• Covello (9/5): Salverò il vostro numero in rubrica per altri soggiorni - Stanza accogliente e ben pulita, letto comodissimo e bagno molto organizzato di tutto. E' stata una piacevole sorpresa. La posizione è favorevole per raggiungere a piedi in pochissimo tempo il lungomare e inoltre nelle vicinanze c'è la disponibilità di parcheggio custodito per chi vuole lasciare la macchina e spostarsi a piedi o con i mezzi, la fermata dell'autobus è a soli pochi metri. L'odore sgradevole che a volte arrivava dallo scarico del bagno

• Amelia (9/5): Nel cuore di Mergellina a due passi dal mare - Arredo essenziale ed elegante. Ottima pulizia, qualità della biancheria, luci, temperatura della camera, silenziosità degli infissi, porte sicure. I guanciali potrebbero essere di qualità superiore. Troppi codici diversi per entrare in camera - e quando si viaggia con bambini e valigie è un po’ scomodo avere il telefono in mano. Mancanza di tisane e macchinetta caffè. I prodotti da bagno da migliorare. Scrivo questo considerando il prezzo a notte della struttura ci si aspetta qualcosa di alto livello. Il cancello d’ingresso potrebbe essere migliorato - ma dipende dal condominio.

• Giulio (7/5): - Lo stile moderno. La stazione metropolitana e ferroviaria di Mergellina nelle vicinanze. Nonostante i vetri opachi della toilette situata accanto il letto, lasciano intravedere tutto quello che riguarda la toilette personale di chi la utilizza.
• pascale (9/5): - logement design dans un vieux batiment vénitien- accès codés à tous les stades sécurisant - grande sdb moderne - grand lit très confortable - tout le confort possible - frigo et bouilloire top- TV Netflix - immeuble calme - l'ascenseur vintage pourrait être révisé, j'ai préféré monter au 1er étage à pied - les couloirs ne sont pas bien éclairés. Il y a eu un problème d'électricité dans l'immeuble et j'ai contacté les opérateurs-propriétaire qui m'ont aidé à ouvrir la porte d'entrée sécurisée avec code. Je séjournais seule, je me suis toujours sentie en sécurité dans l'immeuble et le quartier Circolo. Accès aux bus/taxis/commerces/bars/plage à qq minutes. Le quartier Fuirigrotta-mergellina est animé par la circulation, la nuit j'entendais des bruits de moto, d'ambulances-police sur le rond point... avec les boules quies c'était supportable. Heureusement qu'il y a du triple vitrage. Pas de petit déj tout près, j'ai trouvé rue Grasmci de parfait petit-déj, marché et restaurants au calme et typique.
• alessandro (6/5): Napoli sa accogliere, le stanze del Barone….un po meno - La posizione e la pulizia Purtroppo nonostante abbia avvisato che nn avremmo potuto fare 3 notti ma solo 2 (anche se poi in realtà ne abbiamo trascorsa solo una, per cancellazione del volo) la struttura nn ha rimborsato nulla o uno sconto, almeno. Cosa davvero deludente, visto che è la prima volta che mi capita.

• Fanny (9/5): Tolle Nacht in Neapel in sehr schöner Lage - Check in hat sehr gut funktioniert, die Lage ist gut, man ist sehr nah zum Strand, die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt & das Bett ist sehr bequem Etwas wenig Privatsphäre, da das Badezimmer direkt neben dem Bett ist und es nur eine Glastür gibt

• Alessandro (9/5): Un soggiorno perfetto a Mergellina: comfort, tecnologia e posizione top! - "Le Stanze del Barone" è stata una bellissima scoperta! La posizione è ideale: a due passi dal mare e circondata da localini fronte spiaggia perfetti per godersi un aperitivo al tramonto. Inoltre, è comodamente collegata alla stazione centrale tramite la metro, rendendo gli spostamenti facilissimi. La stanza era impeccabilmente pulita, con un letto molto comodo, Wi-Fi veloce, TV Smart e perfino altoparlanti Bluetooth sia nella camera che nel bagno – un dettaglio tecnologico davvero apprezzato! L’insonorizzazione è eccellente: non abbiamo sentito né il traffico esterno né rumori provenienti da altre stanze, il che ha reso il riposo davvero rigenerante. Lo staff ci ha assistito in modo efficiente da remoto, offrendo anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out, cosa comodissima. Il prezzo è leggermente sopra la media della zona, ma assolutamente giustificato dalla qualità dei servizi offerti. Senza dubbio lo terrò in considerazione per i miei prossimi viaggi a Napoli!

