stay.

• Jennifer (10/5): Excellent location, excellent staff - The location was perfect--right on a pedestrian street with friendly shops and lots of cats. It was near bus stops and the ferry line--and just a 3 minute walk to the water. The hotel was small and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Also, the manger helped us so much with finding a driver for a day, recommending clothes cleaners, and many other things. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Honestly, it was a great place to stay. I would stay there again without question. It is small--the room is small. But we weren't there to hang out in a hotel. Also, and this didn't bother us, but just know there are no elevators.

• Cüneyt (10/5): Charming and Convenient Stay in Ortaköy - The hotel, located in the heart of Istanbul's charming Ortaköy area, is very nice and exceptionally clean. It's just a 3-minute walk from the seaside. We stayed in a room with a balcony, which was also clean and equipped with air-conditioning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Additionally, the street where the hotel is situated has numerous restaurants, cafes, and even a 24-hour bakery.
