• Andras (8/5): - To my taste, the location was absolutely perfect. Right beside a buzzing local market with tasty yet inexpensive local restaurants. Few mins from Suleyman Mosque Complex. Close to the historical core. The hotel itself is basic but decent. Good value for the money.

Está bien ubicado, es fácil acceder al transporte público desde ahí y conseguir restaurantes y supermercados cerca, además de ir a varios de los sitios turísticos caminando. El personal es muy amable. Es difícil subir el equipaje por las escaleras, pues no hay ascensor, pero el personal está siempre dispuesto a ayudar con esto.

• Alice (8/5): Superbe expérience ! - À 10 minutes a pieds de la mosquée de Suleiman, du bazar égyptien et du port d'Eminönü, pratique pour visiter à pieds, et sinon des bus, tram et métro à proximité ! Le gérant est très agréable, et je n'ai pas du tout entendu ou croisé les autres clients. La rue est animée la journée et le soir, mais la nuit c'est plutôt calme (mis à part l'appel à la prière). Les draps sont propres, les rangements aussi, et ils fournissent serviettes de toilette et savon. Quelques cheveux oubliés lors du ménage, mais c'est tout.
• Jochen (9/5): Good value, easy and basic - The hotel is easy to find and there are lots of shops and eateries around. Staff was nice and approachable although not everyone speaks English. The wifi was reasonably strong even around the corner and through the door. I could hear the neighbour talking on the phone for hours on end. There wasn't much decoration to give you a homey feeling, everything was rather functional.

• toshirskij (8/5): Good place for a budget stay - Nice place for a budget traveller, room with an own bathroom for a very small money in a good location near Golden Horn metro & the New Mosque, walking distance to Hagia Sophia and other significant places. Would definitely recommend for a solo traveller, if you are not keen for much comfort. A lot of affordable food places in the area, you can get a wrap kebab for as little as 70TL (january 2026). Some mold in the bathroom, unpleasant smell in the corridors - looks like the smoking ban isn't really enforced and people smoke in toilets.

• Mohamad (2/5): I would never stay here again - Location is the only thing I liked about this hotel (bare in mind there are many hotels just next to this one without much difference cost wise). It's near the bus and tram stations, and I never needed to use taxis. Nothing special otherwise cockroaches were everywhere in the room (small and big ones), affected the ability to sleep and use the facilities, I nearly wanted to through my whole suitcase away just that no cockroaches will sneak in the suitcase and come back home with me. Didn't like the size of the facilities I stayed in as well, they were just not comfy.

• Florian (7/5): - 24/7 Reception and always helpfully staff. The location is closed to cafés, kebap restaurants, tram station and bus stations. It was unfortunately not that clean I hoped. The floor was dirty.
• joyce (7/5): You get what you pay for but all good - Love the location wow awesome supermarkets literally next door how convenient in the middle of Haliç literally next to the public transport etc Staff are Turkish some without any basic English language so without greetings or apologising to guest ie fridge was defrosting so almost half floor in my room was flooding!! Staff immediately cleared up the mess but without proper English like apology or explanation etc. Tho one owner who can speak good English is really kind and helpful.

• Petr (3/5): Malý špinavý pokojík s minikoupelnou - Poloha hotelu. Tím to končí. Malý pokoj, mini koupelna, takže jsem se sprchoval pokaždé společně s WC. Nejhorší na tom ale bylo, že to nebylo čisté. Nikdo neuklidil umyvadlo, které bylo špinavé po předchozím hostu. Zbytek asi také ne. Všude jsem nacházel cizí vlasy a povlečení bylo z obou stran propálené od cigarety. Nejednalo se o nejlevnější hotel, mnoho jsem jich z důvodu špatných recenzí odmítl, takže jsem si raději připlatil za tento. Nechci ani vidět, jak vypadají ty, které jsem odmítl. Strávil jsem tu 4 noci, nikdo mi za celou dobu neuklidil ani nevynesl odpadkový koš. Pokoj se nacházel ve 3. patře bez výtahu, obsluha na recepci prakticky nekomunikuje. Nejspíš neumí anglicky.

• JasonMcKenzie (8/5): A great hotel in a local area where you can meet the real local people - The 24-hour front desk was great, especially since my arrival time was nearly 2am. The room is small, cozy, and includes a comfortable bed, private toilet and shower, a TV, and a work desk. It was perfect for a single traveller and the location is in a local neighbourhood with excellent local cafes, restaurants, and street food. I loved it. It was so much better than staying in a hectic tourist-crowded area. The walls are paper-thin and you can hear everything. It was difficult to sleep without ear plugs, especially when other guests were talking on phones outside in the hall. My floor was a non-smoking floor, but the floor below had people smoking and the smell wafted up into my room.

• Olga (5/5): - Price The room door is made of cardboard, so the soundproofing is perfect - you can hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms. It's very dirty; the floor was covered in some kind of greasy oil, and the nightstand was covered in dust. My impression of the hotel was negative.

You can go on foot to all main attractions, the metro and buses are near and there are many restaurants and shops around. Also it is in a quiet street…no noise from cars or people. The room was small but for 3 days I stayed it was fine.

• Marek Czech (5/5): Cheap, but uncomfortable single room. - I have to take into account that this is one of the cheapest hotels in the area. I had a small single room with its own small bathroom. A table suitable for working on a laptop. Nice middle size refrigerator was a bonus. The reception staff tried to be friendly, but they didn't speak English. The surrounding area has many street restaurants. Close to the Eminönü ferry. I was cold there. I have a thermometer with a hygrometer with me, and even though I tried to ventilate the room occasionally, the humidity was mostly an incredibly unpleasant 80%. (In the next hotel where I stayed immediately afterwards, was nicely warm and the humidity was a maximum of 65% even though the weather was the same. ) The sheet on the mattress was not big enough and kept slipping off the mattress. None of the staff understood English. Most of the time, only ice-cold water ran in the bathroom, sometimes slightly lukewarm, but still unsuitable for showering. Even after midnight, there was often loud noise from guests in the corridors. There were no notices anywhere asking guests to be quiet at night.

• Mark (8/5): Good value for price - When I arrived, the receptionist was very kind — a real gentleman. The other receptionists were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The bed was fairly comfortable, and my room had a small view of the Galata Bridge and the Golden Horn Bay. There is a cheap store right next to the hotel. Sometimes the toilet had a strong smell, so it’s better to keep the lid closed if you want to avoid it. You’ll probably sleep better with earplugs because there’s a constant background hum from outside, though the hotel itself is on a quiet street and there was no noise inside at night.

Персонал не говорит на английском, в номере нет кондиционера. Больше ничего плохого сказать не могу, всё остальное хорошо. Словом, летом не самый лучший вариант, в остальное время отличный.
