El apartamento está totalmente equipado , además en recepción te dan el café y cápsulas para lavar la ropa que necesites. El personal es super amable. Esta un pelin lejos del centro pero aun así tienes dos paradas de metro a 10 o 15 minutos según la que elijas .

This is our 7 th visit to Japan , the first in warm weather. What I loved 1. Being on the river with views and being able to walk along the river in all directions 2. The washing machine 3. The central location , quick walk to nearest subway and able to connect to everywhere we wanted to go in Tokyo . 4. Comfortable , very well equipped apartment typical of the Japanese attention to detail and practicality 5. Haven to come home to after the business of Tokyo 6. Convenience stores close by 7. Staff very kind and helpful 8. Fabulous modern bath, shower and toilet 9. Super comfy beds 10. Very safe , nice neighbourhood. 11. Very close to Limousine bus station to airport I would love to stay here again , I wish I could’ve stayed longer . Nothing Only advise is that if you have mobility issues and have big heavy suitcases than catch a taxi to hotel .

Nice and forthcoming staff, a good mix of western and japanese style and a decently central location surrounded by convenience stores and nice little restaurants. The staff is also second to none, all of them deserve a raise 😁 Maybe a tad far to the nearest stations for people that have issues with walking on foot
• Val (10/5): Such a comfortable, practical and inspiring hotel - This hotel is a very good choice for guests who want to stay in Tokyo for one week or longer. The room has everything needed for a longer stay, including a refrigerator, a microwave and even a washing machine. This makes the stay much more comfortable and practical. There are several metro stations within about 10 minutes on foot. The walk to the metro was always pleasant. The small streets around the hotel are beautiful and quiet and every time I walked from the hotel to the station, I enjoyed the atmosphere of Tokyo. There are also several convenience stores nearby which is very useful if you need to buy something in the evening or if you forgot to bring something with you. The best part of this hotel is the rooftop patio. It is a wonderful place to sit with your favorite drink, enjoy the view of Tokyo, look at the river and simply relax. It is also a good place to think about life and enjoy a quiet moment. For me, this rooftop area made the hotel feel special and inspiring. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again. The only not so positive point was the internet speed. The current internet connection was not strong enough for good-quality video calls. This was a problem for me because I needed to coordinate with my team remotely. For guests who need to work online, faster and more stable internet would be very helpful. In summary, this is a comfortable, practical and inspiring hotel for a longer stay in Tokyo. I really enjoyed my time here and would gladly return.

Sofa was sectional so kept on getting misalligned, frame made of wood so kept on bumping toes and shins, cushions not fixed so kept on falling off. Need more english instructions for tub, heaters, stove gas etc.

• Bronwyn (9/5): Would stay here again ⭐️ - Spacious apartment style room and looks just like the pics. Comfy beds, good air con so slept well. Enough room for luggage and for a family to spread out and not be in each other’s spaces. 10 min walk or less to local stations, convenience stores very close by. All staff very friendly and helpful. Can be noisy with boat traffic on the river side and construction going on down the road. Our luggage was taken to our room after transportation which was helpful as the rooms are halfway between elevator stops. Meaning you need to navigate luggage up/down half a flight of stairs. Could be disturbing to other guests if you have heavy bags.

• Dr. Esma (10/5): Excellent - Spotlessly clean, enormous apartment, brand new facilities, super quiet and peaceful street, beautiful view of river from window, very kind and helpful staff, free unlimited tea coffee and snacks plus complementary bottle of champagne at check-in. At the same price point in Tokyo you usually get a tiny single room, this was large enough to fit at least four people. It was super comfortable, we absolutely loved it. I would revisit without hesitation. Honestly nothing - it was excellent.

• Jiří (10/5): Best place to stay in Tokyo! - This is the first apartment I have ever stayed in, which I would say looked better in reality than on the photos. It was a very pleasant surprise. The apartment is spacious (especially in comparison with other apartments in Tokyo), clean, well equipped - and the view is just marvelous! I’d appreciate a dish towel and a dish drying rack.
• Vanessa (9/5): Great place to relax! - The property was very big and comfortable with two sleeping areas which was perfect for us and our 11 year old son. It was also nice to have a big space on the last leg of our trip. I think the only thing that was inconvenient but not terrible was the location. It was a 15 min walk to a bus or to the train, and although it doesn’t sound bad, after a long day of walking it was pretty inconvenient. There were plenty of restaurants in the vicinity plus a nice 7-11. It had a V60 for the cffe.

