• Christine (10/5): It met our requirements perfectly, comfortable and convenience. - It’s an airport hotel and it suited our needs perfectly. I understand that embellishments are superfluous to the needs as most people stay one night for a reason. As an airport hotel it ticked all the boxes.

The location was close to airport for upcoming flight and the staff were all very accommodating. Would not hesitate to stay here again Can’t think of anything. I was by happy with the hotel,

• Aziza (3/5): Не советую этот отель - Понравилось только расстояние от аэропорта. изначально нас заселили не в тот номер, который был заявлен, было сложно тащить по коридору свои чемоданы на колесиках, потому что в коридорах вдоль номеров лежит на полу ковер с длинным ворсом, нет персонала который помогает донести чемодан. Я на 8 месяце беременности, сама тащила чемоданы. После того как обнаружили что номер не тот, пришлось снова тащить чемоданы на другой этаж. Отвратительная задумка с этим ковром, который к тому же еще и пыльный. Далее, в номере ужасно грязно, весь пол в пыли, волосах. Я не смогла ходить босиком, так как ноги сразу же стали грязными. Я такое впервые видела в жизни. Волос было нереально много на полу, которые прилипали к носкам и к обуви. Максимально мерзко. В ванной, был сломан душ, вся вода признала в стороны. За стеной первую ночь, очень громко стонала девушка, было ощущение что мы в борделе. Телефон в номере судя по всему стоит для красоты, так как не работает. В общем, я крайне в шоке от этого отеля. Думаю что семья Хилтон, была бы тоже в шоке, увидев этот отель.
• Phillip (9/5): Close to the airport, good food, beautiful interior! - It's very close to the airport, so it was great for an overnight layover. I never left the hotel and I can't imagine the amenities nearby are plentiful, but the interior is beautiful and the restaurant has delicious sutlatch, Turkish tea, fresh orange juice and more. The room was cozy for a night and the staff was polite. Breakfast included is a plus, but my flight was too early, so they handed me a premade lunch bag with a glass bottle of FuseTea, chicken+cheese wrap, and an orange! :) - The restaurant food was a little bit expensive. - The premade lunch bag was slightly sparser than I expected but still good. - In the shower there was no robe! 🤣

• Olesh (7/5): Clean rooms, great service, and conveniently located near IST - Airport hotels typical aren’t known for their accommodations and amenities but I was pleasantly surprised by this location. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and I was even able to get a decent meal and a few glasses of wine before heading to bed. There is no airport shuttle but the staff nicely called me a taxi and it arrived within minutes. The rooms are quite dated

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Alexandria .She was very professional, very kind, attentive, and very friendly. Thank you! The all staff well-organized. Rooms appointed and good sound proof windows, the bed comfortable, everything clean, and the breakfast had a good varieties. I’d stay here again.

• Konstantin (9/5): - Очень достойный отель в непосредственной близости от аэропорта. Хороший просторный номер, удобная кровать с комфортными подушками. Дружелюбный персонал, готовый помочь и хороший завтрак. Что еще нужно путешественнику для короткой остановки!!!
• Vladimir (9/5): It is a good hotel for transit passengers. - Breakfast was good, and the location is convenient, especially for passengers staying near Istanbul Airport. The hotel does not provide an airport transfer, which would be very helpful for transit passengers. However, this was not a major issue, as a taxi arrived at the hotel within a minute, so the wait was not tiring at all.

• Darya (10/5): - В отели были второй раз. Для кратковременного пребывания между вылетами очень удобно. Нравится все: отзывчивый персонал, говорят и на английском, и на русском; вкусный завтрак; чисто, уютно, удобные кровати. Две остановки на метро от аэропорта.

• Андрей.А. (6/5): - Best location near IST airport. Good clean rooms. There was 2nd booking within one trip in January 2026, 1st - night upon arrival and 2nd - night before departure. The flight back was delayed several times and hotel was prolongating the stay FOC - at least as was told by mr. Yasir at reception. In fact when we were checking out everything changed. We were asked several times for additional payment which we have to accept. In the end when we were trying to leave, a security ran to our car blocking it from leaving and told us to come back to reception. There we were told that forgot some more charges and demanded for more money. All in all it was looking as a robbery. Nevertheless hotel itself is good - I'll try never to come back. Yep, also breakfast is not the best one. Dining location is in the middle between entrance and reception, not good as well.
• Benedicte (7/5): Agréable mais trop cher. - Le personnel charmant et l'emplacement. Le rapport qualtié/prix n'est pas satisfaisant. Le prix facturé est un peu trop élevé pour les prestations et l'emplacement (il faut, en effet, prendre un taxi et faire 7 km pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Cela coûte 14 euros par trajet quand ça roule bien - il n'y a pas de navette gratuite - l'hotel facture 70 euros l'aller/retour organisé par lui). Il s'agit d'un hôtel pour les équipages des avions et pour les voyageurs que les compagnies aériennes doivent loger. Etablir un prix de chambre élevé flatte cette clientèle mais pénalise les clients qui paient leur chambre.

• Emilia (2/5): Never again - Good location and that's all. The room was noisy despite my request when booking that it be very quiet.The manager was rude, didn't even apologize. Nothing to do with Hilton, the name is just a MISCONCEPTION. The hotel relies only on the fact that it has a good location to attract customers. I do not recommend ANYONE TO USE IT.

The hotel charged an additional car service fee from Istanbul Airport to the hotel and took the money from my card without my authorisation.WHY?

• Anastasiya (3/5): - I had very bad experience in the hotel. Hotel stuff woke me up at 6am and walked into my room because they need to collect „laundry” even though i didn’t have any and i only checked in at 4am because of the late flight. Very strange experience I never had before…
