Además teníamos derecho a tres días de desayuno y así lo cobraron pero el último día la cafetería estaba cerrada y nosotros salíamos a las 6 de la mañana. Pedimos una alternativa o que nos lo reembolsarán y nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada, que estaba concertado con esa cafetería y estaba cerrada. Por supuesto, reclamaré a Booking para que me devuelvan el dinero. Había pelos en la cocina, oxido en la ducha y suciedad en el frigorífico

• Patrizio (10/5): Una delle case più belle dove ho soggiornato a Firenze - Una casa ricca di personalità in una zona relativamente poco turistica. Arredata con vecchi mobili d’atmosfera, un bagno sontuoso, molto grande con una zona soggiorno ben separata con divano letto. Utilizzabile in quattro persone. Ben tenuta e molto pulita anche se non ristrutturata di recente. Ma per me questo è un pregio. Premesso che non si tratta di difetti ma di limiti oggettivi (che io considero pregi). L’appartamento è 10 minuti a piedi dal duomo un po’ fuori del centro. Ma il posto è bello ci sono ottimi ristoranti (per es accadi’) e bar frequentati dai locali. Io invertirei soggiorno e camera da letto … ma questo è un parere personale.

• Sunayana (7/5): It was alright, the place had a lot of potential if maintained well. - Location is walking distance to duomo and very spacious. We had quite a few issues at the apartment, hot water issues, bidet drain not working, TV glass broken and unable to connect to internet(which caused heaps of problems as kids like to relax watching TV at the end of a tiring day), hair dryer was making weird sounds and burning inside and we couldn’t use it. The property manager couldn’t fix any of the issues, but he did come to hotel room to check on issues.

It's within walking distance of the city center, but it's quite a walk and there are no pedestrian streets, just narrow trottoirs. The breakfast coupons are better than nothing, and the cafe is just next door. However, even a simple order of a drink, a sandwich, and a sweet pastry exceeds the coupon's value, leaving you to pay the difference. It’s particularly confusing because there are no listed prices in the cafe.

Walls between flats are too thin and we could hear the neighbours. Also, hot water in the shower was not constant. They don't actually serve breakfast. But the cafe next door is really good with friendly staff and great coffee.

• Lauren (10/5): Brilliant accommodation for a stay in Florence - Excellent accommodation for a trip to Florence- the king room was lovely and spacious, the bed was comfy and the shower was powerful. There was also a mini fridge and a kettle and some cutlery which was helpful. The location was fab for a wander into Florence and there were some lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. The owner was very helpful and check-in was simple and easy. He kindly let us leave our luggage which was very much appreciated.

Очень было комфортно находиться в ней, мы были очарованы ее стилем✨🥰 Искренне рекомендую, не пожалеете. Подушки были ужасные, словно кирпич. В дальней комнате спал мой ребенок, там сильно слышен шум с улицы и именно в этой комнате было прохадно, а одеяло было очень тонким. Но это, конечно же, не повлияло на общее впечатление от квартиры

In bagno c'era ancora un asciugamano usato e cosa vergognosissima il letto non era stato rifatto. Ce ne siamo accorti quando abbiamo abbassato il copriletto, il lenzuolo sotto era tutto stropicciato e c'erano capelli e pelucchi vari. Ho scritto subito al proprietario che si è detto sconcertato e si è scusato, nei giorni successivi mi ha garantito che mi avrebbe rimborsato la notte , ma era tutta facciata. Non ho ricevuto rimborso e lui non risponde più ai miei messaggi. Peccato perché la struttura in sé è bella, ma non si può trattare così un cliente. Potevo anche essere comprensiva perché a tutti capita di sbagliare, ma bisogna rimediare.

Ottimo il parcheggio a pagamento in prossimità dell' ingresso della struttura. La colazione è con voucher al bar a meno di 20 MT, molto buona e personale simpatico e disponibile. Purtroppo la pulizia è carente, c'erano capelli nel pavimento del bagno, e molta polvere nella zona notte, ci sono zanzare morte appiccicate sul muro con fondo di sangue annesso,e sulla testiera del letto Il kit da bagno cortesia, non c'è, e per la doccia con cipolla in alto, è necessario offrire le cuffie da doccia. I rubinetti del lavandino duri ( in particolare quello dell' acqua calda) da non riuscire agevolmente ad aprire e chiudere con una sola mano. La doccia non tiene la temperatura, va da calda a tiepidina in meno di 3 minuti, e con il freddo di questi giorni non era piacevole. La TV ha dei problemi non cambia canali. Tutti dettagli che alla fine stridono con la bellissima struttura.

• Graziella (3/5): Pessima esperienza - La posizione è ottima perché basta una passeggiata per arrivare in centro. Silenziosa e ottimo il garage convenzionato proprio al lato della struttura. Il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione così come i ragazzi del bar convenzionato. Purtroppo la struttura è molto trascurata sia per quanto riguarda la manutenzione che per la pulizia. Zanzare spiaccicate ovunque, polvere che non viene tolta da secoli. Il bagno è veramente una tragedia perché oltre ad essere molto sporco cade a pezzi: copri water rovinato,manopole del lavandino che fai fatica ad aprire, porta asciugamani del bidet rotto che si sgancia se provi ad appendere qualcosa. No...da non ripetere come esperienza.

Someone of the staff obviously open our bags and stole money. The worst is that the owner didn't care about the situation. Even if it was a great location to stay it's totally unacceptable someone stranger searching your stuff! About the cleaning,it was average as in the bathroom were hairs and dust when we arrived the first time.

Una camera grande con letto matrimoniale, un bagno enorme con vasca e una doccia spettacolare, una cucinina con fornelli ad induzione, microonde, macchina da caffè, bollitore, tostapane, frigo e stoviglie e pentole, un soggiorno con tavolo e sedie. Gestore cordialissimo e presente in sede per gran parte della giornata, pronto a risolvere qualsiasi eventuale problema (noi non ne abbiamo avuti) Nessun aspetto negativo
