• Allan (9/5): Amazing and comfortable stay - We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which had plenty of space for kids and luggage storage. Staff were really friendly and helpful and organised luggage delivery from one hotel to another. All the required amenities were available. Room initially had a slight sweat smell but was ok after we aired it out.

Staff was very accommodating. Tissue paper was very thin. Cannot be used in wiping wet hands, it will stick to your hands and taking it off was very irritating. Imagine if I used it to other parts of my body. No purpose at all, good thing there’s kitchen towel tissue. Toothpaste was also not good, very small pouch.

Our luggage was returned back to the previous hotel because it was under my husband's name while the room was booked under my name. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't change clothes for the first night. But the staff brought us some toiletries and cookies, which was very nice of them. So just keep in mind use the same name for the fright forwarding.