• Nancy (8/5): Comfy and clean, great for a young couple. - The location was close to good restaurants, coffee shops and the metro (easy 5 min walk with luggage - uphill and rough sidewalks - but nothing difficult for the average person). It is basically a room (comfy bed), with a frosted glass door to the bathroom. Small balcony. The building has a lift. The area is noisy. Naples is noisy though, horns beeping and a lot of motorbikes.

• Mihai (6/5): Beware of room no 2 , in rest it is ok acomodation - Location in a good side of Napoli , near to beach clubs amd 3 metro station to old center. The biggest problem for us it was that room has no window to somwere . The proerty have 3 rooms , no 1 and no 2 are perfect , but number 2 is to avoid. We stay 3 nights , after 2 days nobody came for cleaning And the houst mesage just on whats up , if you want to speek direct on phone , don’t asnwear.

On check-in, we were met at the street and taken into property, we were given a large map of the city with a lot of hand notes on were to go and what to see! The location was at one of the hop-on-hop-off stops, close to a metro station, and had a number of very good restaurants nearby. Roberto also helped up find a great driver for a couple days of touring! Would have given 10/11! Thanks for the great stay I would love to have wine glasses in the room to better enjoy sitting on the balcony sipping from a real glass.

I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and having a great air conditioner. Shower door, this isn't just Demart though, I noticed its like this in europe in general. I wish the shower had a full door so that water could not escape and flood the floor. Also I wish the ahir dryer wasn't plugged in right next to the toilet and faucet too much water nearby the electric.

Safe for solo traveler - demart was perfect for my solo trip to Napoli , walking distance to food, coastal sights and comfortable resting after a long day. my room had a nice TV with a lot of channels to see after my day but access to public transport at your doorstep makes it easy to see the city . Robert took care of me, providing clear English assistance when I reach out to him- perfect for a solo traveler. anything I was unsure I got answers right away via messaging app, no calls needed and in English . some construction noises during the day, but was silent at sunset and during the night .

As a couple, we found everything about our stay to be perfect, earning a solid 10 out of 10 rating from us. First and foremost, the apartment itself was lovely and modern. It was equipped with code locks, which provided an added sense of security and convenience. We felt at ease knowing that our belongings were safe. The apartment was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location of Demart Suites was also excellent. It was conveniently situated close to essential places such as amazing pizza joints and a great bar where we enjoyed some delightful aperitifs. Exploring the local culinary scene was a true pleasure, and having these options within easy reach made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out during our time at Demart Suites was the exceptional hospitality of the host. They went above and beyond to ensure that our check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. • Tobias (10/5): Exceptional - I particularly liked the modern, clean and artistic style of the room. Nice bathroom, an enormously large tv, and a wonderfully big and comfy bed. Also the balcony was nice. You can‘t see the sea from the balcony but a 1 minute walk takes you there. Last but not least, Roberto was a great host. Every morning, he sent me a text to ask whether I needed anything. Perfect! :)

He picked me up from the train station and gave me a quick driving tour before heading to the establishment, which was super clean and "artsy" in the room. He also provided a map of the best restaurants in the city as well. No need to book a 5 star hotel when you can receive the service that Roberto provided. Also, download WhatsApp if you don't have it already, as it will make communication with Roberto simple.
• Anonymous (10/5): from the warm welcom of the host, to the keyless entry, easy check-in and spectacular suites…not to mention the location - I love the design and style, the owners have a few art galleries and they created a flawless artistic heavenly B&B. Impeccable in every detail, clean as if no one has ever slept there before. meticulously kept, extremely comfortable and quiet, functional and elegant. they should have rated it a 10 stars, for the high quality beddings, modern and new impeccably clean bathrooms. the entire suite is completely automated, central air, automatic Venetian blinds, even Bluetooth ceiling speakers. The shower is a true piece of art, w a convenient water softener. exceptional find! this question is not applicable.
