Serge (10/5): Exceptionally comfortable - Excellent location. The apartment was exceptionally comfortable in every way, especially for those traveling by car — there is convenient access from two streets on both sides of the building, very practical parking for check-in, and easy entry/exit to the covered garage within the same residential complex. The apartment had everything needed and was maintained to a high standard, even for demanding guests. There is a large heated rooftop pool with a very well-designed relaxation area around it, as well as a gym and a billiards room. We would definitely love to come back here again. Because we were busy during the day, the evenings were the only convenient time for us to use the pool. Unfortunately, on two occasions, the complex staff prohibited us and other guests from swimming after 8 PM. If this is indeed the official policy, it is quite unreasonable for a complex of this level with such an excellent pool.

Sander (8/5): Studio super, misschien minder fijn met kleine kinderen ivm andere gasten. - Fijne plek. Studio heel schoon en smaakvol ingericht. Balkon met heerlijk uitzicht. Alles was er (wijnglazen mogen nog toegevoegd worden). Fijne Gym! Overall goede plek om te verblijven. De aankomst was niet zo fijn. Het meisje van de receptie was niet heel hartelijk en behulpzaam. Dus geen warm welkom. Gelukkig maakte de studio veel goed. Smaken verschillen uiteraard. Toch vonden wij het jammer dat er door sommige gasten harde muziek werd gedraaid bij het zwembad via telefoons. Ook werd er in het zwembad gevaped en sterke drank (uit glazen fles) gedronken. Ook roken we regelmatig cannabis.

Nous avons eu un soucis et la personne a l'accueil ce jour là n'était pas seviable, on devait se débrouiller et contacter la personne qui nous avait loué le logement. Sinon a l'arrivée personne très gentille a l'enregistrement.

Was very clean, spacious and everything you need. great location , around the corner from designer district , 5mins from nice selection of restaurants and shops. Day before checkout got offered a late check out, which I used. Other reviews mentioned how there was no where to leave cases, so obvious there are reading reviews and updating things. Great There was no seats or table on balcony. When you have a balcony you want to sit outside. Also a hook in bathroom for towels would be good.

Fluxá (8/5): Excelentes departamentos y ubicación de Quadro. Muy mal servicio de Nomada. - La ubicación en el Design District es muy buena. La distribución de las habitaciones y baños en los departamentos es excelente. La calidad de muebles y camas muy bien. Todo lo relativo a infraestructura es excelente. La administración y servicio de Nomada es muy malo. Responden casi todo con bots y es muy poco personalizada. Claramente no tienen capacitación en servicio al cliente ni tampoco intención de solucionar problemas. Es todo de forma remota, por lo que los empleados de Nomada no tienen ninguna idea de lo que está pasando en los departamentos. A pesar de tener y haber pagado un late checkout, la gente del aseo entró a uno de los 3 departamentos que teníamos, y sacaraon todas nuestras bebidas y cosas de comida. Tuve que enojarme para que las devolvieran, y la gente de Nomada no hizo nada, sólo le echaron la culpa a la empresa de aseo.

Alessandra (10/5): Superlativo - Viaggiando spesso mi sono resa conto che lo standard di pulizia all’estero non sempre rispecchia quello italiano ed infatti, inizialmente, abbiamo prenotato un appartamento a south beach che era a dir poco disgustoso. Per fortuna Booking ci ha tutelato e abbiamo scelto Nomada come struttura last minute con poche aspettative, ma si è rilevata una bellissima sorpresa. L’alloggio oltre ad essere identico alle foto (molto spesso non è così) era pulitissimo, nuovo e dotato di ogni comfort. Il residence dispone anche di una meravigliosa piscina sul terrazzo, di una palestra e di un barbecue all’aperto. Questo bellissimo appartamento ci ha salvato la vacanza e sinceramente, dovessi tornare a Miami, sarebbe la mia prima scelta di alloggio. Sono stata veramente bene. Se proprio dovessi trovare un “difetto”, la posizione è un po’ scomoda, nel senso che se si è interessati a South Beach e al mare bisogna prendere l’auto per raggiungerli. L’appartamento si trova però a Mid Miami nella Design District che è una zona molto bella e nuova (non la conoscevo) che oltre ad essere tranquilla ha molti ristoranti di livello, negozi, supermercati e diversi servizi raggiungibili a piedi.

The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well, so we enjoyed our time. Also, it was quiet and no issues with noise. The fitness centre was small and didn't look like the photos. Also it has a strong smell and probably needed to be aired. We did not use the pool as it was cold outside and very windy. The apartment looked nice in the photos, but it was very modern. Also we didn't like the dining table and living room area - not very comfortable.

Muy agradable La ubicacion excelente para ir al design district NO HAY CONSIGNA PARA DEJAR MALETAS. No me dejaron prolongar mi extancia de las 11:00 am y no hay consigna y no pude dejar maletas para aprovechar el dia; me tube que ir al aeropuerto ya que mi avion salia a las 10:00pm de la noche. Esto fue realmente incomodo e inesperado. No pude conectar la TV y no hay un telefono para contactar con recepcion .

Le prétexte était que le logement avait été nettoyé et le dommage réparé. Super étrange comme réponse alors qu’ils voulaient nous faire payer 300$ initialement et avaient pris la caution de 250$. Après de nombreuses tractations par téléphone et les avoir menacé d’appeler la police, ils ont convenu de nous rembourser.

Zsu (10/5): - Tökéletes apartman, kényelmes, felszerelt, szuper kilátás az óceánra. A vonat zaja ami a ház mellett megy el hallatszik, ha kint ülsz a teraszon, de csukott ajtónál semmit nem lehet belőle észre venni.

Aviv (9/5): - מלון דירות יוקרתי מאוד ומאובזר קרוב למרכז קניות יש שם טרגט 10 דקות הליכה ליד הכביש המהיר לקחנו את הדירה הכי גדולה נוף מהמם עם חניה בחינם המרפסת קצת היתה מלוכלכת ויש קצת רעש מהכביש בקטנה .
Ines (7/5): Apartamento bom, andar baixo e barulhento e limpeza mediana. - Apartamento bem localizado. Cama confortável. Cozinha completa. Banheiro amplo. Apartamento no 2 andar, muito barulhento por conta de carros, polícia e bombeiros que passam tanto na Federal ave como na Biscayne. Noite toda mal dormida, acordando várias vezes por conta do barulho. A “peseira” da cama estava suja, com manchas, mal cheirosa. Certamente não é lavada há tempos. Os lençóis e toalhas não estavam cheirosos, mas aparentemente limpos.

Neta (10/5): - טוב נתחיל בדירה שהייתה מרווחת נקייה היה בה הכל מהכל ענתה וסיפקה את כל צרכיינו נעבור לבניין שהיה מתוקתק חדר כושר מצוייד היטב בריכה נקייה ומסודרת בניין מאובטח ונעים !!! ונסיים במיקום המושלם שלה שאפילו לא היינו צריכים רכב הכל היה קרוב ונגיש אזור מושללללם ! אין !

Virginie (9/5): Séjour exceptionnel - Tout était impeccable: situation géographique, confort de l appartement au 12ème étage qui est très moderne, balcon avec une superbe vue, parking très grand pour jeep compass. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Le service ménage qui reste payant malgré 3 semaines d occupation, l accueil à l arrivée qui est inexistant. Aucune explication donc nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le mauvais bâtiment en arrivant.

Parkplatz, Dachpool und Gym im Preis inbegriffen. Code für Türschloss funktionierte nicht. Habe dann mit etwas Überzeugungsarbeit am Telefon einen neuen Code erhalten.
