Ahmad (3/5): I'm not coming back - The name is beach resort. But, there's no beach. The aircond in the room not cold. Even after, setting the coldest set The toilet not working. Cannot flush. The shower is not working. No water coming out. After the night, in the morning. No water at all. We can't bath. The whole experience, is bad.

Din (1/5): We cancel our stay here and booked other place to stay. - Nothing The AC didn't work, the AC remote control cannot be used and It was so hot during the day. Toilet cannot be flush and was only being informed by receptionist during check in.

Pn (2/5): it's my bad experince ever during stay this room - Location very good and closed to the beach, near restaurant, mini market, dobi and souvenir shop which is very comfort for tourist the condition of the room is very bad, the bathroom is stagnant due to blockage, the toilet seat does not work, the bathroom is very dirty, the air conditioner is not cold, the outside lights are off and it is very dark, the broken window causes discomfort so danger for our little kid, the mattress is hard, the mattress and pillow smelling not good, to many lizard inside the room.
