One of the chef, Satish even customised my breakfsst for me without even me requesting for it. They surprise you with a different gift everyday that included nuts and chocalates. It is surely the best hotel i have stayed in Bangkok.

The buggy service to Siam Paragon was very convenient for us. There was a spread of different cuisines for breakfast which was amazing. On our last day, it was one of our friend’s birthday and the staff surprised her with a cake during breakfast which was a nice touch! We also went to the spa, Thann Spa and enjoyed it very much. Once i asked a staff to drop me outside as my tour bus was stuck in a jam, she told me they don’t provide that service & said it only takes 2 min walk.

I usually stay in 5 star hotels and I am almost always disappointed by the food but here they had a buffet that blows away most hotel a la carte's food. Beaides that the installations were perfect, the location is very close to some of the nicest malls I have been to, this Bangkok experience left us with such a sweet taste in our mouths. I also had the pleasure to meet Pierre who is the Swedish general manager of the hotel and it was a very humbling experience, congratulations on what you have achieved. I will be bacl for the food now that I am living i Thailand.

Highly recommended! Every member of staff we met were fantastic and amazing with our 3 year old! The room was fab, super comfy bed, with the added bed for our daughter, great bath and shower! We loved theswimming pool and enjoyed some nighttime swimming too, great to swim surrounded by lights of Bangkok! The shuttle to Siam Paragon was great and also made it easy to get to Central World. Would not hestiate to book again, and recommend to every one! Cant wait to go back!

Taking a Grab from the hotel can be a little challenging ( longer waiting time) because of the traffic and road construction. I advise booking a taxi or tuktuk ahead of time with the staff.

The hotel building is spotless clean, very upscale and elegant. The cuisine in the restaurant is made to perfection, but the menu is limited and a little pricey. There's no reason to mention the pool, just look at the picture. But what you don't see is the lovely little restaurant / bar adjacent to the swimming pool. The location is excellent with shopping and restaurants galore. We will definitely be back.

Shortfall is there is no disposal cloth slipper, provide only plastic slippers, which is a huge turn off.

- Chou, (10/5): - Our family celebrated Chinese New Year and wedding anniversary here and absolutely loved it. The modern and relaxing design of the room made a restful sleep after a long day of shopping and exploring. The entire building is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend getting lounge access if you would enjoy quiet breakfasts, afternoon teas and happy hours with light appetizers. Breakfast at the lobby is very extensive, and the staff are wonderful. I especially want to give a shoutout to Charm who was our server at the lounge during our stay. His warm kindness and excellent service helped start each morning so positively. The general manager also stopped by occasionally to meet the guests. He was so friendly, too. There’s also a hotel shuttle at the lobby to take you to Siam Paragon, a mega mall with an incredibly food floor and lots of shopping. It’s very convenient and comes frequently. The hotel also sells these extremely delicious Tom Yum flavored peanuts in a nice bottle that makes for great souvenirs (or snacks for yourself in the room!). Highly recommend staying here with your family, for couples or business trip. :) We would stay here again!
