• Kohji (3/5): Disappointed - Nice location, good access to city centre. Plenty of option to go breakfast or dinner. One of the beds is merely sofa bed which skews and creeks when going asleep. No lift so you have to carry the bags in steep stairs by your own to 3rd floor. Hot water system stops sometimes so cold water comes out during having a shower. Uncomfortable experience about the time of check in. Owner just sends us an template text which does not address our issue and totally inhospitable

• John (6/5): Good location. - Excellent location in a very upscale neighborhood. Apartment was clean with good AC. Washer/dryer was out of service. I reached out to management for repair. They instructed me to send them a video showing them the problem. Internet in apartment is ridiculously slow. I spent an hour looking for a coffee shop to upload the video. Waste of time during a family vacation. After they finally got it, they wanted ME to call their repairman. Really? You want me to schedule a repair for your broken washer in your apartment while I am on vacation with my family? Seriously? I( also requested a mattress cover for the sofa bed since my 14 y/o son and 11 y/o daughter are too old to be sleeping in the same bed. The place is two actual beds and 2 sofa beds. They wanted to charge me for 2nd sofa bed mattress cover even though the second sofa bed had no cover and I paid for 5 people to be in the place. I think location and cleanliness were excellent. The management company needs to do a much better job not being so cheap and stop acting like a bunch of amateurs.
• Salvador (4/5): - Ceiling leaked water when AC was turned on. Washer would not work. Move out instructions required we take trash to a trash bin in a neighboring location behind a locked gate but the card key would not open the gate. Light carpet looks dirty. Only 2 true beds. The other two are sofabeds.

• Cobey (3/5): Poor - Great location! When booking this accommodation, I read many of the reviews which were all so positive about this apartment. It was listed as a “stunning three-bedroom apartment”, and after reading all of the good reviews, I booked if for 3 nights for six people. Firstly, the check-in process was made far too difficult asking for non-necessary documents, including passport details, credit cards and a form with everyone staying in the accommodation’s details. The company who manages this accommodation and their staff were also quite rude over message and in person and not accommodating at all. Secondly, the reviews and pictures of the apartment were extremely deceiving. It’s far from a “stunning three-bedroom apartment.” The two main bedrooms are okay, besides uncomfortable mattresses; however, the third bedroom is just a small pull-out sofa bed with an extremely uncomfortable mattress. We had to take the cushions from the lounges to prop under the mattress to give it more cushioning, which still didn’t fix the issue entirely. Also with the third bedroom, the office building next door leaves their lights on the whole night which shines through the bedroom blind, which isn’t a block out blind. We had to get a sheet and put it over the window to help reduce the light shining through. Thirdly, its listed as 2 full serviced bathrooms, which yes that’s correct. However, the ensuite does not have a shower only a bath, making it very difficult for 6 people to utilise 1 shower facilities. Also be warned, there are 4 flights of stairs and no elevator, so lugging up 6 suitcases wasn’t entirely the easiest task. For a 1 night stay this apartment would be fine if you didn’t have a lot of luggage or needed to use all three bedrooms. Very disappointed in this check-in process, the communication, and the apartment.
• Marina (8/5): Modern and cosy duplex in the heart of Mayfair surrounded by nice restaurants for brunch and close to Oxford Street, Reg - Quiet location but still very close from Carnaby street & Oxford Street. Upper floor (under the roof),nice view, modern and cosy furnished, very lighty. One toilet was out of order and one double bed is really tiny, it was challenging for a group of 6 adults. Sbdy was waiting for us for the check-in, the keys were thrown at us from the window (3rd floor)down the street! 3 different keys for 3 different doors to open until you finally get into the apartement (lots of stairs, get ready).