• TABONNET (10/5): Exceptionnel de bout en bout ! Foncez - En arrivant l'accueil a été formidable et dans un anglais très correct. Ce séjour a été un réel plaisir fait de bonnes surprises. Nous sommes arrivés dans les horaires de l'happy hour offert avec saké et crackers, assez étonnant et très apprécié. La chambre, ou plutôt l'appartement est de haut standing et assez vaste. la vue sur la rivière Sumida est superbe, de jour comme de nuit. Une bouteille de champagne nous attendait dans le frigo, incroyable, et pour le matin un sachet de café en grains avec le moulin, excellent. Literie confortable, salle de bains grande et impeccable, que du bon. Je tiens surtout a saluer l'extrême gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. J'y retournerai avec un grand plaisir car bien qu'excentré l'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter et il se trouve à un peu plus de trente minute de l'aéroport d'Haneda. Parfait pour moi. Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait de devoir partir malheureusement...

• Monalisa (10/5): Exceptional Stay and Saori is the best ❤️ - Saori at the front desk was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond by helping us with our luggage during checkout, even though she didn’t have to. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming, an absolutely wonderful person who made our stay even more memorable. The property itself exceeded our expectations in every way. The high-speed WiFi worked flawlessly, and the heated, automatic toilets added a luxurious touch. The rooms were very large, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We especially enjoyed the thoughtful extras, including happy hour in the evenings with snacks, sake, and red wine. There were also complimentary snacks and champagne waiting for us in the room, which was a lovely surprise. Although the official check-in time was 3:00 pm, we were kindly given access to our room as soon as we arrived around noon, which we greatly appreciated after traveling. The rooftop offered fabulous views, and the apartment itself featured a smart TV and a fully equipped, highly functional kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean and well organized. The location was excellent, close to many great restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful, right next to the Sumida River. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return. Nothing, the property is just fabulous.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, a balcony and a rooftop with an amazing view overlooking the river. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They even had a happy hour and complimentary wine. If we ever travel to Tokyo, we will book again. nothing to complain about

But it is still manageable.

Beds were comfortable. Lots of soft lighting. Is better than in the photos on the website. Location is in a quiet neighbourhood but not far to walk to a metro station. Second bedroom is small, only just fitting 2 single beds, but this didn’t bother us.

Could not recommend this place any more, especially for travelling families. Nothing.

Convenience stores and grocery stores not far. The bus terminal for the airport is a 15 min walk/ 5 min drive away. Different train lines about a 15 min walk. Not the most convenient for public transportation (trains) but I would stay here again because the hotel itself was great.
• Marlon (10/5): I give this hotel a 10 for service and space - We booked two room for our stay as we were visiting Tokyo for the first time to attend the Tokyo Marathon. One room was with a view for the river which was “excellent” the other was a city view. That units were very spacious. Comfortable and had everything that we needed. I one room we needed space for my wife and two sons , the other for one person. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Japan. The staff and service was exceptional. I felt at home, love the little details like a bottle of champagne wine at the welcome , love the fact that you have a kitchen , big screen tv and a terrific shower. No complaints Some dust above the fridge and above vent. I am tall so that was visible to me. I am 6 ft 5

It can be a little far from the train station but the walking is very therapeutic especially during this season. I enjoyed my stay here tremendously. The rooftop terrace was a lovely bonus and had a awesome view aswell. No tea towels or paper towels to wipe your dishes, something is needed in the kitchen for this.

• avital (5/5): It was nice, nothing more than that. - The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. To get to central Tokyo, you need to walk 12 minutes to the subway or 5 minutes to a bus stop. The hotel itself is in an apartment-style building; the room is large, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff were efficient, but unfortunately the bed linens were not changed and the room was not cleaned for four days. Towels were replaced only once every two days and the trash was emptied, but nothing beyond that. I contacted the front desk to ask why the room had not been cleaned after three days, but we did not receive an answer. To get back to the guest when they are waiting for an answer, especially if their stay is for several days. Even if such a service is not provided, it is possible to check what can be improved in order to make the stay pleasant and clean.

I also loved the nearby Kiyosumi-shirakawa area—it’s peaceful, not crowded with tourists, and definitely worth exploring. The only downside is that it’s not very close to the subway station, which is a bit of a shame.

• Shan (10/5): My mum is highly recommend this place to her friends - I like its spacious, the bathroom and all the kitchen appliances. There’s a music every time you use the oven, my son loves dancing with it. I had to uber to every destinations as it’s a little bit far away from the metro（10 mins walk with stairs, and share the path with bicycles. I am traveling with a 6-yr-old child for 2 weeks, and he just reached his limit.
• Chiong (10/5): Too comfortable & cosy apartment that you do not want to go out! - The size of the apartment hotel was much bigger than my expectation. Is was very nice with comfortable beds and all amenities provided. The friendly staff are always available to address our queries. E.g. one of our travel mates fell sick and the staff helped to look for nearest clinic but unfortunately the clinic was closed due to public holiday. She went the extra mile by calling the clinic in Haneda Airport to check whether they are in operation. Do go up the roof top to take photos of Sumida River, bridges and Tokyo Sky Tree! Is not really a dislike but for people who do not want a long walk to train station may find the apartment a bit far. But we do enjoyed the Sumida River during the walk and the experience of taking Bus No. 22 which a few stops from the nearest train station is fun too!
